No waiting in line for keys—self check-in with a smart lock gets you inside instantly. Parking is available on-site and right outside the condo.
Guests will have access to all of the condo amenities and community including all pools/hot tubs, club house, cafe and bocce ball. Tennis/Pickleball and golf are available for an additional fee and will need to be booked directly with them.

Vehicle Restrictions
Oversized, recreational, or commercial vehicles (anything with a logo) are not permitted.
Pools
Community pools are typically heated to around 82°F from October/November through April. Exact dates may vary each season depending on weather.
Overseeding Season
Each September, the grass around the condos and golf course goes dormant and reseeding begins in October. During this period, the golf course may be intermittently closed and the grounds appear browner than normal. (This is standard across all desert communities every fall.)
Drinking Water Notice
The Coachella Valley Water District recently notified residents about California’s new drinking-water standards. Under these updated guidelines, the local water shows higher-than-normal levels of naturally occurring Hexavalent Chromium (Chromium-6).
This is not an emergency, and the water remains safe to use. However, for your comfort and peace of mind, we’ve provided a 5-stage filtered water system inside the refrigerator for you to use during your stay.
