Welcome to this charming 3-bedroom beach cottage nestled along the shores of beautiful Sylvan Beach, New York. With its prime location, you are just steps away from the sandy beach and numerous bars and restaurants, the Lake House Casino, and Sylvan Beach Amusement Park.

Property Features:
Three Bedrooms: The cottage offers three small but well-appointed bedrooms, each designed to provide a peaceful retreat after a day of beachside adventures. The main bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed, a smaller middle room offers a comfortable Twin bed, and the end bedroom offers another Queen bed.

Small but equipped Kitchen: Stove and fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer,  K-cup coffee machine, and all the essential utensils and cookware you need. Enjoy dining at the dining table with comfortable seating.

Outdoor Living: The cottage features a lovely front porch equipped with comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or savoring a refreshing drink. There is also an outdoor dining set with umbrella in a yard back yard that walks out to the beach.

Modern Amenities: We understand the importance of staying connected and entertained during your vacation. Our beach cottage offers modern amenities such as central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen smart TV with apps for your own sign ins, and a selection of games for added enjoyment. Charging blocks and extension cords are provided, but must not leave the cottage.

Nearby Attractions: A large grassy grilling area at the end of the beach, Sylvan Beach Amusement Park for fun rides and games, the Lake House on Oneida Casino and Beach front dining, and Gold Rush Adventure Rush are just steps away down the street. There are also several bars, ice cream and coffee shops, bakery, restaurants, and small shops to enjoy all within walking distance. If you're up for a quick ride and you can explore the nearby Verona Beach State Park for hiking, picnicking, and birdwatching. The Turning Stone Casino and Spas are also within easy reach, providing additional entertainment options.

Parking : A parking pass will be on site for street parking spaces. There is also an open lot at the end of the street.

* Notes for Guest to Consider:  The beach cottage is small and not meant for several guests. The bedrooms are located on the second floor, with a steep and narrow stairwell.  The windows are old and can be difficult to prop open. Children should not touch said windows. . Guests should be aware, with occasional live bands, motorcycles, a busy beach and overall high tourism, summer months could offer a few noisy days/evenings, weekends especially noisy.
There are 3 cottages on this property,  so there may be other guests in the common areas during your stay.
Fire pits, grills,  or fires are not permitted on the property due to multiple structures and wires running roof to roof.
