Eh bien, ne cherchez pas plus loin car notre studio récemment rénové, ou notre maison loin de chez nous comme nous l'appelons, a tout! Le Village at Breckenridge Peak 9 Inn est idéalement situé à quelques pas de tout ce que vous pouvez désirer à Breckenridge. Sortez la porte arrière pour accéder à l'ascenseur Quicksilver à la base du pic 9; ou faites une petite promenade de l'autre côté de la rue pour profiter de tout ce que la rue principale a à offrir! Tout est à portée de main ici, comme notre devise l'est; "C'est ici que Breckenridge rencontre les montagnes!"

Avec un design de première classe, des équipements de luxe et un emplacement idéal imbattable, vous le trouverez ici car le Village at Breckenridge a tout pour plaire! Vous pouvez profiter des services complets de valet; une piscine intérieure / extérieure avec quatre bains à remous extérieurs et une salle de fitness avec des moulins à tapis, des poids et d'autres équipements. Louez des skis dans le bâtiment! Notre unité est sur le quatrième de sept étages donnant sur la Plaza où vous commencerez chaque jour avec une vue panoramique à couper le souffle du soleil se levant sur Baldy Mountain et le Continental Divide. Dans la soirée, vous pourrez vous détendre avec une vue romantique sur les lumières festives de la ville. Il n'y a pas d'endroit comme Peak 9 Inn; et si vous cherchez un endroit fabuleux à un prix avantageux, vous avez trouvé le condo parfait!

Vous l'appelez, c'est nouveau dans notre unité. Nous avons récemment tout refait du sol au plafond. Nouvelle tuile, tapis, armoires, appareils électroménagers, comptoirs en granit, lit king size, canapé sectionnel avec un retrait, et un 40 "TV pour se détendre après une longue journée sur les pistes. Si le confort est ce que vous désirez, le confort est ce que vous obtiendrez, car nous croyons que notre deuxième maison devrait être tout aussi confortable, sinon plus, que notre résidence principale.

Vous serez également accueilli dans une cuisine entièrement équipée pour ceux qui ont une passion pour la cuisine, ou qui cherchent à économiser quelques dollars. Cuisiner n'est pas votre truc? Mélangez quelques verres avec le mélangeur ou ouvrez une bouteille de vin avant de traverser la rue pour profiter des boutiques, restaurants et autres divertissements que Breckenridge a à offrir.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was cute, quaint, and very convenient to the ski lifts, which made getting on the mountain so easy. There were also lots of restaurants and eateries within walking distance, so we rarely needed to drive anywhere.A couple small things that would make it even better: having charging cords or outlets more accessible by the bed would be helpful, and the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable. The fitted sheets also kept slipping off during the night.Overall, it was a great location and a cozy spot for a ski trip. We really enjoyed our time here!

After 13 years we should have known better after the first 3 declined credit cards, the inability to read the listing prior to check in for parking, check in instructions and virtually anything that would help you including actual directions. The place was left absolutely trashed by your two night stay and your continued seeking of discounts over the two days was atrocious as well. We were happy to see you leave but do apprecaite you pointing out that someone stole the charging ports by the bed. Next time try communicating the issues and we would have changed the sheets out the next day its a pretty simple thing to communicate. Take care!

Very clean and updated place to stay. Right next to the Quick Silver Lift and downtown. They had the small amenities that a lot of places don’t think of like sandwich bags, foil, sugar and coffee filters which means much less waste and lower grocery bills.Parking was pricey but worth the convenience and you pay almost the same price if you park anywhere else and everything else would be outside.Checkout was very easy.

Glad you were able to enjoy the location of the unit as well as that is what sold my wife and I years ago on it. We also try to provide some of the smaller items as best we can so guests can worry less about the details and more about relaxing on their trip as well. Parking in Breck is very limited and much to my chagrin is not cheap anymore but you are correct our HOA is about the same as everywhere else around town. Perfect Location - Perfect Stay

This unit for 2 adults and 2 children was perfect. The unit included plenty of amenities, the underground parking connecting to the other buildings was such a nice surprise, and the location in town was Perfect!! We would definitely stay here again.

You can walk out back and get on the lift, walk out the front and you're steps from main street, or take the elevator down and enjoy the spa like setting in the hot tubs while looking at the mountains. If Breckenridge has it; it's literally steps away!

We fell in love with our home away from home simply because the location of this unit can not be topped. It's literally 20 yards from the ski lift out the back door and across the street from everything downtown Breckenridge has to offer. To us, location and convenience is a must. We feel we found heaven on earth here!

There is free ski storage for all guests during season at Christi Sports ; which is located in the building adjacent to us. Right on the way to the ski lift so less gear to carry. You must rent your gear from Christy Sports to utilize these services however.
