Grande maison de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain, nous ajoutons une 3e salle de bain complète au rez-de-chaussée venant de la piscine ...... beaucoup de place pour la remorque à bateau et le parking. Garage / sous-sol complet avec table de ping-pong, réfrigérateur supplémentaire, congélateur d'appât et 2 canapés Maison a 2 lits king, 2 reines et un canapé-lit gigogne. Grand téléviseur à écran plat dans chaque chambre avec Roku. 60 "tv dans le salon principal avec véranda grillagée et foyer juste à l'extérieur des grands curseurs au niveau principal. Wifi, buanderie, grill, quai, 2 kayaks et 4 vélos. House vient avec une adhésion au Cabana Club qui a une piscine privée de taille olympique, un bar, un restaurant et une plage privée, le club est situé à 3 km de la maison. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and has such a relaxing atmosphere—it truly felt like our own private oasis in the Keys.The outdoor space was the highlight of our trip. The pool area is amazing, with plenty of space to relax, unwind, and enjoy the Florida sunshine. We also loved having the private dock, which made fishing, kayaking, and simply enjoying the waterfront incredibly convenient.The location is perfect—close to everything Marathon has to offer, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and quiet. It was easy to get to restaurants, beaches, attractions, and grocery stores within just a few minutes.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book this home again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway in the Florida Keys!

The place was exactly as described. The outdoor space was amazing! My grandson absolutely loved the tanning shelf and the pool and hot tub were perfect. We got to see a Mama and a baby Manatee swim right up to the dock. We went kayaking a few times and the scenery is super cool. We also used the Cabana Club one day which was fun. Perfect family vacation!

Oir group of 8 had a fantastic visit. The home is spacious, comfortable and clean. The outdoor area is incredible. We spent a lot of our stay out by the pool/sun deck/hot tub and eating at the large outdoor dining table, watching sports, sitting by the fire table. We rented a boat for the week and it was great keeping it at the large dock, where we also enjoyed watching manatees and dolphins. It is easy access through the canals to the ocean for fishing and snorkeling. Melissa was easy to reach and everything was great. Highly recommended, would stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this Marathon home and would absolutely book it again! The house was even better than the pictures, spotless when we arrived, and check-in was seamless. The host was incredibly responsive before and during our stay, answering questions quickly and making sure everything was taken care of—including promptly confirming the pool service when we asked.The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, all of the beds were comfortable, and the extra refrigerator in the garage was perfect for drinks, ice, and fishing bait. It was obvious the owners have put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home.The location couldn’t have been better. It was just a short bike ride to the private Coco Plum Beach access and only a two-minute drive to our boat rental. The dock was ideal for tying up our rental boat and spending evenings fishing, and we were treated to daily visits from manatee! The canal also provided quick and easy access to open water.One of our favorite memories was relaxing in the pool and hot tub after long days on the water while watching a movie outside with the family. It was the perfect way to end each day.If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-appointed home in a fantastic location for boating, fishing, or simply enjoying the Keys, this is it. We highly recommend this property and can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay

Had a lovely stay at Yellowfin. So much space for the whole family. The pool/outside lounge area was the favorite hangout space. We had room for two boats and enjoyed a week of fun on the water.

Pool and Hot Tub were great. Wish we were able to adjust the heat of both the pool and Hot Tub. Waiting to heat up the hot tub was a small inconvenience but we dealt with it. The pool floor did have dirt and debris in it when we arrived but it wasn’t a huge issue.

Amazing stay at the Yellow Fin! It has everything you need for perfect vacation. We spent the majority of our time in the pool and outside area when we were at the house which was more than wonderful! Just come and have a great time and don't hesitate to stay here! Thank you to Melissa! We had one minor issue and I texted her just letting her know and she called me back right away. We got the issue resolved so thanks for the fast response. We love Marathon and will continue to come back! Book this house! You won't regret it! Family of 6 (all adults) so much room and so many memories made!

Really enjoyed our stay. Outside pool area and dock are one of the nicest we've seen in Marathon. Manatees visitng the dock was fun and the afternoon shade on pool was awesome for mid July.

We have been going on family vacations here for the past 17 years. We finally purchased our own vacation rental and have applied all that we have learned from the many rentals we have stayed in to create what we hope will be a very comfortable and enjoyable trip for all.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We really enjoy the fishing, white sand beach, beautiful blue water, restaurants, and laid back atmosphere of Marathon. The lot and home is spacious and well kept by the previous owners, it had never been rented before and is in pristine condition. It has great bones and a tremendous Amount of potential inside and out.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

There is a Large lot to create the perfect outdoor bar and pool area. The canal is 200 foot wide with quick access to the ocean, it’s in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood surrounded By upscale homes. The upstairs master has a private balcony and a beautiful place to relax after a long day on the water. the kitchen is much larger than the homes we typically have rented and is well stocked. We installed a large premium zero edge pool with hot tub and sun shelf and made sure to have lots of room for lounge chairs and corn hole. We continue to reinvest and make the home more comfortable for us and in turn our guests!
