BEACH FRONT CONDO sur le golfe du Mexique. Le paradis appelle!

Bienvenue Ă  Vistas sur le golfe.

EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT !!!

Construit en 2003, ce complexe de condos est situé sur les sables du golfe du Mexique. Ne traßnez pas toutes vos affaires dans la rue, restez sur la plage! Passez vos journées à vous détendre sous le soleil allongé dans nos sables blancs sucrés ou allez-y nager dans notre belle piscine en bord de mer.

Nous sommes de nouveaux propriétaires et venons de terminer de redécorer complÚtement le condo avec un thÚme de plage frais et un décor fidÚle à la plage du golfe. Le condo est installé pour accueillir confortablement 6-7 personnes et dispose de toutes les commodités de la maison.
La chambre principale a un lit King size, une commode complÚte, un placard, une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bain avec combo baignoire / douche et une grande vanité. La chambre principale a également accÚs au balcon.
La deuxiÚme chambre a un jumeau sur un lit superposé complet et dispose également d'une télévision à écran plat. La deuxiÚme salle de bain a également un combo douche / baignoire et est à cÎté de la 2Úme chambre avec accÚs depuis le salon / cuisine.
Le salon a tous les nouveaux meubles, y compris un nouveau canapé-lit queen Sealy et une télévision à écran plat.
Le WIFI et le cĂąble de base sont Ă©galement fournis.
La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner. Il y a aussi un lave-vaisselle.
Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse empilable dans l'unité pour votre commodité.
Nous fournissons Ă©galement de nombreux jouets et chaises de plage ainsi qu'un lit de voyage.

Le balcon est orienté au sud et offre une vue sur la piscine et la plage. Si vous avez des enfants plus ùgés, vous pourrez les voir depuis le balcon. Il y a aussi une table sur le balcon pour les repas.
Nous avons une place de parking réservée sous le bùtiment.

Cet emplacement sur St. Pete Beach est génial, nous sommes à distance de marche de nombreux restaurants, bars de plage, boutiques, Pass A Grille, hÎtel Don Cesar et plus encore! Vous pouvez passer quelques jours ici ou des mois ici à explorer la région!

We stayed for a week at this unit at Vistas on the Gulf while extended family stayed in five other units. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. The unit was visually clean, close to the elevator, and we appreciated the beach chairs, toys, and provided laundry and hand soap.Unfortunately, upon arrival there was a strong, persistent musty odor throughout the unit. Property staff confirmed the smell, but it could not be resolved during our stay. Possible causes were discussed, but the underlying issue remained, and the unit was uncomfortable to spend time in. Because of this, we spent most of our time in family members’ units, which were all beautifully decorated, and smelled normal.Additional concerns included a slanted main mattress that disrupted sleep, a rusted patio drying rack, stained drapes and lamps, broken blinds, missing or stained wall photos, and a sheet covering the couch that differed from listing photos and reduced the overall feel.The host did offer to release us from the reservation, but relocating mid-stay wasn’t practical. An odor treatment was offered but did not resolve the issue. While the host was kind and responsive, the unresolved odor and maintenance issues significantly impacted our stay.

Beach was a litte obscured. We still enjoyed our balcony every day. We enjoyed going down to the beach to watch the sunsets. Condo is very convenient to restaurants and activities.

Great location

The location is fantastic, the unit is outdated. It needs a serious facelift. Hot water in hall shower does not work. The hall sink faucets were extremely tight to turn although hot water worked in it. Toaster did not work. Hair on shower tile in master bath. The beds in the 2nd bedroom were overly soft and uncomfortable. Dingy is the best description overall. It could use a deep clean. The beach is beautiful. The pool was clean and nice. There are carts to use to get your stuff up and down which is nice. Lots of restraunts nearby. Checkin and out was easy breezy. Lauren is supper nice and very responsive.

Family Vacation May 2025

This was our 2nd time staying here and we loved it just as much as we did the first time. We have two boys. One who loves the beach and the other loves the pool. So we were able to split our time to enjoy both. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous. The condo is very clean and everything that you need is there. Shopping for groceries was very close by. We cooked breakfast and dinner everyday! Our boys absolutely love staying here and when we showed them that we had booked the same EXACT condo as a few years before they were so excited. This is always be our go to if available for our dates of travel. The beach is clean and not very populated which we love since we have children. We found so many beautiful whole seashells and my oldest son actually found a perfect sand dollar! The sunset is gorgeous and the walk on the beach at sunset was very relaxing and peaceful. Definitely will be booking again.

We had an amazing week!

We were here with our 2 high school seniors for my son’s varsity baseball senior trip! The condo is perfectly located and exactly how described. Lauren was very responsive when I had questions. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Amazing location on the beach

This condo was perfect for what we needed!! The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The pool was perfect. Easy access to restaurants and sightseeing/shopping. I highly recommend staying at the Vistas!!!

Family vacation

Very happy with this location. It fit my family comfortably, I loved having a kitchen to make food for the family to cut cost of eating out. The kids loved the pool and “treasure” hunting on the beach. We took advantage of the freebie to take us around town. The owner checked in on us to make sure check in went smooth and to see if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location! Needs major update and cleaning.

This is our second time at this condo. The owner is sweet, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating! THE LOCATION IS AMAZING!! The property itself is well-maintained and clean. We loved the beach items (especially the chairs). The first time we stayed in this unit (about 5 years ago) we LOVED it! Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay as much this trip. The unit we stayed in is in need of a deep cleaning, fresh paint, and overall update of EVERYTHING. Our linens (especially those for the pull-out bed) were extremely dusty and old. There was a lack of pillowcases throughout. The mattress on the pull-out couch is completely worn out. The pillows provided were old and flat. Several outlets do not hold plugs. The carpet in the bedroom is worn, buckling, and extremely dirty. We were surprised that nothing had been updated at all. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this unit.

Perfect location for our visit. Our niece was getting married at the Don Cesar and we were walking distance. Loved the white sand beaches and it was a less crowded area.

Everything you want & need!

Such a great location, walked to several places. Beach was calm & in a quiet spot. The condo itself had everything you could think of and more. Beach chairs, umbrella, even aloe Vera in the bathroom! The kitchen was well stocked with pots & utensils. A few more spices & some oil olive would’ve been nice. The beds & the couch are super comfy. I’d totally stay again!

I'm born and raised in Tampa and have been coming to the Gulf beaches all my life. Owning this beachfront condo is a dream come true for our family! St. Pete Beach has been my favorite beach for years. From my childhood, to young adult years and now as a Mom, St. Pete Beach has something for everyone! I love swimming in the balmy gulf waters and laying on our soft sand. When I'm ready for a change of scene, I can walk over to the many ice cream shops, mini golf, restaurants, shops and bars that sprinkle Gulf Blvd. I love being able to access downtown St. Pete in 15 minutes for all the culture, shopping and more that downtown has to offer as well. Tampa is only 35 minutes away so it's an easy day trip for me to come enjoy all this paradise has to offer!
