Notre aménagement de style ranch comprend un plan d'étage ouvert avec sous-sol aménagé. Nous avons un total de 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain complÚtes. Profitez de la vue sur Pikes Peak depuis notre patio arriÚre ou notre balançoire avant!

Nous avons une tĂ©lĂ©vision murale de 47 pouces, un foyer au bois et un meuble inclinable pouvant accueillir 4 adultes confortablement dans le salon prĂšs de la salle Ă  manger prĂšs de la cuisine. Il y a 3 chambres accueillantes et une salle de bain complĂšte Ă  l'Ă©tage principal. La chambre principale a un lit king size, un dressing et une tĂ©lĂ©vision murale de 50 ”. Les 2 autres chambres Ă  l'Ă©tage principal ont chacune un lit queen size.

Le sous-sol comprend une grande chambre avec un lit king size, un coin salon et une salle de bain complÚte. Il ya aussi un canapé, un grand fauteuil inclinable, une table de baby-foot et une télévision 65 pouces dans le salon du sous-sol pour votre plus grand plaisir.

Nous avons une cafetiĂšre Keurig & traditionnelle ainsi que de nombreux gadgets de cuisine ainsi que des assaisonnements et des condiments typiques disponibles pour nos clients. Nous avons des services de cĂąble, DVR et Internet Xfinity, ainsi qu’une XBox avec 2 contrĂŽleurs et 2 casques. Notre barbecue au propane et notre fumeur Ă©lectrique se trouvent sur la terrasse arriĂšre. N'hĂ©sitez pas Ă  utiliser tout ce dont vous avez besoin pendant votre sĂ©jour!

Nos restaurants préférés tels que la Salsa Brava, le Cleats Grill et le Narai Thai se trouvent tous à un jet de pierre. L'épicerie et la bibliothÚque sont également accessibles à pied. Profitez de l'abondance de sentiers de randonnée, de parcs et d'attractions locales pour lesquels le cÎté ouest est réputé!

Great neighborhood

The property was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked for what we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The back yard looks cute but based on our itinerary we didnt get to enjoy it. We would stay there again.

Family Reunion

We stayed here while in town for a family reunion. Owners were very accommodating and hospitable. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked hamburgers on the propane grill. We would definitely want to stay again.

Family Vacation

Our stay was a meeting point for family members traveling from different locations. The accommodations were perfect! Very comfortable and clean. Jordan was a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend!

Terrific Stay

We enjoyed this property. We spent four nights. Modern house, nice neighborhood, easy access to city, restaurants and supermarket. Very speedy communication. Well stocked pantry and kitchen. We recommend highly.

Fun times

We had a great time. Close to everything and a beautiful view of Piles Peak. We lived in the Springs for 8 years back in the 90s. It was so wonderful to be back in the city for an extended weekend!

Tennessee to Colorado

Our family of 8 stayed very comfortably, enjoying back patio, grill, & firepit. All kitchen amenities, beds, furniture were great. Only -* is bedroom floors over basement bedroom squeak. Probably hard to fix. Overall a nice home away from home.

Travel for event at Air Force Academy

Close to freeway, Academy, shops, and sites! Charming house, spacious and up to date. Host responsive to call as needed. Could use minor face-lift for outside patio area.

Pleasant Stay

We came into town to watch the Air Force v Navy game and it was close to the AF Academy, less than 15 minutes away, which was perfect. Neighborhood was quiet and house came with plenty of amenities. We were pleasantly surprised to find seven deer on the front yard one afternoon. We enjoyed playing cards on the large dining table while watching the baseball game on the large screen tv. The reclining seats were comfortable too! Would definitely return for another visit.

Pleasant house in lovely neighborhood

Very nice house as described. The only negative we had was no central air. There are 2 window ACs and a few fans but they did not keep up with the 90+ temps.

Family visit to a new cadet

Clean, easy to access, great communication with host. Location was great for groceries, house had everything we needed for cooking and grilling our meals. We stayed in and cooked meals for our cadet to really relax. The setup with open kitchen, eating, and TV was perfect for a fall weekend together. Outdoor space was a little worn and tricky for older people to get around on, but deck table and chairs were fine to relax at. Nice area for walks and access to some trails within a bit of walking distance. Hosts were great to work with and answered all of my questions quickly. Was a great place for our family to stay and enjoy time together!

Spacious and convenient to USAFA

Nice big place with room to spread out, including a downstairs TV room and nice outdoor deck. We had some trouble figuring out how to make the TV in the master bedroom work so the property could benefit from an instruction manual (e.g., we had to ask about wi-fi and password after arriving). The only "miss" was that the hairdryer had disappeared without the hosts realizing, so we did not have one as promised. But the host was very responsive and easy to work with.

Comfortable place to stay and relax

We found the property to be just as listed on VBRO. The house was very comfortable to stay with plenty of space and comfortable furniture for our family (5 adults and one child). The property is located in a very nice/quiet neighborhood and reasonably close to all the attractions we wanted to visit (Manitou, North Pole, Cliff Dwellings, Cog train, Woodland Park, Eleven Mile Canyon, etc). Owner was easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly! The only negative we had was that the back yard was a little bit cluttered and could use some TLC.

The house was clean I wish window units in other rooms they were little warm. From back yard I was hoping to see Moutain views off patio was big TVs camper blocked the view. Other than that it was good stay.

Convenient location

Very comfortable & great communication

Our group of 8 loved this place! Beds and sheets were luxurious, the house and kitchen were very clean, and it was located within about 20 minutes of most attractions. We enjoyed watching the deer snack in the backyard and watching the storms come in over the mountains. We would definitely stay here again!
