We go to Hilton Head every summer and usually stay down by Coligny Plaza but it has gotten so crowded. This location is in a gated area and so close to everything. Easy access to the beach and a grocery store is right across the street. The house had everything we needed, including a screened in patio (upstairs) which was nice to sit outside with have breakfast. The rooms were very comfortable and the master shower was amazing. This will be our new yearly vacation spot.

Wonderful screened in porch to relax and read a book and socialize. Very close to the beach cut through public walkway to the beach steps away from the house. Kitchen stocked well but could use extra wash cloths for the bathroom and extra drying towels for the kitchen. Owner sent cookies which was a lovely addition to our stay. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again. The communication with owner was fantastic.

This is a perfectly situated home for anyone golfing the Arthur Hills course inside Palmetto Dunes Resort! The property is clean and well appointed-especially the kitchen if you decide to cook at home. Super easy walk to the beach. The free Dunes Buggy transportation within the resort is a wonderful bonus-just a friendly phone call away. The hosts were thoughtful and communicative. There are stairs to navigate upon entry. The openness of the living space is very nice and we appreciated the split bedroom layout. Love the stories shared in the guest book!

The condo was spacious, clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for making breakfast and lunch. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms had all necessities needed. Relaxing screened in porch for morning coffees. Easy 5 min walk to beach! Owners communicated prior to arrival and sent sweet surprise of cookies during our stay.

Beautiful property, well equipped, nice design, accurately represented on listing, highly responsive host. The screened-in porch was our favorite place to be for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Huntington has one of the nicer HOA pools in Palmetto Dunes. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic stay in an ideal location! The place was clean and had everything we needed. Being on the lagoon was a highlight—it was incredibly peaceful. Nights and mornings were dark and quiet, which made for great sleep.Pool is a 2-minute walk; beach is a 5 min walk (perfect). Cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores are all within a short 5–10 minute drive.Nancy was a great host—responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay at Huntington

This is a great property with lots of little owner touches (lots of games, beach chairs, etc). It is right by the pool which is super handy and the a/c worked great which isnt always the case some places and it was HOT. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, beautiful condo.

We have been vacationing in Palmetto Dunes for years and this was our favorite yet. Great location, clean and well furnished unit. Excellent kitchen stocked with any cookware you could need. Best part by far though is the screened in porch overlooking the lagoon. Wonderful place to vacation.

Great stay at the "Treehouse" !!

We really enjoyed this beautiful condo for our stay on Hilton Head. Nancy is a great host. Good communication and was very helpful. This is a terrific place to stay with its short walk to the beach, pool steps from the front door and a pretty water view of the pond out back. We loved sitting on the porch and watching the wildlife each morning. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to HH.

Thanksgiving on HHI

Wonderful property! We love Palmetto Dunes and this villa did not disappoint. It is located on the back side of Huntington and has the most beautiful lagoon views. Even though chilly, we spent a lot of time on the screened-in porch with our blankets enjoying the outdoors. Very clean and well maintained. Property owner was a pleasure to work with. Great place :)
