Nous avons localisĂ© l’un des plus beaux terrains, dĂ©pouillĂ© l’ancienne maison des poteaux, ajoutĂ© Ă  celui-ci et complĂštement reconstruit selon le dernier modĂšle «Urbanology». Aucune dĂ©pense n'a Ă©tĂ© Ă©pargnĂ©e pour crĂ©er le meilleur complexe de villĂ©giature du lac Norman.

La propriété dispose de deux plages sur place - la plage principale mesure plus de 30 mÚtres de large et se trouve sur une baie sécurisée et privée, propice à la baignade et au kayak. Le terrain de plus de 300 pieds commande une immense façade de canal principal pour vos vacances au lac. Un bonus supplémentaire est une rampe de mise à l'eau en béton et un quai privé avec un parking sur place pour de nombreux bateaux et voitures. Cette maison a été conçue pour accueillir des amis et des membres de la famille pour des vacances de style villégiature.

Great place and location with beautiful sunrise lighting up the all glass wall facing the lake. Great walkout backyard for our 10 year old dog. Location is minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, etc.

Great place

This is the perfect home for a large family. Beautiful location, great amenities, beautiful property. It was great to have 2 beaches, one that is mostly shaded and great for reading or chilling in the shade, with the other being great for soaking in the sun. I highly recommend this property.

Outstanding house and lot. Hot tub, deck, fire pit made this place special.

We rented a boat which made the visit even more special. Shari, Pam, and Danny were great to work with. Retail is close yet excellent lake views. Could not recommend more highly.

Everything was wonderful!!! We loved our stay. The weather was extremely hot (unusual for time of year), but we enjoyed the lake floating and our pontoon boat rental. Would recommend renting a boat to anyone staying!

Fantastic property!

Awesome house, beautiful property!

We loved staying at this beautiful, modern house. Everything about it was great. It would be perfect though if we could bring our dog. That's the only thing keeping us from making this our yearly vacation house. Overall though, the service was great, the house was great and the property was great!

Extremely Impressive-Perfect Getaway

Fantastic Renovated Lakeside Retreat

This beautifully renovated property was perfect for our group and easily accommodated three family groups. The open concept floor plan is ideal for entertaining/gathering during meal preparation and there is lots of good seating for dining inside and out. Great outdoor deck and beach areas, one of which offered much needed shade during the hot afternoons. The house has great amenities and is well equipped. We made especially good use of the kayaks and paddle board.

Up to date beautiful property and home.

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at the property and we will be returning next year. The two beaches make you feel like you are in a tropical setting. The shaded beach is great for kids and the more open beach ideal for sun worshippers. This house is situated on the best cove in Lake Norman with plenty of calm water. The marina close by is a huge plus if you have a boat or are renting one. Cant wait for next year.

We chose LN Breakaway for our annual guys "pigskin, grillin and chillin" getaway and weren't dissapointed! Wonderful views, quiet surroundings and an overall great experience. Large flat screen in living area to watch college football. Almost new gas grill fired up no problem. The home is very nice just as the pictures depict. Defintely would stay again!

In 2015, StayLakeNorman started with their first specialty vacation rental home with an "urban contemporary" design theme. The Lake Norman vacation rental market loved this new offering, as the approximately 200 vacation homes in the area at that time were mostly just older lake homes that owners we not using and calling them vacation homes. Most had mismatched furniture, decor, colors and no dedicated style or concise personality. Over the next few years, StayLakeNorman continued to add new homes to the market and the luxury vacation rental standard was pushed up higher again.

StayLakeNorman was born and a "one-stop, sexy-house shop" was in full swing with the best designers and contractors in place to offer what luxury vacation guests wanted and demanded based on market feedback. We implemented management processes from the best and largest companies in the USA and continue to fine-tune the operation. Much was learned and many mistakes made.

Switch forward to today, StayLakeNorman has in their control the strongest performing vacation rental homes on Lake Norman. We also have a boat rental company and concierge services to help complete what luxury guests want in their vacations. Our staff includes Reservationists, Housekeeping Managers, Maintenance folks, Quality Control teams, and third-party housekeepers, private chefs, massage therapists, etc.
