La maison est située dans la communauté la plus accessible à pied de Cincinnati. Quartier sûr avec beaucoup de charme. À proximité, vous trouverez des restaurants éclectiques, des cafés charmants, des boutiques exquises, des galeries distinctives et le meilleur marché du dimanche. Hyde Park a de beaux parcs et des rues bordées d'arbres. Notre maison est à 5-10 minutes à pied de Hyde Park et du mont. Places d'observation. 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville et du stade. Accueil a lg. terrasse avec barbecue, un paysage magnifique, charmant porche couvert. Beaucoup de cerfs se promènent dans notre cour arrière, ce qui est amusant à regarder. Climatisation centrale, planchers de bois franc, comptoirs en granit. Sous-sol fini avec bar. 2 chambres au premier étage. 1 lit queen, 1 avec 2 lits, chambre des maîtres au deuxième étage, avec lit queen size. Sous-sol fini avec un grand canapé-lit et un lit pliant avec du nouveau linge de maison.

The house is perfectly appointed, spotless and wonderfully laid out. We accommodated 7 adults comfortably when we came in town for a family wedding. Our hosts could not have been nicer or more accommodating and are very responsive. The location is perfect for Hyde Park / Mt. Lookout area connections. Highly recommend!

Weekend stay

Our family was in town for a family wedding and this house was a perfect location near downtown. Safe, quiet neighborhood. House was plenty spacious for us with cute outside back deck. We were able to park our 2 vehicles in front of the home. The owner Barb was very responsive to my questions.

Great House

My wife, myself and our 21 year old son were in town along with my parents and mother in law to visit my oldest son in Cincinnati. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and we didn’t even use the family room/bar area in the basement. The outdoor spaces were very nice. The house was very clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend renting this house when you are in town.

Out of town guests for a family wedding

Our experience here was fantastic. The house was exactly as described - very comfortable for the five of us who were visiting from out-of-town for our niece’s wedding in Cincinnati. The location was so convenient - in a nice, quiet neighborhood, easy walk to Mount Lookout Square or a bit longer walk/quick drive to Hyde Park Square, with great shops and restaurants/cafes. House was a great home base during wedding activities. Hosts set us up with everything we needed and provided coffee, snacks, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and living room, and very responsive to any questions. Highly recommended!

Thanksgiving Stay

Nice house in wonderful location! Sofa bed in the basement is not very comfortable, but the rest of the sleeping areas are fine. Best part of the house is the great room - living area, dining table and kitchen. Very nice gathering space. Very walkable to both Hyde Park and Mt Lookout Square.

Lovely Home, Great Location

We felt very safe in the neighborhood, even when coming in after dark. Wonderfully stocked as mentioned in their description. Would be nice to have working undercounted kitchen lights Parking on the street in front of the house was good, no matter what time of day. Driveway would have been difficult for 2 cars Would have liked space to hang clothes in the twin bedroom The back deck was fantastic, day or night . Green book was helpful with the housekeeping things, lots of restaurant sideas, all close to us, great location It was perfect for us. Cozy, safe, beautiful

Wonderful Experience in a Very Nice Home!

A lovely home and neighborhood, and everything provided to ensure a comfortable stay. Especially enjoyed sitting on the beautifully landscaped patio and using the gas grill. A full 5 star review, as this owner took great care to make sure our stay was perfect. I recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Cincinnati area!

Family weekend

Came down for a family weekend and am so glad we found this rental. The home is exactly as described and fit our needs to a tee. Clean, in a nice neighborhood and had lots of little extras that made us feel welcome! Outdoor patio was lovely and the plants were beautiful. Spent a lot of time out back on the evenings. My two grandchildren and my son rented the house, because it was my birthday, and my granddaughter ran in the Flying Pig. We were close to many restaurants, several parks, and activities. It's a lovely home!

This rental was perfect for our girlfriend get together. The space was the right size for our group of six. Everything was very clean and it was nicely decorated. Special care seemed to be given to the amenities. The location was a short walk to restaurants for dinner and drinks. Highly recommend.

We are empty nesters and are both retired. Chuck was a maintenance manager for a major Cincinnati company. He loves to work outside in our yard, and keeps our home looking great! Barb was a public health nurse, she now enjoys long walks in our neighborhood, going to Pilates classes, and cooking healthy meals.

We love to walk, we enjoy going to lots of different restaurants, bars, and going to live entertainment. It's all now within a five -10 minute walk from our home. Or we can get to downtown Cincinnati, Riverfront Stadium, the Cincinnati Zoo, the Art Museum, or Conservatory, or horseshoe Casino in 10 minutes drive. Cincinnati Children's Hospital is 5 miles away. Uber drivers arrive in minutes when summoned.
