Great vacation

We had a great time at the condo. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The beach was in walking distance and the pool was a hit with the kids! It had everything you needed and more. Would absolutely recommend staying there

Loved the fishing pier!

Had a great stay! Friendly people and even caught quite a few fish off the pier. Swimming pool is nice. And like other reviews, mattresses do need replacing, way too soft, made my own bed on the floor. Minor details, Great Stay!

Nice size unit with all the necessary items for a great stay. The grounds and pool areas were nicely kept and pleasant. Access to the beach was within walking distance from our unit although a bit far if you are carrying chairs and a cooler.

Trip of a lifetime!

My family and I had the most memorable and best vacation in siesta key! Condo was awesome for my elderly mother and two boys under 12. With central access to our parking spot , the dock, and the pool. I would completely recommend and come back to this condo. Thank you for everything!

Condo ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

We had a wonderful stay at Bay Oaks. Took full advantage of the tennis and proximity to everything in Siesta! We had a minor maintenance issue which was resolved within an hour. Will def come back! ☀️??

Super Charming

Our unit was very, very clean and up to date. All the appliances were new, including the bathroom. I loved the way it was tastefully decorated, and supplied with beach towels and beach chairs and umbrellas. It was just a few steps to the pool and inter coastal where there was a dock with a deck for fishing and relaxing. Also just a 5 minute drive to the pristine public beach. We lucked out!

Summer vacation

The condo was very nice. It is off season so is was quiet which we enjoyed. I was disappointed in the silverware, it was very dirty. I did notify the host and they did apologize and iffer offer us a few attractions. I also would have preferred z different color cover for the couchs, was afaid of putting a mark on them as thy were all white.

Vacation spring break

All was good except we did not have a key fab left in the room for pool area. Then when they finally brought one it did not work. We did not get a working key fab for the pool area until 2 mornings before we left

Place was fine if you are not a beach goer

Property managers were excellent and quick to respond with any inquiries. The place is MUCH further than the 7 minute walk, as advertised. Something to consider if you plan to spend your days on the beach. Carrying chairs and a cooler was a chore. The pier was nice for sipping morning coffee. Accommodations were clean (other than the bedroom carpet) and the lanai needed a deep cleaning and decluttering! The rugs were shredding apart and it was packed with forgot/no longer wanted items from previous guests. Kitchen had more than enough dishes and small appliances for the week. Almost too much.

Thanks for staying with us Jennifer! We do advertise that the beach is about .7 miles from the condo. So its more of a 12 minute walk. There are also free trolleys if you don't feel like walking. The carpets are cleaned every turnover but we do have them professionally steamed cleaned regularly as heavy traffic stains the floors. Excellent environnement de vie de vacance

L'emplacement, l'intérieur, l'extérieur, le calme, la propreté, le service, la communication tout y était pour que notre famille (2 enfants en bas âge, 2 adultes et 2 grand-parents) passe une excellente semaine de vacance sans tracas. Nous reprendrons assurément cette unité.

Bay Oaks

Acceptable/adequate for two weeks, but needs some TLC

The communications with the property manager was excellent! The check in information and process was excellent! The BAY OAKS complex needs TLC. The C11 unit itself has a very nice tiny kitchen, nice shower, and dining area. The larger bedroom is sufficient, with more than adequate storage and hangers. The 2nd bedroom is Hot. (This unit needs New blinds/shades/window coverings and better seating in the living/den room.) The small screened in porch is messy. The laundry facilities worked well. The covered parking is very much appreciated. We enjoy the Siesta Key Midnight Pass area for the Crescent Beach and the Village and Gulf Gate area and all the great grouper and other foods and live entertainment. The trolley and scat bus makes transportation easier.

Awesome place

We stayed for 1 week, was very clean. It was super accommodating to more than 6 people, we had 7 and everyone slept comfortably. Small kitchen but not an issue. Pool was clean and not terribly crowded. Not a quick walk to the beach tho as advertised , 26 minute minimum walk. With all your stuff it was very tiresome. Was nice to use the sun breeze trolly but if you didn’t have a mask, sorry about your luck! Overall very happy with our stay!
