Ce condo est une vue directe sur l'océan, un emplacement privilégié près de la fin de la promenade. Une chambre principale (1 lit queen) et salle de bain privée sont séparées de la deuxième chambre (2 reines) et salle de bain. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec toutes les commodités de la maison. Salle de lavage avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Écran plat 48 "et DVD. Piscine en front de mer ouverte du Memorial Day à la fête du Travail. 1 place de parking par unité. Wifi gratuit pour mes invités. Désolé, pas de locations aux seniors du secondaire.

This property was in a great location just off the boardwalk. The accommodations were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Access to the pool and beach were excellent! Would definitely recommend!

Very pleasurable stay !

I will be booking this property again the overall experience was fantastic the owners were amazing ! It was so clean and had everything you need except sheets and let’s be honest I always take sheets just makes ya feel better but the beds were amazingly clean no stains or anything. I would highly recommend this property !

This is a very clean place. The location is great, especially if you are a walker. The porch is spacious and two couples or a couple with kiddos could enjoy it.

Great OC condo

We loved our stay at this property. This unit has everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and the decor is nice. The location is perfect - just 2 blocks from the boardwalk. . I would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful Place!

My sister, daughter, granddaughter and I stayed 3 nights here. We were extremely impressed with the place - the setup was great - roomy kitchen, 3 queen beds plus sofa sleeper. And having 2 bathrooms for 4 women was wonderful. And of course you can't beat the view! We saw some dolphins one morning, which made our day. Ed was very responsive to my questions prior to our stay. I didn't need to reach out during our stay because everything was perfect! Thank you, Ed and Carole, for being such great hosts!

Great location! Steps from beach. Block from boardwalk. Across street from Jolly Rogers waterpark. Just down street from Barn 34, Higgins, and a few fun put-put courses. Ed was very responsive before and during our stay.

Excellent vacation

The property is clean, well maintained and in a great location right on the beach and just a short walk to the board walk. There are several restaurants, stores and microbrewery near by as well. Ed gave us a call to let us know the cleaning staff had finished and we were ready to check in early if we liked.

Very spacious condo. Nicely decorated. We love the location around 30th street. Pool temperature was absolutely wonderful. Great communication with Ed! Lots of amenities in the condo for convenience. Would love to stay again.

We live in Annapolis and enjoyed OC for many years. We selected this unit because of it's proximity to the beach, boardwalk and attractions.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This property has always rented well. There are 44 units in the building and the condo is roughly 1100 sq ft, so there is plenty of room to relax. It is close to the start of the boardwalk at 27th St. For kids, the Jolly Roger amusement and water parks are just across Coastal Highway. There are plenty of places to dine within walking distance but a short trip by car or bus will get you to almost any other place you want to be.
