VUE PANORAMIQUE SUR LE LAC ET LA MONTAGNE! Cette charmante maison de ville Tahoe Condo est situĂ©e au sommet du monde! (ou au moins la montagne) À seulement quelques minutes en voiture du domaine skiable Heavenly Ski et Ă  6 km des casinos ou des plages du lac Tahoe, cette maison est un excellent choix pour jusqu'Ă  six personnes et ses animaux de compagnie. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain avec une baignoire Ă  remous. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et peut accueillir 6 personnes plus un bar pouvant accueillir 2 personnes et une tĂ©lĂ©vision 24 '. Le salon a une cheminĂ©e en pierre Ă  bois, TV 42'HD avec DVD, 100+ chaĂźnes. Pour votre confort, l'Ă©tablissement possĂšde une vidĂ©othĂšque, des livres et des jeux. Ce condo est de 5 niveaux Ă  l'intĂ©rieur avec plusieurs ponts. DĂ©tendez-vous dans un bain Ă  remous privĂ© ou faites un barbecue sur le barbecue. Il y a une passerelle pour se rendre Ă  l'unitĂ© depuis le parking Ă  environ 100 mĂštres, mais le cadre et la vue en valent la peine! Internet sans fil est fourni. Il y a une salle de jeux avec baby-foot et la Wii (systĂšme de jeu vidĂ©o), 27 'TV, a Ă©galement une entrĂ©e privĂ©e sĂ©parĂ©e du condo et peut ne pas ĂȘtre disponible pendant les pĂ©riodes de fortes chutes de neige. Les quatre roues motrices, les chaĂźnes ou les pneus d'hiver sont requis pendant les mois d'hiver. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© a un minimum de trois nuits pour la saison de ski. Quiet, comfortable hangout in the blizzard

We had a great time here. Property was clean, comfortable and we loved the hot tub and fireplace. Location had great views and close to slopes. We were there during a blizzard with 70" of new snow so chains were a must to get up the street to the parking area.

Magnificent views and cozy home

We would like to say how wonderful our stay was. Magnificent views and such a warm and delightfully cozy home. Home is exactly as described. All the comforts of home in a peaceful setting. The property sits atop a mountain with one hell of a view. The hot tub placement was key to enjoying this. The unit is a journey to get to however, and if you enjoy stairs, this place has them! That being said it’s clean and unit is functional for a stay. We enjoyed it and plan to come again!!!

Peaceful, Convenient, and Supportive—Perfect for Tahoe 200

I stayed in Kingsbury for the Tahoe 200 and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The location was incredibly convenient—just minutes from key access points on the course—which made crew logistics and race transitions so much easier. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with beautiful views that brought a sense of calm both before and after the race.The rental itself was cozy, clean, and well-stocked with everything I needed to rest and recover. From comfortable beds to a fully equipped kitchen, it truly felt like a home away from home. It was also close to grocery stores and restaurants, which made last-minute needs and pre-race prep simple.The only drawback was the walk from the car to the rental when checking in and out—it wasn’t far, but when you’ve just run 200 miles, it feels far! That final stretch from the car to the door felt like its own ultra —but honestly, that’s such a minor thing in light of everything else this place offered.I’m grateful for this stay—it supported me physically and mentally in a huge way. Highly recommend to anyone racing Tahoe 200 or just looking for a quiet, restorative place to stay while exploring the area.

Last week of warm weather 2020

Awesome. Be prepared to climb plenty of stairs when you rent is place. The kitchen has recently been upgraded and is very nice. The views from this place are unparalleled and unforgettable! The 7500 foot elevation takes some getting use to, bring lotion and lip balm. The beds were a little on the hard side for our tastes, but the only negative thing I can mention.

Views, views views.

This home was a cozy place to take in the beautiful lake views. It was comfortable, and offered views of both the lake and Carson valley. We loved the private hot tub, and it felt secluded. Several items were missing, such as dish soap and laundry detergent, dish scrubbers, etc that should come stocked to make the home more amenable for longer stays and cleanliness. Also, to access the home there is a long walk with stairs from the parking lot, so be prepared if you have ski gear, groceries, etc. Not for those with limited mobility. Overall, great home and we really enjoyed our time there.

thie house was beautiful but it was not very clean and we had to hunt for the grill rack and it was thrown in with a bunch of repair work materials that were left on the balaconies and the buttons marking are off we had to look up on the internet the directions to use it, Also there was a weird smell in the house we could not get rid of. the views are beautiful but the price is high and you get charged by VRBO and tahoe accondamtions for the same things and you have to p/u and drop off the keys at there office. it is a nice place it you keep your expectations down

Hidden gem near the slopes

This was a great property for our 5 person party. The property itself is situated on a high point with views over the central valley from one side and all of Lake Tahoe on the other. The sunset from the hot tub was the perfect way to cap off a great day skiing. There are no assigned parking spaces, so parking was a little tight at points, but this was not an issue. One item not listed in the description is that the property is located about 500 feet from the parking area, so be mindful when planning to bring any heavy items that must be carried. The house also has 5 floors, and I would be difficult to navigate for anyone that struggles to climb stairs. Overall it was perfect for our needs and I will certainly look here first the next time we take a Tahoe trip.

Great place to stay in Lake Tahoe

What a great place to stay in South Lake Tahoe. The only thing knocking this from a 5 star is that the hot water was an issue the whole time. We could only get sustainable hot showers in the downstairs bathroom, only. Once we figured this out, this place was great. The pictures don't do the true views of Lake Tahoe and the Nevada valley justice. They are excellent views and the hot tub has a great view of the lake too. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well set up. We had a ton of snow on our trip, so be aware of the really long walk on the deck to get to the place and know you may have to shovel yourself out. But that's a Tahoe issue for everyone in the winter. The management company is great. As I said, this is a 5 star place if the hot water issue wasn't too strange.
