Ce chalet cÎtiÚre magnifique est situé dans une toute nouvelle communauté en plein milieu de Port Aransas. La chambre principale a un lit king size et les trois chambres d'hÎtes de lits queen size. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. L'appareil accepte les animaux et offre un accÚs Internet sans fil. Il y a beaucoup de place pour garer un bateau. Monter un des deux vélos à l'un des restaurants ou des bars juste à cÎté de la maison. La plage est à environ un mile de distance. Le complexe propose également une piscine communautaire. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Problems from the beginning, upstairs bathroom won’t flush, water leak from up stairs bathroom down to the kitchen area. Maintenance guy said they have been having issues but they just want to do quick fix instead of proper repairs. Upside was it was close to pool entrance.

Great place to stay. Convenient to beach/restaurants. Property was clean and provided everything we needed. Outdoor shower is great to remove sand from shoes, etc. Pool was somewhat dirty when we arrived but after notifying property manager it was cleaned very quickly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

There was plenty of space for all 10 of us to hang out and visit. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils and pans. The pool was right outside our back door, which was awesome. Nice House But Not Everything Promised

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, checkin was very easy and access instructions were text to me in a timely manner. I noticed when we walked in that the back door had a screen laying against it. I walked around to see why because we were promised a screened in patio by the pool. The patio screens were all torn down and there were boards and nails everywhere. I was shocked. I immediately had my husband come and help me clean up the boards with sharp exposed nails and all the other nails off the ground so our children didn’t get hurt. Maintenance was quick to come and clean up the mess but it didn’t help the situation of now no screened in porch. The rest of the house was clean and nice besides a set of fake eyelashes and an earring was found in one of the beds. I never got a response to this. Later that first evening people took showers in the guest bath and the ceiling below started flooding. Management said this was probably due to splashing water outside of the shower. I thought this was not only rude of them to say, but ridiculous as the flooding was pouring through the roof. I took video for proof. After all the first day drama, the rest of the stay was nice. Checkout was easy. If they can fix the problems we encountered it would be ani e place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the house, big spacious, they provided all the kitchen ware which I was surprised and even had a spice rack. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy and everything was clean when we got there. The only down fall I didn't like was the entrance to the house, the AC in the way and a big bush I feel needs to be trimmed so you have a walk way to get in. Also the pool was a little dirty, it had hair, dead bugs & spiders- We went in and walked out and went to our friends pool, that was the only thing. The house is great! Close to everything.

Relax, Refresh, and Unwind

There was plenty of space to gather for meals and game time but also enough room to spend a quiet moment. We enjoyed the convenience of having a semi-private pool and the close proximity to the beach (less than 7 minutes). The house was clean and the kitchen contained all that we needed to prepare our meals. Check-in and check-out were a snap and when we did have to call maintenance after hours, they were pleasantly polite and professional and arrived in a timely manner. The issue was resolved in a short amount of time and we continued our visit with no other issues. The screens on the patio need some attention but overall we would definitely recommend this property to friends and family!

Great stay

Property was great! Loved having the pool right behind us. Kitchen was stocked well! Only downside grill was very old and dirty and propane tank empty so couldn’t grill like we wanted. All in all would recommend for future visits
