The property was perfect! Walking distance to everything we love on Main Street and well stocked for a family of 4. Check in was extremely easy and when the parking pass was missing the manager was quick to help fix. Checkout was also extremely easy and we had an all around great weekend.

Amazing spot in town!

We loved our stay here! The location is perfection for walking up and down main street. There's also easy access to lots of hiking! The trailhead for Quandary is only a 10 minute drive from the doorstep. We summitted Quandary and came back to town with tons of options for a hearty meal within steps of the front door. This place will be our first option for our return trip to Breckenridge

Great for skiing stay

Great location, right by lots of eateries & shopping, and across the street to rentals/slope access. Beds were a little hard, but accomodations were very pleasant.

Weekend Getaway to Breck

Nice place to spend a family weekend. Great to be in town and within walking distance to so many stores and restaurants as well as to hiking and biking trails.

Great Place!

This place was in an ideal location in downtown Breckenridge. The check-in process was easy and the cleanliness of the place was a 10. We were very impressed with the rental company as we had a question after we arrived and they immediately texted back a response to our question-very impressive! We would love to stay here again as it was the perfect mini-vacation 😁. Thank you for your hospitality.

Location! Location! Location!

Perfect Breck rental! Located right on Main Street, steps from everything. The condo was clean and very well-appointed with towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies - it was so nice to have all of that supplied for us. Beds were comfortable and it was spacious enough for our family of 5. Would definitely stay here again! :)

Close to Everything, spacious and homey

We got married in Breckenridge and stayed here while our wedding block was at the residence inn. It was super convenient location; walkable to all that downtown has to offer- surprisingly the apartment was very, very quiet despite its central location. My only wish was that one of the beds was a king - but otherwise, it had a full kitchen and space to spread out during our 5 night stay. Thanks again!!

Nice unit but needs new beds

The condo is conveniently just off Main Street. The living room and kitchen are very nice. The master bedroom has a full size bed with a new mattress. The second bedroom is also a full size bed with a concave mattress due to broken springs. The unit was advertised as having two queen-sized mattresses. Sleeping accommodations were a challenge for our family of four adults.

Great Stay

My wife and I spent a month in Breck for the cool summer weather and the superb scenery. We got that and a lot more, good and abundant restaurants, free public transportation, free daily newspaper, and many free concerts in addition to the lovely river walk. The accommodation was top flight, clean, good beds, great appliances, tastefully decorated, great fireplace, and all the pots, pans, silverware, dishes, etc. Everything was great, and Karla responded immediately to any question or need we had. This place was also in a wonderful location right on Main a little to the south. Could not have been better. We give this place a full five stars even though it had one drawback. There was no washer/dryer in the unit or even on the premises. We had to go to a laundromat. Nevertheless, everything else was so good, we overlooked this one disappointment.

The good and bad

Starting with the good. The location is wonderful. It is easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to be in town. The check-in process was easy. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked if you want to eat in or prepare meals. The photos are accurate; however, it seems like they were taken right after the unit was remodeled, and it has shown some good wear. The couch and chairs were stained, and the bathroom had black mold / mildew all over the floor of the shower. The unit didn't seem clean. There were some noise issues due to construction in the unit above us, so ultimately we were moved to a different unit. However, the last couple nights were in the 40s, and our unit was in the 50s. We inquired about the thermostat because it didn't appear to be working. We were informed that the boiler was replaced, and the thermostats haven't been connected to the boiler. So, we didn't have heat. There was a space heater, but to heat a two bedroom condo with a space heater is unreasonable. In addition, to not have heat in Breckenridge in mid-September at night is poor management. I think the issues were more management related, but unfortunately poor management impacts our perception of this unit and complex.

I'd like to point out that you are reviewing 2 different properties in this review, so it may be difficult to determine which negative feedback applies to which property. I am sorry that you had this experience because most can see from reviews that this is not a normal occurrence. It is unfortunate that you visited during this time where things happened that were somewhat beyond my control, mostly the building management issues. I tried to address them to the best of my ability during your stay, so I'm very sorry that it wasn't to your satisfaction, even though I compensated you with a 50% refund and did my best to be immediately responsive to your concerns. The good news is that we have addressed all the issues you referred to in your review such as replacing furniture and re-painting the whole unit, so rest assured that any future guests will have a pleasant experience.
