Nous sommes directement sur la plage! Ce condo au troisiÚme étage est l'un des plus proche à Orange Beach à l'eau. Laissez le bruit des vagues se détendre votre esprit que vos yeux errer sur les vues imprenables sur le golfe. Ceci est la troisiÚme unité est de Perdido Pass (Alabama Point Bridge) qui est à cÎté d'un de préserver. Ceci est un complexe de faible densité et les piscines ne sont pas sur la plage, ce qui se traduit par «plage tranquille».

Ce condo récemment mis à jour est parfait pour une escapade romantique ou une petite vacances en famille. Profitez des équipements tels qu'un téléviseur HD à écran plat avec le cùble, l'accÚs Internet et d'une vue sur le golfe pendant la cuisson dßner dans la cuisine complÚte!

Lei Lani comprend une belle plage tranquille, deux piscines extérieures, une piscine intérieure chauffée, un court de tennis, des grilles extérieures et des aires de pique-nique, un accÚs au quai, des aires de pique-nique couvertes, une salle de bain et des vestiaires. location de bateaux d'eau, et plus encore.

De la porte d'entrée, vos orteils peuvent frapper le sable en moins d'une minute!

Construit en phases depuis 1983, le sympathique complexe de condo Lei Lani de la famille est l'un des rares dĂ©veloppements sur Perdido Key qui se trouve Ă  la fois sur la plage et Old River. Cette unitĂ© est situĂ©e dans la tour sur la plage avec balcon privĂ© - le lever et le coucher du soleil peut Ă  la fois ĂȘtre vu et sont incroyablement beau! Wasn't Cleaned, No Parking Passes, Otherwise Great Stay

We had issues from the very beginning of our stay that didn't relate to the construction we were aware of. Upon arrival, the unit wasn't cleaned- no sheets on beds, dirty linens in floor, no toilet paper, etc. I reached out to the hosts who answered my call immediately and stated they would try to find someone to come out to clean it but that it would be the next morning. We accepted a refund for the night as this was the only solution offered and planned for the cleaning service to come the next morning. We went to the store and bought the missing essentials including bedsheets, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies for the night.The next morning at 8 am the woman with the cleaning service arrived but I think it startled us all when she entered without a knock or call. She stated she had been told we were staying in a hotel and wouldn't return until 11am. I explained that we never mentioned a hotel and had just told the hosts we would make the condo work since we didn't have any other arrangements set up. She also said she had been willing to come the night before but had been told not to worry about it since we had already left for the hotel. Again, hotels were not discussed in the conversation with the host. I just asked her to go over the bathrooms as I had already cleaned.The second issue was lack of parking passes. There weren't any located in a drawer per instructions so we had to pay 50 (28 more than quoted in the listing).Otherwise, condo was great.

Disappointing Stay Due to Construction, Communication Issues, and Unmet Expectations

We booked this rental in October, excited for our stay, but unfortunately, it fell short due to several issues.1.Construction Issues: We discovered on our own, in December about construction. Inquired about const. but received no response until two weeks later. On December 29th, we were told the balcony was off-limits, impacting our vacation plans. 2.Pricing Confusion: The rental rate was initially quoted at 99 per night, but we were charged 99.75. New rental price was 75 during const. Asked for this price, informed we could cancel. We were unable to change our plans due to limited availability in the area.3.Parking Problems: The prepaid parking pass wasn’t available at check-in. We had to buy one for 100 in cash. Only reimbursed 50, from the 150 total paid.4.Condo Conditions: The condo was cramped with outdoor furniture moved into the living area, reducing space and comfort.5.Construction Impact on Windows/Doors: We couldn’t open the sliding door due to construction, and the windows were dirty, obstructing views of the Gulf. The entry door glass was also dirty, and construction debris was around the threshold.6.Host Communication: Poor response time. Sometimes none at all. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations due to poor communication, pricing issues, and maintenance and cleanliness problems. I would not recommend this property.

Our getaway!

Was terrible went for sum rest! Was told at first sum construction! Well it was woke us up right out our door could not even talk to each other so loud!!!!! And never was told the balcony was closed due to construction! So we packed up and left! Making us pay for another placeSo not very happy with our getaway!!!!!! U better ck if they mention construction!!! Vrob should have known this also!!! We wind be using crib again

Quick Getaway

My wife and I were looking small beachside condo for the weekend when we discovered this one. It’s located just down from Shell Beach which is one of our favorite destinations. The condo is just the right size for two, and affords a beautiful view of the beach. The only draw back is they are under major structural renovations. The property owner called and gave me a heads up offering to refund my money or give me a discount. We decided we would be outside during most of the daytime so chose to stay. As luck would have it, it poured all day Friday trapping us inside. The construction work started at 7:00 am and was at times quite loud. We got away for lunch and spent the rest of the day shopping. The contractors dogged off by 4:00 and were gone for the weekend. If you plan to stay during the week, while construction is going on, make sure you have plans to take you outside. As for us, we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo with a Gulf Front View

Very clean, updated condo with an amazing beach view. Super comfy bed, comfy sofa in a fantastic location. Our hosts were very responsive to our questions. Orange Beach is a beautiful area with great restaurants and only minutes from the Flora Bama. What more could you ask for?

Too Short

We had a wonderful trip until it was cut short by construction work. We had a beautiful view for 3 days but scaffolding was erected across our balcony on the 4th day obscuring our view and causing a parade of workers outside our condo. Due to the constant construction noise and lack of privacy we left a day early. The condo was lovely and the beach was great. Wish we could have enjoyed our full time.

Quiet, relaxing condo

Great small Condo

This was my third trip using this property. It is perfect for a single or small family. The beach is only steps away and the view from the unit is fantastic. Very comfortable and cozy, the unit was recently freshened with new paint.

A relaxing vacation

Everything about this property is as advertised and we enjoyed our stay very much. I have no complaints to voice, however I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. Consider replacing the coffee maker, it’s got some age on it. It works, but, could be updated. Also, curtains for the bedroom would help with the outdoor lights shining in. Again, not a huge issue, just something we noticed. Overall we enjoyed the convenience of being right on the beach, the walk down was an easy one. We loved the balcony in the mornings and the beautiful sunrises. Everything was comfortable, and well maintained. The beach service offered was fantastic and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this location. Thank you for a great vacation.

Perfect vacation

Other than the parking the condo was perfect. The beach is controlled by a company that rents umbrellas and chairs so the beach is an added expense if you want to sit near the ocean. But the condo is as advertised. The view is amazing and we had a wonderful vacation there. Yes we would book again.

We chose Orange Beach because of the beautiful white beaches, the many activities close by, the boat dock in the back and the closeness to Floribama. Combine these aminities with the fact the condo is only 3 1/2 hours from home and it makes the perfect retreat for us.

Karen and I are both active so we enjoy a wide range of activities such as sunning on the beach, swimming in one of the 3 pools, playing tennis, biking along the shore and in the nearby State park, scuba diving, boating, water skiing and tubing. We also enjoy dining out as well as a wonderfully cooked meal (Karen is a terrific cook) with a great bottle of wine while watching the sunset.
