Sea Breeze # 707 est un condo direct Gulf Front avec un grand balcon privé donnant sur la plage. Spacieux condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bains avec plan de séparation de 1 200 pieds carrés. La chambre principale a deux lits doubles et la deuxième chambre a un lit queen. Canapé-lit dans le salon. TV à écran plat dans le salon et les deux chambres. Internet par câble et Wi-Fi gratuit. Une carte de stationnement fournie (deuxième carte peut être disponible sur demande).

Sea Breeze est situé directement sur la plage avec accès à la plage privée. La grande terrasse de la piscine avec jacuzzi est face à la plage. La propriété offre également un espace barbecue avec des tables de pique-nique, un terrain de pétanque et des cabanes de tiki. Buanderie disponible aux 4ème et 7ème étages. Johns Pass Village est à seulement 5 pâtés de maisons.

Great time!

We stayed here for our annual girls trip. We loved it, the room was exactly as described. The only recommendation from us is keyless entry for the door! Great experience for us

View is excellent from this unit. Clean when we checked in. This unit is on the 7th floor so to arrive to a broken elevator was very disappointing. Several guests said it had been acting up all week. I felt especially bad for an older lady on a cane who couldnt do stairs stranded downstairs. On a busy holiday weekend they decided to seal coat the property so we had to move cars to one side of the building. (A gentleman working for the property said that was a very poor decesion for which we agreed). Twp evenings when we came back we had no parking spot. We had to call the after hours number and get someone out of bed both nights. Ive called to speak to a manager and have heard nothing yet.

Quick get away

We wanted to check out the Madeira Beach/St Pete Beach area so decided to do a short trip down. We loved it. The condo was excellent. Nice pool area and right on the beach. We'd definitely go back.

Excellent! The unit is well maintained. The head of maintenance is always friendly in passing and greets us throughout the entire stay. The staff at TRS are always super helpful, welcoming and pleasant to engage with. We are always extremely satisfied with our entire experience and rebook before departure.

Madeira Bay Resort

This is a nice resort if you are with others who are mobile. The aerial picture of the building leaves an impression that the building is on the ocean side, which in fact is not true. Gulf Blvd. must be crossed in order to get to the beach side. This is a very busy road. We saw many accidents at the crosswalks. My elderly mother and sisters were not able to go to the ocean due to the distance. The pool is nice, but bathrooms are not near by and the umbrellas need some attention. If I had a young family, it would have been more enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was as described. It was clean and the perfect space for our family. We loved that it was right on the beach and there was a pool. Due to a family emergency, we had to arrive a day late. I contacted the host and they were prompt about getting back with me and understanding. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Great property but needs a little TLC

We enjoyed our stay at the Seabreeze in room 707! The place was nice with a big kitchen and living area. The kitchen was decently stocked. The furniture was comfortable and clean; however, there was no pull-out sofa bed like listed. The bedrooms were nice but the beds were a little hard. It was a little tight squeeze in the double beds but we made due. The view out both bedrooms was beautiful! One looked out over the beach and the other over the bay. The bathrooms were standard with one having a full bath and the second bathroom having a small separate area to get ready then the shower and toilet (no bath). The balcony was very nice to have! Great view of the ocean and beach plus it overlooked the pool. My mother-in-law enjoyed being able to watch us play from the balcony. I enjoyed sitting out there while doing just a little work. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. We did think it could use a bit of TLC with a deep cleaning and some updating. There were places in the rooms with some dirt buildup and one shower in particular needed a good scrubbing. The towels and linens were cheap and could really use some upgrades. We did know there would be minimal supplies but it’s annoying. For the price you pay in fees you’d think you could get enough toilet paper for the few days we stayed. I do think we’d stay again though. The area was very nice and we enjoyed our time.
