Overall, the place was outstanding. We had some cool weather but the heater on the pool and hottub worked great. 16 of us enjoyed our week.

This is the 5th different house we have booked in Marathon and by far our favorite. Super easy check in and check out and the cleanest house we have rented. This house has every possible utensil, etc….so may features and options. Pool and hot tub were immaculate and worked perfectly. The location is excellent…1 mile walk to Sombrero Beach and 1 mile to Surf Styoe, Publix and more. We have had our share of houses with broken appliances, pools, hot tubs… none of that to deal with at this house.

Beautiful home as pictured with so many amenities. We had a fabulous experience. The only element that would be helpful to renters would be a one page orientation guide to the home including instructions for the jacuzzi, grill, alarm system etc. Kitchen vent not working as well but a minor detail.

We had a fabulous time! The views were spectacular the amenities were perfect for our active group!! This included fishing on the pier and using the kayaks and the pool and hot tub. We loved the convenience of the outdoor kitchen and grilling area. All the rooms were spacious and comfy. Our family group had such a great time! So many great amenities-pool table, corn hole, ice makers for the drink coolers by the pool, large cooking pots and pans for big groups. Full bathroom right near the pool for easy convenient showering. The views from each deck spectacular we could listen to music by the pool with the sound system. Great large group gathering house can’t wait to come again. Beds were comfortable bathrooms spacious! House was super clean very convenient to the beach, but also didn’t need to leave the house if you didn’t want too!! Host had quick responses to any questions we had. Very user friendly home with lots of appliances choices.multiple coffee makers etc.

Perfect Group House

Fantastic property, we spent most of our time outside at the pool, outdoor bar, pool table and dock. Lots of fish caught off the pier, perfect for kids trying out fishing for the first time. Kitchen was fully stocked with absolutely everything you would need. Plenty of space for our group to spread out. Property was well maintained and perfectly clean. We would absolutely book again, thank you!

This is our second time staying here. Outstanding home for a family gathering. The outdoor area is amazing. Close to restaurants, groceries and activities but in a private setting. We hope to be able to return.

Wonderful home

The home was perfect for our large family vacation. The kids loved the pool and we loved the dock for fishing. House was beautiful and well furnished. Having the in law suite in the bottom was perfect for our elderly parents.

Amazing place

on the whole, it was an amazing place! There was an issue with lots of seaweed in the canal and added smell but once you were outside for a few minutes, I no longer noticed it. Talking to neighbors who go every year, this was the first time they've had the issue with the seaweed being so bad. The outside space with the kitchen and pool was absolutely incredible! Even with the seaweed being there, I can't say enough good things about it. 9.5 out of 10. No seaweed and would be 10/10.

Friends getaway.

Stayed with 6 couples. Property is awesome. Spent most of our days hanging outside in the heated pool and hot tub also fishing off the dock. Would definitely recommend this property.

Relaxing, lovely, resort home!

The outdoor space is so lovely for entertaining a large group! We had a group of 14 adults and had more room than needed! The outdoor kitchen area by the pool was perfect for entertaining! The view was very pretty! The home is beautiful and immaculate!
