Nice property to stay

We needed a 2 night stay before our cruise and this was a wonderful property to stay at. Clean, spacious for the 7 of us and walking distance to Publix and multiple restaurants.

Great Family Stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much at this property. Clean and nicely kept. We were close to restaurants, shopping and Orlando attractions. Definitely will be going back here and the communication with staff is excellent!!!

Amazing universal trip

The property had all we needed for a great stay. Close to Universal Stidios and Publix is 2 lights away and chick fil an across the street. Would stay here again.

The house is in a good location on Vista Cay and is perfect for Universal and Seaworld parks. You can walk to Epic if you wished to. The house is spacious, with three large bedrooms all with own en suite. The amenity kit from the host is great and facilities at the main pool are really good. The description of the house was that this was newly renovated, I do not think l this is accurate. The flooring on each floor is warped, move or have lifted. The kitchen also requires some TLC. Sadly our AC broke on the afternoon 2 days before check out. The host was great at sending someone to review, and sadly couldn’t be fixed. The stay overnight wasn’t pleasant we could not sleep in the heat. The host kindly provided alternative accommodation the following morning. Overall, the house is clean and functional. Would be perfect if the flooring was addressed.

The proximity to Universal, SeaWorld, and Epic Universe is certainly one of the great advantages of the home. I’m very sorry, however, for the issues you encountered during your stay. In particular, I sincerely apologize for the AC failure and the uncomfortable night you experienced. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially so close to the end of your trip. I’m glad we were able to arrange alternative accommodation for you the following morning, although I recognize that this did not make up for the disruption. I also appreciate your feedback regarding the flooring and kitchen. We take these comments seriously and will be reviewing these areas with our maintenance team. Your observation regarding the description of the renovation is also noted, and we’ll make sure the listing accurately reflects the current condition of the home. Thank you again for your feedback. One week in Orlando

Making the reservation, checking in and checking out was super simple. It made the trip seamless. The property was clean and well kept and everyone enjoyed the stay.

Great property

Great experience! The condo was a great location and easy to access. The pool area had plenty of space and never felt crowded. The grounds were well taken care of the gates made it feel very safe. The condo was a perfect layout for multi family use. We had plenty of space without feeling like we were on top of each other. We will definitely stay here again.

Positive experience

Great location - walking distance or short drive from store and lots of restaurants. Property manager was very responsive prior to stay. Keyless entry made check in seamless with the code sent well in advance. The first floor bedrooom has a twin and a queen (not 2 queens), but the rest was as described and was perfect for our family. We are likely to seek this property for future visits.

Comfy Home

It was very comfortable, and TONS of room for everyone! The only thing I would suggest is if you are staying longer than 2 days bring your own garbage sacks, dishwasher soap, bath soap, etc. They only gave you enough provisions for 2 days and we stayed 10. Lots of stairs, so if you have older people with you something to consider. But it was a very nice property.

Fantastic experience, made for a great trip

This unit was fantastic. Clean, spacious, and well maintained. Location was fantastic for going to both Universal and Disney. I was able to drive the older teens over to Universal Citywalk for the New Year's eve count down, AFTER returning around 9 from Disney Animal Kingdom, everything was that convenient. The resort was also wonderful, as we were able to swim every day, and even use the workout facility. The housing situation was perfect for two families. We put one couple downstairs, one couple upstairs, and all the teenagers in the upstairs room with bunk beds. We had a wonderful time and were able to relax and connect. Will look forward to staying again.
