The house was very nice and clean. My family had a great time. Its was big enough for our 11-15 people. We loved going to the lazy river at the club house.the only negative I had was I wish they had a baby gate at the stairs

20th Annual Guys Golf Trip. House was tremendous! Each member of our group had their own bedroom and there was plenty of room for hanging out after a round of golf. Very neat and clean - the accommodations exceeded our expectations.

Loved the house and the owner was easy to work with, although he did not respond to over 24 hours to my request to have the pool heat turned down. Overall a very pleasant place to stay.

I have visited champion gates for 6 years and this is by far the best property yet. Very well kept, kitchen stocked well. Property very clean. The management was very helpful and accommodating. The property owner was awesome guys. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Large and spacious with plenty of room for 2 families. As advertised apart from some items in the games room were broken. Unfortunately it was a reason we decided on the house to rent for the kids to enjoy and we weren’t able to. Pool area was nice to have your own space and clubhouse facilities were additional although no outside food or drink enforcement was a bit OTT

We stayed at this property after having to leave the original property we booked for our family's Disney vacation. The property is very well maintained and just as described in the pictures. Perfect for families!We had a blast in the pool, spa, and game room. The host was quick to respond and really helped us out with booking at the last minute. He was gracious enough to accommodate our request for an early check-in given that we had to check-out of the other property by 10 a.m. This host's commitment to quality customer service is an example of why I have booked with Vrbo again and again. We felt comfortable in this home and would definitely book again with this host!

Great villa!

Great size villa, well equipped kitchen & super comfy beds. We had a couple of issues such as a broken Sun lounger, we reported it to Renato & a new one was delivered within an hour!! We had to contact him a few times but very quick responses & issues resolved very quickly. The access to Champions Gate was often very slow but this isn’t to do with the property, just to give you a heads up We had a mix of guests from 5 - 50 & there was plenty for everyone to do. Would recommend the property & would visit again

Clean & Attentive

The house was in excellent condition! Aria was attentive and always available if I reached out with a question or minor issue. The only thing(s) I would suggest is that the outdoor front entrance area be cleaned up a bit better; there was a dead frog and paper outside upon arrival. Also, one of the closet doors fell upon an older family member; the door was not on the track. Lastly, the spa would be cool at times. Other than that, I would definitely come back to this property again; I was so grateful that I was clean and spacious. There was 13 of us that stayed and we enjoyed every bit of our stay.

Beautiful home but not family friendly neighborhood

The house was perfect! Lots of room for our 16 family members. The pool was a great size, the jacuzzi wasn't working but the host had it fixed right away. We couldn't have asked for a better host from the time we first reserved the house until check out. We were disappointed with the clubhouse, it was showing signs of wear. The houses are very close together and on either side we had large parties coming for one or two nights partying and playing loud music until very late. The smell of weed was very strong, day and night. We stayed for 17 days around July 4th so the time of year may have contributed to the partying. Getting to the parks was a nightmare too, they were 11 miles away but took us 45 minutes in bumper to bumper traffic. I wish Champions Gate would not allow one and two night rentals.

Absolutely wonderful. On days when we were not doing the parks -we felt we were at our own little 5 star resort! The house exceeded our expectations, as well as the amenities available at the Oasis.

Amazing home and very comfortable

The home was exactly as described and in excellent condition. I was able to communicate with the owner prior to check in with all kinds of questions and he was very helpful and quick to reply. Once check in the communication with the property management was also very pleasant and prompt. We were there as a group of 10 for the destination wedding of my son. I could not be happier with my stay and would gladly stay again if I were to be in the area with a large group again. We have stayed in several VRBO properties and some just have a vibe that makes you not as comfortable as your own home. This home was nicely furnished and decorated but still felt comfortable and like home. I am not sure how else to describe it but it just felt right. Thank you for the great service!

Our stay was great!

Our stay at this rental was great! When we arrived we were able to check in a little early, which was awesome because we had an early flight. The house was just as clean and beautiful as the pictures. Everything was set up and prepared for our arrival. The house was super clean! The only downside to this property were the tv's weren't as easy to use and the dryer was a little hard to close. It also took a long time to dry. Honestly, my family and I could care less about either of those things because the house was so comfortable. We have already talked about renting the property in the future!

Great Vacation House

Great house for a group or family on vacation. Photos should be updated for the few changes made inside the house. Need a pizza cutter! Spa is not a hot tub, same temp as pool if you choose to heat it. Great communication with the host with any issues that arose, lost internet/TV for a few days, but was a problem with outside cables needing to be updated. Make sure to bring washcloths, hand soap, and all paper products. I know most places you rent you need to provide these, but might be helpful to list and remind people. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the clubhouse was a nice addition, the lazy river could be a little warmer for the cooler days. 😀
