The condo itself is lovely and welcoming, with incredible ocean views, a full kitchen, your own private laundry room, three TVs, free WiFi, central A/C, and more. This is a property guests return to year after year—so be sure to book early, as it fills up quickly. The condo accommodates up to 8 guests, is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Parking for one car is included. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional fee. No smoking and no pets please.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
