MAGNIFIQUE condo en bord de mer FRIENDLY FAMILY avec plus de 1000 pieds carrés de surface habitable, 6 couchages confortablement. Aqua est situé sur 250 pieds de sable blanc de sucre et d'eau bleu aqua.

La chambre principale et le salon du golfe ont une vue incroyable du sol au plafond, des fenêtres de 9 pieds. Cette unité a été décorée professionnellement avec de beaux meubles haut de gamme. La chambre principale a un matelas à plateau-coussin haut de gamme pour une merveilleuse nuit de sommeil. La chambre avec lits superposés séparée dispose de lits superposés, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un lecteur DVD pour le plaisir des enfants. La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend des appareils haut de gamme, des comptoirs en granit et une laveuse et une sécheuse.

Aqua est la première propriété de Panama City Beach. Il sera évident que vous restez au meilleur de votre forme en entrant dans le grand hall avec des éléments en cascade, menant aux 2 piscines extérieures tropicales. Excellent Time at Aqua

The Aqua experience was absolutely amazing. From the booking to the checkout, the customer service was excellent. The amenities were excellent and the accommodations were excellent. We will stay at the Aqua every year when we visit Panama City Beach because no one can provide the excellent customer service that they do.

I don’t know where to start !! Amazing host and fabulous condo ! If I could give it 10 stars I would. The condo was spotless. The kitchen was very well stocked. The bed was so so comfortable and the shower was great . The views from the condo are fabulous especially at sunset. The beach chairs were a plus for sure ! We loved everything about our stay at aqua and in Becky’s condo. She is by fair the best host I have ever worked with . I plan to definitely rent again in the future !!

Beautiful condo and great location

We have been coming to the Gulf Coast in July for 10 years now, but this was our first time visiting for the 4th of July. This property was perfect. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Well equipted in the kitchen! Had about anything you would need. Becky is just wonderful. So pleasant to speak with and very accommodating. The location is perfect, there is a walmart across the street and many restaurants within walking distance. The beach is not overcrowded. The pools were great to cool down in. We didn't travel with kids but if you have kids, this would be a perfect spot for them! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future!

Perfect Condo for a beautiful beach trip

Aqua condo and this unit are just perfect. The view can’t be better and the outdoor balcony sitting is perfect for any meal - to watch the sunrise or sunset. The inside has everything you may need to just enjoy the beach. The condo is located perfectly to be in walking distance to many restaurants- including runaway island and the new restaurant located in the Hyatt next door. We had a perfect trip and experience during our stay.

Lovely condo, great location!

Beautiful condo, great views from the patio which is where we spent a lot of our time. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella are a wonderful bonus and the condo amenities were really nice - loved the indoor hot tub on those rainy days! Also really liked how close it was to Pier Park, just a short walk for dinner and shopping. Some construction going on around the facility and Pier Park which is a good sign of growth in area but some inconveniences such as closed sidewalks etc. Would stay here again for sure, great experience!

Excellent Location

This condo was exactly as described. The bedding was very comfortable and the condo was extremely clean. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning with gorgeous views, even got to see several dolphin pods play in the water. You couldn't ask for a better location, both Walmart and Publix were nearby. We walked to Pier Park several times for dinner and shopping. The complementary beach chairs were such an awesome perk as well as the heated pool on chilly wet days. My husband, 7 year old, and I would defiantly stay here again.

Celebrating big moments

The condo was clean and very well equipped with not just kitchenware ,but, also fluffy blankets and beach towels. It was very easy to fix meals and we had a choice of eating in doors or on the balcony. All of the appliances and furniture looked like new. We loved and used all of the 3 swimming pools. I chose this condo specifically because it came with 2 beach chairs with an umbrella. Thank you Becky!! So lovely to relax beach side!! My granddaughters were especially impressed with the condo.

Good time, could have been easily made better

We’ve stayed in other units on this property many, many times - almost every year since it first opened. The layout and location were great. Unit was well furnished. But the unit was simply wiped down and NOT cleaned well before our arrival. We purchased our own wash cloths and rewashed all towels because they did not look clean and smelled and were tough to the touch (just took Clorox and a dryer sheet to make all the difference!). The kitchen was not stocked well for cooking the way we’re used to and we had to wash ALL pots/pans/baking sheets before using because food or grease residue was still on them. Hair was found in 2 beds and both the showers. The outside of the oven and fridge had food splatters from other guests. It was obvious that nothing, including showers/sinks had been thoroughly disinfected. We had to wipe down the glass surfaces, too. The cleaning crew must have been in a big rush before we arrived. Beyond the floors being swept, the job was subpar to what we’re used to experiencing in other units. The only other issue was that the property was undergoing quite a lot of refurbishment. It impacted the common areas, garage walkway, and REALLY impacted the elevators. Knowing this beforehand would not have kept us from staying there, but a heads up would have been considerate of the owner. Setting expectations is key. It was off putting to arrive to somewhat of a construction zone without prior knowledge. I will note that we DID NOT notify the owner when we arrived. It was late in the evening and our children needed to rest. We made the decision to bring it up to our standards because we were ready to start our vacation and the last thing we wanted to add to it was waiting for a disgruntled cleaning crew to make right what should have already been done. I had emailed the owner earlier in the week about how important it was to us that the room be cleaned well. She told me she would communicate that to her cleaner. Clearly we have different ideas of what “clean” means. Our arrival did not start off the way we’d prefer, but we made the most of it and enjoyed the gorgeous beach and views. We will come back to Aqua again, but will not stay in this unit.

I am very sorry you had cleaning issues upon your arrival. This is very disappointing and not acceptable, I do apologize. I wish you had contacted me about these issues upon arrival or during your stay. I cannot make things right when i am unaware of a problem. I wasn't aware of any issues until I read your review on VRBO. Again i do apologize and this will be addressed with my cleaning crew immediately. As far as construction, there is re-coating being put down on some walkway floors at Aqua. Floors 12-17 were affected., but this did not involve my floor (9th floor) during your stay. There should not have been any noise relating to the re-coating work. There is no work being done on the elevators. Due to the 2018 hurricane the skybridge did have work going on. The interior was open a couple weeks before your stay, they had sent a picture of the completed project saying only a minor punch list needed to be done. The exterior is still being addressed. But this should have not caused any problem accessing the garage. None of this involved my floor, my unit, access to the garage, or beachside amenities. I really didnt think a thing about it. No other prior guests had said there were any issues.. I am a very honest person, and would have told you if i knew of something that I thought would impact your stay. Once Covid-19 became an issue I voluntarily offered my guests 100% refund even though the contracts stated differently. I pride myself in treating people the way I would like to be treated.

This was our second time to stay in this condo. Becky pays attention to detail in making sure that we have all we need. Plenty of towels, wash clothes. Baskets of different items to meet our needs. Easy access to room with key code on door. Beach is just steps from the pool area and 2 beach chairs were included for the week. Elevators on each end of building — not too long of a wait. Nothing to complain about the Aqua resort or for unit 910. Excellent stay!
