NOUVELLE LISTE ~ Condo pittoresque Bogue Shores à quelques pas d'une belle plage

Une grande valeur dans un petit paquet. Ce condo studio de 300 pieds est à aire ouverte avec un très beau mobilier et de nombreux "extras" pour accueillir nos invités. Situé sur la magnifique île d'Atlantic Beach, en Caroline du Nord, dans le complexe populaire Bogue Shores Condo, vous serez à proximité d'épiceries, de parcs aquatiques, de sentiers de randonnée, de sites historiques, de parcs pour enfants, de putt-putt golf, de NC Aquarium, de Fort Macon, de bateaux-taxis , location de kayak et de vélo, location de sports nautiques, excursions de pêche, magasins spécialisés et bien plus encore! La belle plage de sable est à seulement quelques pas et vous pouvez également profiter de la voie navigable inter-côtière qui se trouve derrière l'installation. Bogue Shores possède également l'une des plus belles piscines de l'île et une piscine pour enfants aussi. Si vous possédez un bateau et souhaitez utiliser notre rampe de mise à l'eau, vous pouvez le faire pour une somme modique et éviter les quais publics. Qu'est-ce que tu attends? Vous méritez des vacances, RÉSERVEZ AUJOURD'HUI!
Il y a une rampe pour les invités qui apportent leurs bateaux. Les bordereaux de bateau sont réservés aux propriétaires, vous devrez donc remorquer votre bateau lorsqu'il n'est pas utilisé. Il y a une charge de 30,00 $ qui doit être payée au HOA pour utiliser la rampe de mise à l'eau pendant votre séjour. Nous aurons également besoin d'une preuve d'assurance de bateau. Cela devra être payé à l'avance lorsque vous louez l'unité. Vous devrez me contacter directement pour effectuer ce paiement.

Great Family Spot

We stayed at two different VRBOs for our week away in Atlantic Beach and this one was so great. Just a walk across the street to the beach and the pool is great! Super cute and clean room. I can not wait to go back!!

Guys trip

This was a great place to stay. People staying there are usually regulars and extremely friendly. Has a very nice pool. Room is small but all I am looking so is perfect. The whole process is extremely easy. Have rented this unit twice now and will continue to rent it. Great value and enjoyable stay

Nice Getaway

It was in a very good location for getting to the beach. The room looked as pictured but wasn't cleaned very well as there was a bit of fecal matter on the top of the toilet seat. The road was very dangerous to cross to get to the beach access also. At times the other guests were super loud when trying to sleep at night but wasn't too bad considering it was a holiday weekend.

Thank you for your review. We do wish you would have contacted us regarding the fecal matter on the toilet. We would have sent the cleaners back right away! As we state in our check in instructions we ask you to contact us with any maintenance or cleaning issues at check in. The road does have a cross walk for pedestrians so I do hope future guests aren't discouraged thinking that getting to the beach is a big issue. Obviously, it is a street and you'd want to be aware of any cars that fail to follow the road rules. As for the other guest being loud, we do apologize. Again, if you would have notified us we would have gladly dealt with that as well. Normally, most guests are very respectful. We are sorry you had these problems.

Great Location

Loved the location of this VRBO. Caught blue crab off the dock just a few steps from the room and went swimming and relaxing in the beach just a short distance across the street. Had no concerns about the condo it’s self so nice inside. Was a little nervous when I seen the outside of it but don’t let looks full you. The pool was WONDERFUL and there is a spray off area in two locations that I seen around the pool area. There wasn’t any at the beach so that was so nice! There are utensils, pots, pans, plates, and bowls. I did leave some seasonings behind for the next visitor. Would stay here again.

Do not rent! This property is not a condo at all. It is an old run down motel that is renting rooms. We came in standing that we only had one room, but it was with the expectation that the one room was part of an actual condo. And it cost the same to stay at the Doubletree down the road with an ocean view and direct beach access!! Beware!

Just right for a couple nights

The room was spotless when we arrived. The kitchenette has all the basics we needed for cooking breakfast, and would’ve sufficed for simple dinners as well. The beach is just across the street, so it’s a near perfect location.

Horrible start, nice finish

The place I booked had issues with the smoke detector beeping. I called and they were coming out. I unpacked as I was waiting. While he worked on that I found the TV didn’t work. While they did great finding a new room I wasn’t happy to have to repack and move. Once I got to the new location it was very nice. Bed softer than I like but personal preference. Would have been perfect if the pools were heated

Weekend Beach Getaway

Stayed at this property in mid-September for a last-minute trip. The owner was very responsive and got back quickly when there was a question about the property. The location was close to major conveniences and the beach access was great!

Weekend get away

Our family had a great time while staying here. We used to own a trailer in this area but had to sell it last year so it was great to be able to find something similar. Condo is in great location as far as restaurants and places to do things. We were also able to fish off of the boat dock on the sound side. I would love to come stay again
