Incroyable maison avec piscine communautaire et accès à la plage!

Nous sommes heureux d'annoncer que la piscine Village Walk Phase 1 est maintenant chauffée!
Le rez-de-chaussée de cette maison a un salon ouvert, une cuisine et un bar. Il y a une salle de bain complète à ce niveau avec une grande véranda grillagée. La première chambre principale est au rez-de-chaussée et dispose d'une salle de bain complète. L'étage offre la deuxième chambre principale, avec un lit queen et une fabuleuse salle de bain complète. La troisième chambre, qui est également à l'étage, a deux ensembles de lits superposés jumeaux et la troisième salle de bain complète est située dans le hall. Cette maison peut accueillir un maximum de 8 personnes et se trouve à une courte distance en voiture de la plage. Il offre Internet sans fil. À l'extérieur, vous trouverez une table et des chaises avec un barbecue au charbon. La maison n'est PAS les animaux de compagnie et est non-fumeur. Avant de vous rendre à Port Aransas / Village Walk, veuillez planifier le nombre correct de véhicules que vous conduisez conformément aux règles ci-dessous:

1) Coral Paradise VW27 dispose de 3 places de parking pavées, 2 dans l'allée et une dans le garage, pour 3 véhicules de taille moyenne. Si vous louez une voiturette de golf, elle doit tenir dans l'un de vos 3 espaces.
 
2) Des étiquettes de stationnement seront fournies par Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals.
 
3) Tous les véhicules doivent être stationnés dans l'allée de VW 27. Pas de stationnement dans la rue, pas de stationnement dans les zones rouges et pas de stationnement dans les autres allées du Village Walk
 
4) Aucun bateau, remorque, bus, camping-car n'est autorisé dans la promenade du village
 
5) Le remorquage sera strictement appliqué

The property was nice, a little hard to find the house at first. A property map would be helpful before arrival. Parking is sufficient for our 1 vehicle, but room for 2. The house was a perfect set up for our group. It had all the household amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable as well! That’s a plus in a rental. It was great! We would definitely stay there again!

This house was amazing. Home away from home. We brought all our food with us and only had to leave the house to go to the beach. We were able to park our jeep in the garage and rent a golf cart to haul us around. Plenty of sleeping room and they provide everything for you to start with. Will definitely book again!!

Family yearly beach trip

The location was great. It was our first time being on a ferry. The restaurants, shops and grocery stores were easy to get to either with a golf cart or vehicle. The weather was warm. The rain only came once during our stay. The house was just a short walk to the pool. The pool was nice also. The house was quite clean and vlwell equipped with what we needed.

Very clean, well-appointed house. The only watch out is “the beach access’’ is approximately a mile from the house. A golf cart is a recommended add-on if you are hauling beach or fishing gear.

Nice stay

It was a nice home but only one tv in the living room and in only 1 bedroom. 2 other bedrooms no tv. House wasn’t clean upon arrival. Very dirty floors. Party next door until 3am kept me and my son up all night. Nice location close to the beach.
