Great place on the beach

We went on a girl’s trip to celebrate our 60th birthdays and this was the perfect place. Condo was in a great location, the pool was nice and it was right on the beach. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Great location

Check in was very smooth. Condo was clean, beach view. This was our second trip to this resort. Love the location. Beach area is well cared for. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

I absolutely LOVE the Caprice and look forward to hopefully going back, however I would just ask that there be a keyless entry at the gate to the beach and all condo doors as it would make it so much more convenient! Also Leeann at the front desk is amazing and so sweet! Total:

The condo is very nice. We have stayed at this unit several times. The oven does take quite awhile to preheat and the broiler did not work at all. The toilets would randomly run water in as if they had a leak. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

We enjoyed the section of the beach as it's not as far to get to the water compared to other places in St Pete. Also, there are two rock jettisons that sort of create a little secluded area in the water. Just don't let your kids climb and jump off the rocks, please. We saw too many doing that, but thankfully didn't see anyone crack their heads open. The pool was never too crowded either. Having two bedrooms and a full kitchen vs a typical hotel/resort room is much better for us and our two kids.

Great beach property. Enjoyed our time & would stay there again. We didn’t really cook while there, publix grocery store not too far and we’re always able to park our car without issue. *Close to restaurants too.

Perfect beachfront getaway!

Our family plus a few teenaged friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Caprice! The accommodations were exactly as described: roomy, up-to-date, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect since it was steps from the beach. We were also very close to Madeira and Treasure Island. Ever aspect was simple from check in to check out, and the customer service was excellent! We will definitely be back if we head to that area again!
