Aqua # 1006 ~ Notre Luxueux Condo est une chambre avec lits superposĂ©s en prime. 1138 pieds carrĂ©s, y compris un balcon avec vue sur l'ocĂ©an. SituĂ© au 10Ăšme Ă©tage, Ă  moins de 800 mĂštres de Pier Park. L'unitĂ© comprend la suite principale en bord de mer avec lit king-size et une grande salle de bains privative, une chambre avec lits superposĂ©s, une deuxiĂšme salle de bains complĂšte, une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, un coin repas et un coin salon avec un canapĂ©-lit queen-size. Great condo. Especially for couple or family with young children. My wife and I liked having 2 bathrooms. Great location. 10 minutes walk to Pier Park. My wife and I walked there 3 times during our week stay to eat. Good variety of dining options. Good beach views. Big balcony with adequate furniture for relaxing. Large outdoor pools and indoor hot tub. I would highly recommend staying here. Owner answered several questions promptly before our stay.

Awesome condo & stay

Much needed getaway for my husband & I! We always stay at the Aqua & loved our condo we stayed in! Excellent communication with owner, smooth check in & out, thankful to know to take care of the parking BEFORE & not having to wait in line at the kiosk upon arrival. Beautiful & clean condo, super comfy bed & everything was just great!

Short Vacation

My husband and I wanted a place to stay on the beach with great places to walk to and food to eat. The hurricane cut our vacation way short, but the 2 days we were there, it was perfect :)

Perfect Place on the Beach

Cannot brag on this property enough. It was clean, beautifully updated, had the most breathtaking views of the beach, and it was close to everything fun. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend this property to friends and family.

Great stay!

My husband and I stayed with 2 adult daughters and had a great vacation! Condo photos are accurate, comfortable beds, including bunks. Decor was beachy yet stylish (no garish colors here!). Beach chair rental is a plus and Aqua staff is welcoming and helpful. The owner, Kimberly was responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend and plan to visit again!

Fireworks on the beach!!

We had a blast! The weather was perfect, the condo was amazing, & the view of the pier for the fireworks were breathtaking! The parking garage was good & we never had an issue finding a spot after dinner, the elevators WORKED EVERYDAY, & the Staff answered our questions about the pool & deli! We will be back every year! We have finally found “our spot”!!!

Great spacious condo with amazing views

We stayed for 5 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The 10th floor gave us amazing views of the sea, and we often saw sea life swimming along the coast line. The elevators in the building are FAST and we never waited longer than 1 minute for an elevator. Access to the beach is very quick, and the sand is powdery soft. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and very nicely updated. My favorite part was the master bathroom, it's huge! Our child loved taking baths in the large tub. It's a very child friendly condo overall, I appreciated the fact that there was no glass decor easily accessible. It was very well stocked with basic necessities, lots of towels and extra pillows. The bunk room window faces Front Beach Road, which is a little loud at night for light sleepers. Our child ended up sleeping in the master bedroom since it was much quieter. However, I slept on the couch one night and wasn't bothered by the noise and slept very comfortably! We had a great stay and would definitely return again!

Perfect stay!

We revisited, coming back to our honeymoon condo, for our 9 year anniversary! Not only was the condo clean but so was the entire property! It seemed like everytime we were out, we seen workers cleaning. And they were so polite every time. Kimberly’s communication was just enough. I knew exactly how to get ahold of her if need be but otherwise she left us be. Location was great, we walked to pier park multiple times. We had the perfect view of the air show and the chair service was even better! We didn’t have our kids with us but there is a perfect bunk room and extra bathroom. My only minuscule complaint is the bed was very firm! It’s hard to complain about that when we loved our time here!

Was worth it!

We’ve been staying at Aqua Resort for several years now and have been really pleased 99% of the time and this unit was no different. Communication with Kimberly was fantastic. No issues with any of the entry codes. Unit was clean and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. The only thing I’d like to mention for future guests involves the ceiling fans in the primary bedroom and the living room. They’re identical and either remote works both fans from a very long range. So be prepared for that.

Nice Getaway

Very nice condo and complex. Construction detracted from the overall rating as crews were painting balconies on scaffolding all week. Owners were great to work with.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Every Unit is Beachfront/Ocean view. Walking distance to Pier Park, 2 outdoor pools, one indoor pool and a hot tub. A very nice Poolside Snack Shop. Gas grills on the pool deck. Super convenient check in, parking garage with an enclosed walkway to the Units. Breathtaking views of the ocean, close to the grocery store in the event you want to just stock up for the week and never leave! There is also a hut right out on the beach and can arrange beach chairs in addition to all kinds of fun things to do! Banana Boat rides, jet ski rentals, parasailing, etc. So much FUN..is right there!
