-Hot Tub (seats 4 comfortably; can seat up to 6 people; Hot Tub is 1 year old)

-Weber Grill (new as of May 2022)
-Party Lights extending from main cottage to Bunk House (new as of summer 2022)
-Hammock. -Fire pit with chairs (1 bundle of firewood & s'mores kit provided per reservation)

***For our Fall & Winter guests, THE BUNK HOUSE IS CLOSED TO GUESTS FROM 11/1-4/30, AND WE CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO 6 GUESTS IN THE WINTER INSTEAD OF 7. THE MAIN COTTAGE SLEEPS 2 GUESTS FOR EACH OF THE BEDROOMS, AND THERE IS A PULLOUT QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA IN THE LIVING ROOM THAT CAN SLEEP 2 IF NEEDED. THE MOST COMFORTABLE ARRANGEMENT WILL BE 4 TOTAL GUESTS AS OUR COTTAGE IS 1000 TOTAL SQ FT.

THE BUNK HOUSE IS PRIMARILY SETUP FOR KIDS to have their own space, but it is not insulated. We keep a dehumidifier running in the bunk house when it is open to guests as well as a portable A/C unit. The bunk house is OPEN from 5/1-10/31 each year for guests.

Walloon Cottage is the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway in any season. Please inquire with any questions regarding our cottage. We're happy to help!

We loved this Walloon escape. We were close to the lake, Walloon Village restaurants and short drives to Petoskey and Boyne City. The place was well equipped for cooking and a great yard for our dog!

The cottage is adorable and very well appointed. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need for whatever you are preparing. The host has gone to great lengths to provide all the comforts you could ask for-extra toiletries, spa-like robes for 4 adults, extra space heaters in each bedroom, even all the goodies to make s'mores. The hot tub is a lovely feature for a soak in the gorgeous, private backyard. Highly recommend!

A perfect place to stay. I brought my husband and daughter for a work trip and it was a great spot. A 5 minute walk to Walloon Village. It's definitely an emphasis on cozy, but we really enjoyed our time!

What a wonderful place to stay in Walloon Lake! The house is clean, roomy, and comfortable. The location made it easy to get to town, the beach, and the boat launch. The huge yard was great for playing frisbee and ball with the dogs. The humans enjoyed the jacuzzi, hammock, and the outdoor table and chairs. The host was very accomodating and easy to reach. We'd love to stay here again.

Larissa was an amazing host. There was a minor issue with the hot tub, and she came right over and fixed up everything! Great fenced in yard for dogs. We were even allowed to park our boat in front of the house. Highly recommend!! The back sun room was our favorite!! Played cards almost every night in that room!

This was our second time at the cottage - we came back because it’s a perfect winter getaway. Close to ski and snowboarding, downtown Petoskey, shops and restaurants yet with a very cozy and private feel. This Walloon Lake cottage is in a great location, close to Boyne Mountain and Petoskey. We enjoyed the hot tub and the large fenced yard for our dog. We had everything we needed for our stay and we really appreciated the extra touches such as the smore making ingredients and hot chocolate. We would definitely stay at the cottage again.

The cottage was absolutely great. We traveled with our two dogs and the fenced in yard gave us peace of mind. The cottage has everything that you could think of - kayaks, hot tub, fire pit. We had a wonderful stay and Adam and Larissa were incredible hosts.

The cottage is in a convenient location 15 mins south of Petoskey & 11 mins north of Boyne Mountain Ski Resort, snowmobiling, golf course, Avalanche Indoor Water Park, 5 min walk to public beach, shopping, playground, & Barrel Back restaurant. This 3 bed, 1 bath cottage offers a large fenced in yard, webber BBQ grill, Fire-pit, HOT TUB, party lights, fast wifi, 2 smart TV's, AC/Heat & a beautiful sunroom! Minutes from public boat launch!
