Will book again!

My family books a large house for vacation every year and this is the first house that we all said we will definitely book again when we stay in Florida. Very clean. Great pool. Comfy beds. We had a blast the week we stayed!

Very nice house...pictures are accurate

We had 8 people staying in the house for the entire trip. A few backed out, but there still would have been plenty of room to accommodate them. The only things I noticed that could have been a bit better are very minor. First is the parking in the resort. They don't allow parking on the street and the driveways can potentially hold 4 small vehicles; but only 2 large vehicles. This house does not use the garage as a game room as some others do; so that was a plus. We did have 3 cars a few times. The resort pool parking is a nightmare. I think the initial plan did not include the area where this house is. The lot is very small for the size of the resort. We only tried that one day and I had to wait in the parking lot for about a half hour for a spot to open. It was a pretty good walk from the house. Now for the good...pretty much everything you need is in the kitchen and the daily trash pickup was great. There is plenty of seating both inside and out. All of us agreed the beds were very comfortable and the shower water pressure was fantastic. We brought along some yard games, so the side yard (corner lot) came in handy, as well. The only suggestion regarding what would have made the house better would be ceiling fans, at least in the bedrooms. We did need to buy some fans to move the air at night. Overall, it was a great vacation. We used Uber to get to Epcot and that was very reasonable. The resort does allow Uber & pizza delivery to the houses, as well.

This house was great, excellent prompt responses from property management. House was as good as the pictures, great size for the whole family! Would definitely rent here again!

Very Nice Home

This is one of the better houses we have stayed in for the past several years. Very clean, very good responsiveness from management company, good furniture, comfortable beds, good outdoor furniture, etc. We could not get TV remotes to work in den and the pool was very cold when we arrived and the management company sent someone within 30 minutes. Never have I had such quick response. TV remote was not paired which was corrected. Unfortunately, the pool heater was broken, they repaired within 24 hours but then takes 24 hours to heat up so we did not get to enjoy the pool/spa but they refunded the fees paid for pool heat. Overall, we were very pleased and would definitely rent this same house again.

There were issues with ants, no hot water in jacuzzi. Shower doors were semi broken. And the house was extremely hot, uncomfortable to sleep

Birthday Getaway

Oh my goodness, this house exceeded my expectations. I saw the pictures and read the reviews before booking, but this house was much better than represented in person. This home is beautiful and there was plenty of space for our family to gather together. I would definitely rent this house again.

Best vacation home

Everything about this home was perfect for our first family trip to Florida; Even down to the baby playpens that were provided by the owner. The staff of Florida Scandi vacation homes were so professional and was only a phone call away if I needed anything to be addressed. We will be booking again in 2 more years for our Disney trip. If I was to give a con about the rental is that it lack a broom but it wasn't a problem to ride down the street to Publix to purchase one. 10 out of a 10!

This property was Great we Enjoyed the pool spa the beds were all nice and soft 
. And to top it off we had our own GRILL

Work Trip

We stayed here for a few days during a work trip. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. We paid for the hot tub/pool heat which worked great. We would definitely recommend.
