The Space:

Enjoy all the comforts of home at this Palmetto Paradise. The elegant furnishings and tasteful decor create a pleasant ambiance for a group of friends or the entire family. with a full kitchen, mealtimes will be a breeze, as there is ample seating at the dining table, plus additional seating at the breakfast bar. The shared facilities on-site include a shared fitness facility, pool, hot tub, and sauna. When you have soaked up the sun and taken a dip in the ocean, rinse off the sand in the master bedroom's soaking tub. When the night comes to an end, gather in the living area and watch a favorite movie or show on the flatscreen TV.



What's nearby:

The location of this condo is simply ideal. Just a short walk away is George Fazio Golf Course for a day of friendly competition. The beach is accessible just past the pool area, so pack a picnic and make a day of watching the waves crash on the sand. Go just a bit farther south and you will find Coligny Beach Plaza with beach equipment rentals, local cuisine, and shopping galore! For the most scenic views of the island, rent a few bicycles and ride along the many miles of bike trails!

Great relaxing vacation

Great place to get away and relax. Very quiet location and beautiful grounds. The condo was very nice and the bed in the master suite was one of the best we have ever slept on.

Great get away!

Senior Spring Break

We had a wonderful time for our son's senior spring break. Condo was clean and well appointed. The new adult pool and hot tub were absolutely beautiful and were steps away from the beach. We'll definitely be back!

Another great stay in Villamere!!!

We love starting in Villamere due to its location and great bike paths for our girls to ride and visit the general store. We loved the new adult Serenity pool and the updates to the main pool was nice as well. The sitting to the pool and beach codes I thought was nice. Leave that part of the beach for the people of Villamare. Our condo was very nice and comfortable.

Great place in Hilton Head

The property is in an excellent location and within 10-15 minute drive of everything we wanted to do in Hilton Head. There is beach access within walking distance from the condo. Everything was clean with well-appointed amenities. One downside is that you are forced to pay for parking for two vehicles even though we only had one rental car. The management team was very responsive to some check- in issues and we got a partial refund to compensate for a water leak but the leak did not impact our stay very much. Thank you to Vacasa / property management for handling everything so well. Overall, we had a great time and would stay there again.

Relaxing Fall Break

We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We had plenty of room and the beds were extremely comfortable! We had a couple issues when we first arrived, but a couple phone calls and it was taken care of immediately and everyone we spoke with were very helpful to remedy the situation. I would recommend double checking the codes with Vacasa though because the code to get into the unit did not work upon arrival and they gave us the wrong codes for the beach access, however both were fixed promptly. Would definitely recommend this unit to others!!

Fun and family friendly

Second time at this family friendly condo. The space worked well for my sister and our 4 kids total. Easy walk to the beach. We didn’t see anyone cleaning the pool area so avoided that due to COVID safety concerns. The living room furniture is a bit dated and 2 drawers in bureau were broken on arrival; we lost hot water towards the end of our stay but the property manager responded promptly.

Beautiful Property

This condo is beautifully appointed and comfortable. The resort itself is lovely with gardens and fountains. Only complaint was an issue at check-in. The door code didn’t work and we had to call to get that rectified. Again on check out day, the door code stopped working before our check out time and that made packing up to leave a challenge. Also, our parking pass had not been generated and so that took additional time at check in to wait in that. The condo and our stay was lovely besides the couple of issues that we had with check in and check out.

Villamare needs many repairs

The Villamare is in a great location with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. The beach was beautiful. The unit was spacious with two large balconies. That is the good news. However beware the unit definitely could use some updating and this unit is in Building #2 where the elevator has an ongoing problem of not working. It was broken three out of our seven day stay, Try dragging your beach stuff up 3 flights of stairs! The outdoor grills - two were broken and the one that worked took twice as long to cook food. Sad to say the Villamare needs many repairs!

Condo was sold during visit. Electric and A/C was turned off due to new owners not transferring t...

Our 15 month old needed to take a nap but, we had no electric or A/C, which was turned off. It was hot in the condo. We contacted VACAS, which they never contacted us back. We had to do the research on our own. Our Father-in-law contacted the listing agent and found out that the unit had been sold and utilities were turned off, buyers agent contacted the rents’ in-laws that utilities would be reconnected. No thanks to Vacasa for letting us know what was going on. No update on situation- not good. Would only rent from Vacasa if it was a good deal.
