Quelle maison adorable avec une sensation très Beachy, décor fantastique et design!

Très bien situé, près des magasins et des restaurants. Grand quai, superbe piscine et patio. Plan d'étage à la maison avec planchers de bois franc, ventilateurs de plafond, WIFI, 4 télévisions, grande cuisine et salle à manger.

Cette maison de 3 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain a un plan d’étage sur deux étages avec la chambre principale et la salle de bain du côté droit de la maison et les deux chambres d’hôtes et la salle de bain du côté gauche de la maison. Salle familiale spacieuse, coin salon séparé, cuisine ouverte et buanderie du garage.

L'accès à South Beach et à Tiger Tail Beach se trouve à environ 8 km.

Great Stay & Location

Great house with awesome amenities -- clean home, nice pool, fun areas to hangout with the family. All restaurants were very close and accessible.

Perfect getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay. One of the best bnb’s I’ve stayed at. Beds were comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Pool was nice and we utilized the grill. Perfect for relaxation and recharging my mind!

Everything we hoped for and more

Loved the location on the canal. The house was extremely comfortable and homey; nicely decorated. It was the best stocked house we have ever stayed in. Everything we needed was there.

Perfect Marco Island Getaway

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to everything you could want on Marco--shops, restaurants, beaches, easy drive to Goodland, grocery store is very close. The house is very well-stocked and has excellent storage space available, and has a nice pool and patio right off the kitchen. We loved our stay--5 stars!

This is our second time renting this house. Love the location in quiet neighborhood with a great pool. House was well stocked and clean. Had an issue with the air conditioning as all houses in Florida do in 90 degree weather. Vrbo host was quick to respond and ac guy was there on a half hour. We will rent this one again if available next year.

This house is amazing. Perfect location. Clean and stocked well. Pool is beautiful. Owners quick to respond when cable was not working. We will reserve this again in the future if available.

Great vacation home!

Love the decor. Very comfortable ,clean well equipped with all the necessities one would need. Including pool toys , bikes to ride. Great location on the island I would definitely stay in this home again. I was there for a month and felt right at home. Communications with the property managers were wonderful.

Beautiful home and view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The pool is spacious and warm. You have a great view of the inland waterway and there is a nice deck over the waterway. Overhead fans throughout the beautifully decorated home. A/C works well.

Christmas Escape

Clean home with an open floor plan. Pool was set to 86, it was warm and clean during the cold stretch of weather. Also nice to have the 4 bikes, plus the 4 beach chairs.

Awesome Everything

What a great place!! Comfortable, clean and a great central location on the island. We biked everywhere. Next time I’ll rent a boat and tie it up at the house. Nicki the property manager was over the top with making sure the place was perfect. You can’t go wrong by staying here. Come enjoy Marco from this house.

BEAUTIFUL Home. Will definitely come again!

This property was lovely and had everything you could need. VERY comfortable. Our only note would be for the property manager to include a phone number before arriving should there be any issues. We were only given an email address on the contract. Luckily there were none at all.

Clean and comfortable but needing updating. I didnt like eatjng my dinner off plastic plates, not what i expect for the price. The pool was very cold too. I love Marco been coming for 26 years but although comfortable it wasnt one of the nicest houses ive rented

Thank you for your review. You must not have looked in all the kitchen cabinets because the owner does have regular dishes. The dishes you were using were strictly for the pool to have plastic dishes at the pool in case someone drops one it doesn’t break and cause damage. Also, as I explain to you, we do not run pool heaters in the summer time. Our temperature outside is extremely warm. The first week you were here. We had torrential rain storms all day every day and that did bring the temperature of the pool down, but I explained to you our temperatures were in the high 90s and that pool would heat up quick, which it did.

Lovely home on a Canal

The home was lovely, clean and well stocked. Safe, well maintained neighborhood. Agent was highly responsive. They even had bikes and beach chairs. Glad we picked independent home over a condo or hotel. Only complaint is that pool could be better maintained. There were a lot of gnats in it, indicating chlorine levels and circulation needed adjusting. We were unaware how restricted beach access is in Marco island. Parking lots for the beach fill up quick. The only access is South beach ( very crowded) or Tiger tail ( long walk) . It would have been perfect if renters had access to the Marco Residents beach.

Amazing property with a great property manager

We have been coming to Marco Island every year for the last twelve year and this property was our favorite of all 12. Things we loved: *check in was easy -- property manager sent us the info a couple days in advance*super responsive property manager; every question was answered literally within minutes and the one small problem we had was taken care of as soon as it was brought to the property manager's attention*cozy furniture - the furniture (couches, easy chairs, patio furniture) was all cozy and in good shape -- not fancy or new, but soft and relaxing, and two separate seating areas in the living room area*patio - the patio has three separate sitting areas - an outdoor table and chairs, a fire pit, and lounge chairs, plus two chairs on the dock. So much space to do your own thing!*beds -- three comfortable king sized beds, and a nice tv in each room*kitchen -- well equipped with high quality cookware, air fryer, blender, Keurig*location -- on the canal, and fishing poles in the garage (we found out you can get an instant fishing license on line*toys -- we were in Marco with my elderly dad, so we didn't hit the beach or go bike riding but there were pool toys, beach toys and chairs, fishing poles available*pool -- clean and warm -- and looking at the canal over the pool is heavenly

Excellent stay in marco island

The house was simply amazing and accomodating in all aspects. The view from the canal is priceless and got to see couple of dolphins and a manatee from that view as well. The bedrooms were large and the house was well equipped with all the necessities such as bikes, rafts for the pool, and additional things. My family and I had a great time and will be going back.

Best place yet!!

My wife and I have been coming to Marco for 10 years Shorecrest court house is our favorite!! The house was extremely clean, bed was really comfy and this house was by far the most equipped one we’ve stayed at in the past 10 years. We saw a momma and baby manatee in the corner of the canal right behind the house one day it was awesome I wish I could share the video we took of them. Check in and out was easy, property manager was attentive to any questions or concerns!! Not one complaint here except having to go back to Michigan. Cant wait to rent this house again!! Marco never disappoints!! Thank you Rich & Shannon D
