Votre escapade magique attend votre arrivée à cette incroyable 5 chambres, 3 salles de bains, Disney à thème villa à Kissimmee. Cette maison dispose d'une piscine étincelante, d'une salle de jeux et se trouve à quelques kilomètres de Disney World et des restaurants, ce qui est parfait pour les familles qui partagent un voyage mémorable!

Vous aurez tout le confort dans cette belle villa, qui comprend un accès Internet sans fil, la climatisation centrale et une vaste bibliothèque. Le salon accueillant comprend de nombreux sièges confortables, une télévision par câble à écran plat avec lecteur DVD, des DVD et une console de jeu X-Box One, ce qui en fait un lieu de rassemblement idéal pour votre groupe. La cuisine entièrement équipée dispose de comptoirs en granit et d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable. La piscine étincelante est fermée et peut être chauffée moyennant un supplément.

À la fin de la journée, vous apprécierez les lits confortables dans l'une des 5 chambres à thème. La chambre principale du rez-de-chaussée dispose d'un lit king-size et est décorée sur le thème pittoresque du film UP. The location of this property was fantastic for magic kingdom and the other Walt Disney parks. There was a Walmart and plenty of restaurants in easy driving distance. The community felt safe and secure.

The location of the house to Disney was great. I was able to get in touch with the owner and property manager very quickly for a few issues that arose and they acted quickly to help resolve the issues.

Great Stay

We had a great stay hee whilst visiting the parks and surrounding areas. The house was great and had all we needed to make it fun and relaxing. Great communication with the owner, we had one very slight problem that was sorted the next day so couldn't ask for anything more. Would recommend and would definitely stay again if visiting the area. Thank you

The home was clean and as described online. Owner communicated all information needed and asked for. The location was close to everything. My family felt comfortable and enjoyed our entire stay. ❤️ 5th birthday and it was wonderful

3 week magical stay

Felt like we stepped into a mini Disney world with all of the themed rooms. Lots of extra decor touches added to this. Pool was clean, warm and convent. Wifi and electronics all functional and useful. Filtered water from fridge was very convenient and appreciated. Had a great trip,

Love our stay

Overall we had a great stay. It fit our family perfectly, the pool kept everyone happy. Rooms were spacious and clean.Only downfall was the lack of urgency with property management. The hottub was empty, Karen was quick ro reply and reach out for assistance but they still took 3 days to come out. The bed in the master bedroom was not the greatest.

Great Community and Location near all Orlando has to Offer

We had a great girl's trip in Orlando thanks to this VRBO. The home is located in a great resort gated community [with alot to offer] just a few miles from Disney. The home provided ample space for all of us to spread out and enjoy our stay. We loved the Disney themed rooms and the large living area to hang out. Just be prepared to bring or buy extra paper products and daily necessities [TP, Pape towels, tissues, trash bags, soap]. There is a Walmart right around the corner for shopping or deliveries. We would definitely recommend this rental for a family or big group if you are visiting Orlando.

Great stay

We really enjoyed the property and the location. The property is listed accurately and is a good base for visiting Disney and Universal. We were impressed with the pool which was fantastic after a long day and the kitchen had excellent facilities for cooking. We were grateful for the tupperware cupboard so we could take sandwiches to the parks. We didn't use the shared onsite pool as the villa was enough for us. The whole area is very quiet and safe. The villa is provided with plenty of towels and wardrobe space. The decoration is cute and thoughtful which makes the holiday special. The washing machine and tumble dryer seemed quite new. There was a rip in the couch from a previous guest, but this had been communicated to us beforehand as the owner couldn't get a new one in time. We enjoyed the games room and board games. The a/c was good and kept the villa at a really nice temperature on warmer and cooler days. Wifi was great and you can access Netflix etc on all televisions with your own password. It's a quick drive to Disney in the mornings and there is a Walmart just up the road. Universal is a little further away, but was about 25 mins in morning traffic. There are loads of restaurants close by and Sunset Walk was just up the road which was a nice place to visit for dinner. Overall we loved our holiday and wish we could come back again soon.

Great Vacation

We had an absolutely great vacation. Had a little trouble with the pool heat, but Karen took care of it right away. My grandchildren had the best time swimming at this property. Very close to Disneyland and stores. Would stay here again on a future visit. Thanks again for everything Karen.

We had an amazing time!

We loved this property so much! It is so beautifully decorated~ really nice, not tacky and in your face like many properties are. My boys loved the star wars room/beds, and we absolutely loved all the Up themed items around the house. Everything was comfy, well maintained and updated. The *only thing I would change is the primary bedroom is a sleep number and it was a bit saggy but otherwise, we would 100% stay here again!

We had a great time at this house! Overall very clean and nice. The beds do have some wear but they are ok. The pool was great and the kids went swimming every day. Proximity to Disney was great and there is lots of restaurants in the area.

Home away from home

This property was wonderful for our group of 10 people and a baby (ages 9 months - 70 years). The descriptions and pictures were accurate, check in and check out was simple and it definitely met our expectations. Close proximity to Disney parks and simple routes. I would highly recommend this property for any family/group traveling to Disney but isn’t staying at a resort.

Lovely property fitted our needs perfectly

The property was clean and perfect for our needs,the location is just perfect with all Disney parks within 20 minute drive and plenty restaurants locally.My only gripe was with Emerald isle who own the complex,the reception staff are terrible ,they state that 11pm is the time to be the quite time we had noisy neighbours on 1st week but reception not interested,this was fine 2nd week but this could happen anywhere you get ignorant people so don’t let this put you off booking this lovely house.

Spring Break 2022

We had a wonderful time. Karen's rental was beautiful and fully equipped. The home has a very clean private pool, video games, pool toys, TVs in every room and much more. We had plans of going to Disney a couple days with our granddaughter and after a half day at Disney she was ready to go back to the home and swim. A very relaxing, fun week making memories with our family. Thank you so very much for having us!

Disappointed

The property is in a great location, the pool is wonderful and the home was spacious. The unit was not as clean as we would expect, stained carpet throughout, stained and extremely uncomfortable sofas. The bedding on some of the beds were stained and in one instance the sheets were dirty. We ended up washing all the sheets and several of the towels you could tell had not been washed. Was disappointed as all of the reviews had said how clean this location was and that was not our experience at all. The garbage cans on the side of the house was in a location that had a lot of standing water. Just super disappointed after planning this adventure for so long and not having it be what was advertised. Would not stay here again and would not recommend.

We are very sorry to see you would leave such a review as our many previous reviews speak for them selves. Our cleaning staff would never put on dirty linen, or leave dirty bedding/ towels in the home. We understand the carpets can gets stains or spills on them from guests and we do our best to spot clean or steam clean them in between bookings, and deep clean the carpets and furniture several times a year. I am not sure why you would not have contacted me or my property management company while you were here to let us see or rectify any issues you had while you stayed as this is the first we are hearing about any issues you had after you stayed with us. Again we do thank you for staying with us, but wish you would have communicated to us any issues you had while you were here. We will ensure our property manager checks on all things mentioned in your review and make sure all is taken care of

Great Disney vacation

This house fit our needs perfectly. Everything was exactly as listed. Karen was great and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The kids loved their Disney themed rooms. All the beds were comfortable. The only thing that we really had to provide that wasn't already there was some dish soap! The kids enjoyed the private pool, and the community playground with mini golf. We will definitely try to come back to this house on our next Orlando trip. Highly recommend!
