Niveau du hall, balcon surdimensionné donnant sur la piscine, le golfe et la plage!

Venez passer quelques jours ou quelques semaines dans ce spacieux condo de 1 100 pi2 avec plafond de 10 pi, deux chambres et deux salles de bain en bord de plage. La chambre principale et le salon s'ouvrent sur un immense balcon meublé juste au-dessus de la belle piscine extérieure. Vous pouvez profiter du son stéréo des haut-parleurs du balcon tout en sirotant votre vin et en regardant le coucher du soleil. Il y a même une grande baignoire / jacuzzi de jardin et des haut-parleurs stéréo dans la salle de bain principale! Cette unité est au rez-de-chaussée, ce qui rend inutile d'utiliser un ascenseur, tout en offrant une vue magnifique sur le golfe et la plage. Ce condo comprend également des piscines intérieure et extérieure, des saunas, un terrain de racquetball, des courts de tennis, une salle de sport et des salles de réunion.

Perfect Location!

Very clean unit located on 1st floor which made visiting the beach and pool perfect! Great communication with host.

Perfect location, clean, and a lot of room!

We had a blast! Perfect location! No stairs to climb or elevators to wait on. Close to the beach and pool is clean and big! We would definitely stay again!

Grand-baby’s First Beach Trip

It was great being on the lobby level with the baby and because I have a meniscus tear in my knee. The only downside was only having one shower; one bathroom had a garden tub.

Condo stay

The condo was very nice and so was the property. Wish the place had digital keys because it is more difficult to keep track of an actual key and not misplace it especially when on the beach. My only complaint is that I was told checkin was at 1pm and the front desk told me it was a mistake and checkin was 4pm.

John, please let me know where you saw the check-in time to be 1 PM. My Introduction which I sent to you reads "after 2 PM, guaranteed by 4 PM". If there's someplace else a check-in time is listed pls. let me know where so I can change it.

Great family vacation 2021

Fairly easy process to rent. There was a few hiccups, but overall ok. This condo has the most awesome balcony. Right over pool. We had a lot of entertainment at night which we enjoyed.! Great location! Had the best family vacation with other family members 4 condos down on the same level

Gulf Shores High School Track Meet

We came down for my daughter's state track meet competition. When we arrived to check-in, it took about 1.5 hours. There was only one attendant present and when it was finally my turn, she wouldn't check me in until I called the owner, even though I had a confirmation number. To keep from holding others up, I stepped out of line and called the owner (mistake on my part). So I waited 40 minutes to get to the desk the first time and 50 minutes to get back up there the second time. The silver lining, however, was I had no problem reaching the owner and he straightened everything out. The condo itself was very nice and spacious. The 3 bedroom condo we stayed in had 4 bathrooms. My kids enjoyed the lazy pool and the indoor pool. They swam until they were wrinkled. We could not get the ice maker in the condo to work but not a big deal. Overall, a very nice stay!

Great place to stay

Overall we were satisfied with this particular condo. There were a few minor issues we found. The big bathtub was fantastic, but unfortunately the shower head in the shower was terrible and it could use a new one. In the listing it stated there was beach furniture for our use, so we left ours at home. Unfortunately we found out when we got there, there was only one broken chair in the closet so that was very disappointing. But we still had a great Labor Weekend at the beach!

I will have the shower head changed if it's not working as it should. Unfortunately when the association recently re-plastered the patio and outside owner's closet they threw everything in closets away! We used to have an ample supply of beach and pool toys/chairs/etc. in there but for now I will have to take that out of my Introduction letter. Thanks for the reminder.

Denny was born & raised in Ohio, Kim in New Orleans. Both enjoy their 2 & 3 bedroom beach front condos in Orange Beach as often as possible, and when not possible enjoy having friends and family enjoy them.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This property is perfect for those who don't like spending a big portion of their vacation on elevators. You walk right in from the parking area to the lobby atrium where you check-in and within a few steps your opening the door to your condo. It's above ground floor so you still have a beautiful view of the beach and Gulf from your over-sized balcony over-looking the large outdoor pool.

There's plenty to do right on the property including swimming in the indoor/outdoor pools or beach, using the garden tub in the master bathroom or the Jacuzzi or sauna at the indoor pool facility, playing racquetball, tennis or basketball, barbecuing on the gas barbecue pits and using the picnic tables to eat by the pool, or just sipping a glass of wine on the balcony and watching the sun go down at the end of a venturesome day.

Within a very short distance there's excellent bars and restaurants for all tastes, an excellent driving range/par 3 golf course and regulation golf course galore. There's also plenty of shopping including the huge Foley Outlet Mall, and The Wharf with their boutique shops, as well as other boutique shopping areas--one just across Beach Blvd. from the condo. The Wharf also features a cinema and amphitheater with great entertainers year-round. There's also the famous Flora-Bama bar with its many stages full of entertainers from near and far.
