Bear Condo is a true ski in / ski out condo located within the Village at Breckenridge resort which is nestled between Peak 9 and historic downtown Breckenridge on Main Street.

The owners invite you to enjoy staying in their cozy "home away from home" while exploring all of the grandeur that makes Breckenridge a premier ski and vacation resort.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
This ski in / ski out condo is less than 400 feet to the QuickSilver SuperChair lift at the base of Peak 9. There are onsite ski & board schools and equipment rental shops at the Village at Breckenridge. Walk one block to beautiful historic downtown Breckenridge where you will find restaurants and shops galore!

STUNNING VIEWS
Enjoy the sights and sounds of Breckenridge from the condo's unique 6ft x 6ft picture window and wraparound balcony. The balcony has chairs and a café table with views of Maggie Pond, the Blue River, and the majestic Rocky Mountains.

SPACIOUS 1 BEDROOM / 1 FULL BATHROOM
Bear Condo is a beautifully decorated and well-appointed condominium that is 900 square feet which sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Sleep accommodations include a king bed, twin day bed with twin trundle bed in the master bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is one full bathroom. This charming cabin and bear themed condo makes for a comfortable and cozy stay.

COZY LIVING AREA
This condo has a cozy living area with a wood-burning fireplace, HDTV, a luxurious soft leather sofa sleeper, and sitting chairs.

GUEST AMENITIES!
The Village at Breckenridge offers many wonderful guest amenities. Guests may enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room, work-out room, movie room, game room, oxygen bar, mini golf, community rooms and even a candy store!

ONSITE HEATED GARAGE PARKING
Onsite parking in the heated garage is offered to guests upon booking.

There is free wireless internet available in the condo. Network and password is provided upon booking.

There is a community washer and dryer conveniently located on every floor in every building at the Village at Breckenridge resort. The washer and dryer are available for guest use via app and the ease of a simple credit card swipe.

COMMUNITY OUTDOOR GRILL
Summer guests may use the community outdoor grill located in the central plaza area at the Village at Breckenridge resort.

OUTDOOR FIRE PIT
Guests may enjoy the warmth of the outdoor fire pit located in the central plaza area of the Village.

TRASH ROOM
There is a trash room conveniently located on every floor in every building at the Village with a trash chute for trash removal while staying.

ONSITE SKI AND BOARD SCHOOL & EQUIPMENT RENTAL SHOPS
There is a ski and board school conveniently located onsite at the base of the Antero building at the Village at Breckenridge resort. In addition, there are two equipment rental shops at the Village. Guests will receive information about the ski and board school and equipment rental shops upon booking.

THE NATIONAL FOREST
The national forest is at your back door for convenient hikes along the network
of trails to the nearby beaver ponds, streams, and mountain ski slopes.

YEAR-ROUND ADVENTURE
Come to Breckenridge for skiing, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, white water rafting, sledding, sight-seeing and much more!

At many lodges throughout Breckenridge including the Village, there are less onsite parking spaces than there are condos for rent. Because parking spaces at the Village often sell out during peak rental periods, there is a nightly fee that is separate from booking fees that we must pass on if you elect to bring a vehicle and choose the onsite parking option. Onsite parking should be requested at the time of booking due to limited availability. Please note that the Village at Breckenridge condos are ski in / ski out, and that you are conveniently located within walking distance to Main Street. Many guests choose to shuttle in rather than bring a vehicle and pay for parking.

VILLAGE AT BRECKENRIDGE RESORT FEE:

The Village at Breckenridge has a daily resort fee of $25 per day. This will appear as a "property fee" upon booking.

The condo was nicely appointed with a mountain and wildlife motif, which we enjoyed. The unit was clean and was well-supplied with everything we needed (except a few groceries ). The view of the resort with the gorgeous mountains behind was enjoyed multiple times daily. The location adjacent to the old town shops and restaurants was so very convenient.Finding the parking entrance and the first use of the app key was a challenge; but Twilla stayed on the phone and walked us through getting in
with a friendly, patient manner that kept me calm. She was wonderful!

Beautiful condo! Twilla Entin, our host provided exceptional communication. The condo included everything we needed and more; kitchen supplies and kitchen appliances. Heater worked well. Great location; near Main Street and many restaurants. Negatives: Mattress on King size bed and trundle bed were not comfortable. Water in bathtub took excessive amount of time to heat up.

Wonderful Family Trip

From the moment we walked in, this VRBO felt incredibly welcoming. It was clean, cozy, and so spacious! There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the stay. The location couldn’t have been better. It was just minutes away from all the great shops, restaurants, and local attractions.Our host was absolutely fantastic! Second stay here and it’s still great

This is a really nice condo in an ideal location. The unit is spacious for a 1 bedroom and we really liked having a washer/dryer in the unit. This was our second stay here and won’t hesitate to stay here again. Our host Twilla was great and responded quickly to any of our questions.

Beautiful accommodations, perfectly clean. We loved our stay here and highly recommend! Incredible views, and a location where you can walk to all of downtown. Great hot tub and game area as well, with sauna and steam room.
