CS7- Immaculate Colonial Studio in the Heart of Santurce Centrally Located

Casa Sagrado is a brand new property centrally located in Santurce. It is an older Colonial-Spanish home which was completely remodeled and updated into several units-4 two-bedrooms, 2 one-bedrooms and 2 studios; so if you have a large group you could rent several units and all stay in one location. Original Spanish Tiles were preserved wherever possible, and the property has grand archways and high ceilings that date back to when the house was originally built.

I absolutely loved my stay at Casa Sagrado. Clean, complimentary, and efficient; this is where you want to stay if you don’t want to be far from anything. 10 minutes to el Choli, 7 minute walk to the train station. It’s not far from La Casita Blanca the restaurant. I plan to come back and visit and I’m looking forward to my next stay there.

Studio Review

The check in process was very easy and the property was nicely renovated and centrally located. Although, the bathroom was a little tight and there was quite a bit of noise from the other guests using the patio late in the evening.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Very impressed

We arrived late so getting our keys and access to the rooms was really convenient and easy. We were really impressed with the cleanliness and the quality of the rooms. However a few extra towels would have been nice to have, I only had one for a whole week so I purchased another one and left it for the next person. I want to thank them for their service

Incredibly clean and tidy.Management are great folkI would suggest renting a car or know you are in for uber rides, e-bike or scooter.Fantastic little eatery on same street as unniversity. Highly recommended

Comfortable Stay

Nice unit with most of the comforts of home. Close to areas of interest in San Juan. WiFi needs an upgrade, as I was unable to connect my phone during my stay. Host was very responsive and helpful.

I definitely felt safe here as a solo travel. Great location. The area surrounding was questionable, however I didn’t have any issues. My two concerns were I like to sleep in a completely dark room and there was light coming through the front door and the studio bed I was in was not comfortable. Overall, host was quick to respond and I enjoyed my experience in PR!

Simply Amazing

When we set up all we wasn’t sure what to expect, the instructions on how to enter and all was very explanatory easy to access security cameras on the premises and quiet area. The area is full of streets and is a bit off putting but once you reach casa sagrado thing change room we was given room 7 it was clean with all utensils refrigerator and pans. The staff was amazing makes you feel at home. Mornings are amazing you can rest and wake up relaxed. This is my new go to spot and now I the property has grown so the space is bigger so can’t wait to return. I highly recommend this from here you can reach everywhere within 10 to 20min. Amazing spot. Thank you for opening your home to us.

At first I was apprehensive once inside I was pleased how safe I felt staff was super friendly and very clean nice experience room close to the street some nice in the evening but other then that can’t wait to go back.

Great stay!

I had a nice time in Puerto Rico! The homes were very clean and had most things you need. It is close to lots of things but not really walking distance so Uber or car is necessary. The cleaning staff was very nice and it was a nice stay.

Great place to stay near the Condado strip and beaches

This property was overall a great place to stay. Beaches are just minutes away as well as some great restaurants. The Condado strip is filled with restaurants and entertainment. The apartments are well maintained and clean. It seems some people complain about the hot water not being hot enough but that wasn't my experience in the slightest. It wasn't scalding but it was HOT. Any noise complaints are unwarranted as well. The neighborhood is quiet however be careful driving since half of the traffic lights don't work. There are a couple of minor issues that I forwarded to the owner but nothing that would keep me from staying here again or recommending it to friends and family.

Perfect place for the price!

My husband and I stayed here during our week long vacation in PR. It was perfect since we spent most of our days out and about. There’s a gate outside that you can only open with the provided keys. It was easy to get in and out of the property and most importantly, it felt safe! There’s a CVS a short 10 minute walk away from the apartment too, which was convenient! Both tours we booked were able to pick us up from this place, other than that we used Uber to get around ($5-$7 each ride). Parking is limited, I believe there are 7 apartments in the property but only about five parking spots. We didn’t rent a vehicle so that wasn’t an issue. Would 10/10 recommend if you’re simply looking for a safe and clean place to sleep and leave your belongings.

Loved the apartment it was perfect for our 5 day stay. The staff was attentive and easy to contact. The only upgrade I would make is a bit more lighting in the kitchen and extra towels. Does not come with beach towels so bring your own!

Very clean

This property was very clean and the instructions given for access to the property was seamless/easy. It’s small but is just enough space for a nice stay. I had a tad bit of trouble with my app while I was there but was able to communicate with the host once my app started working again. The neighborhood looked sketchy but my husband and I walked the neighborhood a few times while there and actually, all I have to say is never judge a book by its cover. The people in the neighborhood was nice and no one bothers you, I felt safe. I loved that it is not far from old San Juan and condado, just an Uber ride away. Enjoy your stay in PR.
