Profitez de cette luxueuse privée 4 BR 3 BA Executive Villa situé à quelques minutes de Disney, dans l'exclusif fermée Emerald Island Resort. Ce paradis paisible (une courte promenade au club-house de l'île d'Emeraude) dispose d'une belle piscine chauffée ouest isolée et spa, donnant sur une forêt et de l'eau vue espace privé, profitant également les feux d'artifice de Disney dans la distance.

Notre Villa avec piscine privée et un spa, a été récemment et entièrement rénové, meublé et décoré (avec toutes les commodités) offrant 2 chambres de maître avec lits king size, 40 "TV LCD, ensuites dans chacune, deux chambres supplémentaires avec 2 lits jumeaux XL (téléviseurs LCD dans chaque) chacune, et le tout avec beaucoup d'espace placard / de stockage. Cette villa (Cape San Blas) est spécialement conçu pour offrir deux zones distinctes de vie, à la fois bien meublé, et avec de grands écrans LCD (46 "et 40"), prévoyant des réunions spacieuses pour tous. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils, et dispose d'un bar et coin repas séparé pour les repas de famille. Plus de rencontres officielles, peuvent être logés dans la salle à manger attenante à la cuisine séparée. Pour la fin de nuit ou d'activités de jour de pluie, une salle de jeux nouvellement meublé avec une table de billard, table de hockey sur air, et les jeux, offrant un divertissement pour tous.

The house was clean and the layout was good! The location was convenient for Disneyworld. We did however, have a couple of issues. One was that the owner had us sign a separate contract at the last minute, a week or so before the trip. This should have been done before we agreed to rent the house and before we paid and booked it, not at the last minute, when we could not back out. When we arrived at the house, there was a sign below the thermostat and a house book in a kitchen drawer that stated we were to keep the temperature in the house between 75 and 80 degrees F and it stated that this was a comfortable temperature. It also stated that if we used above normal utilities that we would have to pay the difference. Additionally, the landlord monitors the thermostat via WIFI. Again, if these are the landlord's policies they MUST be stated up front and be in the contract people sign before people book the house, NOT after the fact when the person renting the unit cannot back out. All contractual conditions are set before contracts are signed. Lastly part of the pool lining is very rough, which caused several people in our party, including two young children to get cuts on their toes. This issue needs addressing.

We are sorry that you did not see or read the information/agreement at the time of booking - this was included automatically as an attachment via VRBO when the booking request was initially made, and only followed upon when there was no response from the guest. We will review this process and adjust accordingly. Temperature settings of the HVAC are strictly controlled by the guest - recommendations are provided for those international guests that are not familiar with these systems - we will review these recommendations in this 'book' provided by property management and update appropriately. The pool has recently been refreshed and resurfaced as part of ongoing efforts to provide an up to date, clean and safe environment. We will contact the pool contractor to request they smooth out any rough areas, while still keeping it safe from slips. Thank you again for your feedback, as we strive to make the property a home away from home!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The location was close to theme parks and the new sunset boulevard for relaxed evening strolls. The property and grounds were well cared for. This house was better than the pictures!

Beautiful villa in a great location

Villa looks even better in person. Location is fantastic for Disney and amenities. We loved the pool and sitting in the hot tub watching the fireworks at night from the Magic Kingdom. John and Pauline were excellent hosts. We are already planning a return visit. Thanks again John. Easily 5 star.

Best villa we've stayed in

This has definitely been our favourite villa to stay in. Location is perfect, so easy to get to Disney and lots of restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-10 minute drive. Communication with John prior to staying was great. The villa was so nice, made good use of the pool and the resort was really peaceful. Definitely recommend this villa!

Great House!

We stayed here for a family vacation and the house was perfect for our needs. Very nice heated pool/hot tub and game room. Two living rooms and two master bedrooms. Very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend.

Really nice villa

We spent our 30th Wedding Anniversary there 9-17-23 thru 9-23-23. The house was clean. Communication with owner was great, he answered questions right away. Located near Disney and Universal. The alarm system wasn't working but the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Really enjoyed our time there.

Have stayed here several times now and wouldn't go elsewhere - it's 15 minutes or less to Disney and 35-40 to Universal, near Walmart for shopping and many dining options, quiet neighborhood, and the garden tub in the master bath, pool, and spillover spa are all highlights of the property. Nothing better than coming back from the parks and going for a swim or soaking in the spa at night. Half the price of a deluxe Disney hotel and very convenient.

Family stay for Disney

We had a great stay at this house on our vacation all the way from Sweden. It was as beautiful at the pictures online show. The host John was amazing to be in contact with. We were there when the Hurricane Milton hit and we were worried about us and the house and he was there for evey question we had. We ended up evacuating a few days early and missed the house the rest of our vacation for sure. We would absolutely come back and stay here again. /Elin

Fantastic House - Very Close to Disney

Two families (8 people) stayed in the house for 5 nights. The primary purpose was for sleeping quarters as we visited Disney however while we were in the house we felt at home. House was spacious and clean. John was fantastic in answering questions and provided a wonderful shortcut to Disney. House located in a very secure community however the area seemed very safe. Check-in/out was seamless. Highly recommend this property!

Relaxing in Emerald Island

We had a great time in the pool. Usually have my family from Europe here in August and never had pool heat before. It's worth it! The house was spotless. The rooms are nicely furnished. I usually go by reviews and there are definitely plenty of white towels in the bathrooms but there were only 3 pool towels, which was not a problem, we just bought some more. The Emerald Island Resort is beautiful, extremely well kept and it even has a nice fitness room.

The home was SO clean. I've rented homes before and we have always had to clean something. But not this home. The only thing I didn't like (but I knew when I booked but forget) was that you have to supply the toliet paper, paper towels, trash bags, Seasoning, etc so be prepared. I guess I'm used to prior guest leaving things like that behind but not in this case. The good thing there is a Walmart, Target, and Dollar Tree less than 10 minutes away. All Disney parks are close which I loved. John responses back VERY quickly whenever a question is asked. 10/10 I definitely recommend.

July Visit

House is great with lovely decor and plenty of room for our extended family of 7. Beds are all very comfy, and the pool is great. The property location is perfect for those visiting Disney with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Challenged by ants in a number of rooms and then lack of follow up from property management and owner to rectify the problem. Property description should indicate need for renters/guests to supply their own dish cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper (1 per bathroom is supplied), etc. Check out instructions indicate a need to wash the bath towels; however, no laundry soap is provided. A surcharge ($175) for heating the pool was included despite the Florida temperatures being in the mid 90s.

Thank you for your comments. We take all comments seriously, and appreciate the time guests take to write such. The property agreement clearly states that this is a self catering villa, with minimal cleaning supplies provided. Multiple attempts were made to contact this guest many weeks before arrival, with no acknowledgement of receipt of documents until immediately before check-in date. We are sorry, you missed this in the document, and we will strive to contact guests more frequently to ensure they receive all the documentation well in advance of their stay. Pests in Florida are troublesome, and we strive to provide a clean, safe environment pest free to the best of our ability. We continually address these pests on a scheduled basis, in between guests, and during guest stays if required. Our property manager, had indicated the pest control company did come to provide another treatment whilst the guest was there to address the situation. Unfortunately, we as homeowners were never notified. Pool heat is an option and can be declined if not required/wanted. There was never any communication for such. Again, thank you for your comments, and safe travels.

We understand the importance of a great vacation spent with family, and all the memories that go around with that, and that is why we have put our heart into providing the best into this home.

We fell in love with Emerald Island and the 'resort' feel to the property - it really made us feel like we were getting away and not just another hotel room. From the grand palm tree lined entrance, the club house and it's amenities, and the beautifully tree lined streets, made this gated community stand out from the rest.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our little bit of paradise offers a private pool area (west facing), with lots of warm Florida sunshine. The villa is uniquely designed to have two family areas, with lots of breathing space, making everyone feel comfortable with room to spare. We have remodeled and tastefully decorated the entire property transforming the house into a home to be shared with friends and family!
