Unité 1: Belle maison de ville à proximité des commerces, restaurants et sentiers du centre-ville.

Venez séjourner dans cette confortable maison de ville de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Il y a deux unités dans ce duplex, chacune avec sa propre entrée avec une terrasse commune à l'arriÚre. Il y a une grande cour arriÚre avec beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre. Cette vieille maison pittoresque a été entiÚrement rénovée et a une petite vue sur la baie! Promenez-vous au centre-ville pour dßner ou faire du shopping. Nous sommes à proximité des pistes cyclables, des plages, du golf et des stations de ski et bien plus encore. Il est situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Cette unité peut accueillir 6 confortablement.
Nous avons des climatiseurs de fenĂȘtre: un Ă  l'Ă©tage et un en bas. Nous utilisons aussi des ventilateurs de fenĂȘtre old school!

We had a great weekend at this extra clean house in Petoskey. The location is perfect! We loved being able to walk to the adorable downtown for shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops.

We loved our time in Petoskey, and this place could not have been better situated. We had lovely walks around the town every morning and sat out every evening enjoying the cool shade and looking out into the bay. Colleen was an amazing host that went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable one. We would all love to return again one day and would easily recommend this place to others.

We enjoyed our vacation in Petoskey. We liked the convenience of the house location to downtown. Colleen was response to any question we had. The only problems we had with our stay was the Wi-Fi connection which Colleen resolved (we were given older versus sign on) and the king bed was collapsing on one side. Other than those issues we liked our stay.

Perfect up north getaway spot

We arrived very late after dropping our kid off at college, and the host was very accommodating! Everything was perfect, and the location was great, an easy walk to downtown.

Nice home near downtown Petoskey

This is a nice, well-equipped house just 2 blocks from downtown, so it's easy to walk to the shops and restaurants. It's clean and comfortable...a great place to relax after a day of skiing. We loved our stay here.

We bought the duplex in 2013, gutted it and completely remodeled it. We lived in the unit for 3 years and then bought a home a few blocks away and are happy to now offer the unit as a rental for you and your family. We love this home and hope you do too.

The unit is so comfortable. The three seperate bedrooms make it easy for friends and family to have their own space. The comfortable living area and full kitchen make the stay truly comfortable. Petoskey is beautiful in every season. The beaches are the best in the state! Golfing, hiking, skiing, shopping, and great day trips make this the perfect vacation spot. You will love visiting Petoskey and we are sure you will come back again!

Downtown Petoskey has many wonderful activities and events throughout the year. You will not be disappointed! It also has a small view of the Bay!
