Palm Desert in February

This was our 2nd stay at the Resorter. Our Host Nadia was very friendly and welcoming to her home. She responded immediately to any questions or concerns. The unit is nicely renovated and decorated and well supplied with what you need. Although the kitchen really needs reorganizing and is missing some items as far as cooking pans and utensils, we managed fine. Nice appliances. Bathroom is very comfortable. It was nice to have the laundry in the suite but I was unfamiliar with a steam washer. The large king bed was fine for me but my husband was uncomfortable with the foam toppings. We found the covers very heavy but warm. We enjoyed a lot of time on the patio which was right on the 10th tee box. The shrubs made it semi private. There is a nice fire table, heater and BBQ plus ample seating. Great outdoor dining. The Clubhouse is just a 2 min walk. The pool is q min away behind the unit across the street. Very spacious friendly resort. We will definitely be back but prefer a 2 Bd 2 Bath unit so family can visit.

Palm Desert VRBO 9.6 Really?

Our stay at this property was disappointing to say the least. The above photo misrepresents the view from the back porch. The photo is angled to give the impression of a view of a golf fairway. In fact the unit is on a tee box, there is about 50 yards of green space leading to a road and a magnificent view of the golf course parking lot. The unit is dated and cluttered with the owners personal stuff. The kitchen is extremely disorganized to the point that we could not cook. The refrigerator was filled with food that we think was the owners which gave off a foul odor. We're not just talking about a half empty Ketchup bottle. We hesitated to do groceries because we did not want to use the fridge. When we opened drawers to store our clothing for the stay we found clothing and other personal stuff. We were given one key which was a struggle every time we needed to open the front door. The bed was awful, it had an old mattress with an ill fitting 6" foam topper on it that moved throughout the night. The result was a lumpy and uneven surface that made sleep difficult. Not to mention the daily 5:00 am wake-up visit from the golf course staff in their tractor. The washing machine was obviously mis-installed in that you could not run a load with cold water. I did bring this to the owners attention who offered to give us a credit for a trip to the laundromat. We could go on. The Palm Desert Resorter facilities were nice. The staff at the Country Club Bar were lovely. Golf Course OK.

Palm Desert Resort and Country Club

We had a wonderful one week stay at Ian and Nadia’s condominium at Palm Desert. Beautiful view, great location across from the club house, and pickleball courts, where I played every day. Wonderfully comfortable bed and linens, too. Lots of high tech amenities, like Alexia, and access to movies. But we did not use them. Thank you Nadia and Ian!

Thank you for a wonderful holiday in Indian Wells. We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely condo with loads of amenities. Very spacious accommodations and 2 lovely courtyard patios!!Very nicely appointed, very modern. The Resort has beautiful walking paths, tennis, golfing, pools,hottubs and a lovely clubhouse . Location ,Location,Location close to everything!! WE attended the BNP Tennis.. Thanks to Nadia and Ian for meeting us and sharing your wonderful vacation spot in Indian Wells. The perfect get-away for a couple!

We found the condo very comfortable, with lots of room for a couple. The bed was big and extremely comfy. The large patio overlooking the golf course was perfect for barbecuing. We found the condo well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom and kitchen were beautifully remodelled with modern touches. Thank you Nadia and Ian for sharing your lovely place!

Lovely condo nicely renovated

We really enjoyed this condo. Kitchen and bathroom nicely renovated. Nice patio with lots of sunshine. Owners were lovely to deal with and could tell they put a lot of work into the condo. Would stay again just minus our teenager. Thank you Nadia and Ian.
