Cedars Tennis Resort est une location de vacances de luxe sur Longboat Key, près de Sarasota et du cercle de St Armand, de renommée mondiale. Cette spacieuse maison de ville de 1440 pieds carrés comprend un garage pour une voiture au rez-de-chaussée, une cuisine, une demi-salle de bain et un salon / salle à manger spacieux au premier étage comprenant un canapé-lit. Il y a deux chambres au 2ème étage, la chambre principale a un lit king size, la chambre d'amis a des lits jumeaux (peut être rapprochés pour faire un grand lit) chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain complète. Il y a aussi un lit pliant qui peut être utilisé si nécessaire. Il y a une véranda dans le dos avec une vue relaxante sur un court de tennis. Profitez de l'horizon du golfe depuis le salon. L'emplacement est parfait avec des restaurants de classe mondiale et le dépanneur Harry's accessibles à pied. Il y a des accès à la plage publique dans un sens ou dans l'autre, la plage étant juste de l'autre côté de la rue, des pistes cyclables devant le complexe avec la baie de Sarasota à l'opposé de la propriété avec une vue magnifique sur la baie et une jetée de pêche à la disposition des clients. Doit avoir 25 ans ou plus à louer. Vous pourrez utiliser la piscine olympique junior incluse dans les frais de location. Le club de tennis et les installations de santé et de remise en forme peuvent être utilisés en achetant un abonnement temporaire si nécessaire. Toutes les nouvelles fenêtres et les nouvelles voies ont été remplacées, et le salon et la salle à manger ont été réaménagés. L'unité est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont une famille a besoin, notamment des barrières d'escalier, une chaise haute, un berceau de voyage, etc. De nombreux jouets et jeux, ainsi qu'un barbecue, sont situés dans le garage.

Lovely townhome in LBK

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Longboat Key! The house was clean and stocked full of everything we could have needed, dishes, utensils, pots, pans and even Tupperware.

This is our 2nd time we stayed in this property. Beautiful beachy decor inside. Well proportioned rooms. Plenty of cookware, dishes, silverware, cups and glasses. Plenty of beach towels for your use. Garage perfectly clean. Host instructions are very clear. Dave is very responsive to your messages. I can't wait for next summer!

Wonderful Stay in LBK

Condo was spacious and well appointed with everything that you need for a beach vacation. The location was excellent and within walking distance to restaurants and a convenience store. Tennis and pool facilities were very nice. A short walk to beach access. Owner was so helpful and kind and was immediately available for questions. We loved our stay and are looking forward to a return visit!

This property was beautifully furnished with seashore motive. It was very clean, good lighting inside. In fact we loved it so, we kept wishing for a rainy so we could guiltlessly enjoy being inside. Relaxing in the pool after a day at the beach shelling is an extra plus. Ourhost was very responsive to our questions.

Nice location for our May trip

Unit is located in a tennis oriented resort with a very nice pool and convenient to beaches and other amenities. The porch overlooks tennis courts that we did not see anyone use the whole week. We stayed at another unit in same resort last year but it faced the mangrove which smells so this unit was better and had afternoon sun which was nice. It’s close to the road but noise was not an issue. The unit itself has new appliances and was generally clean - bed was ok (and of course everyone is different when it comes to judging matress comfort). Huge new TV. Kitchen was well equipped compared to some vrbo’s we’ve stayed in. Clean linens. Everything worked - plumbing etc. Only issue were some insects that the owner was very responsive to and had pest control take care of promptly. Overall good stay and great owners. Great Property for Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. Check In/Out process was easy and communication was great. The unit was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. There are a lot of beach toys, chairs, etc for a great day at the beach. Probably the most we have ever seen at a beach area condo. Also, having a garage for the car was really nice. The complex itself was great and the pool was amazing. It is 4ft deep all around with plenty of room for the kids to have fun while not bothering others. We even played some tennis thanks to the nice people at the clubhouse desk who let us borrow tennis rackets and balls. The beach access was easy. We chose to drive so we could just leave all the beach items in the car and not have to walk as far with kids. Public access is about a mile away to the south and never had issues with parking (during spring break). There were quite a few other families staying at the complex while we were there and our kids made friends the first day. We are definitely thinking of returning.

The Highlight of the Trip

We loved absolutely everything about this place. We have been in LBK few times, but this was our first time at this location. The kitchen had everything, the new huge TV in the living was amazing. Every room had a TV. We spent two weeks in this place and we loved everything about it. The garage is huge, it has tons of beach chairs and umbrellas. Dave is an amzing guy and was laways checking our stay was a pleasant one. The swimming pool is huge and very pleasant to be in. The beach was very close and all we had to do is walk about 200 yards. Amazing views and the beach is not crowded at all because is mostly private. Publix is super close and very convenient as it has a small liquor store next to it. Everyone in LBK is super nice. Location was perfect, as the bridhe to Brandenton is very close and a very pleasant drive. Brandenton has a Walmart and Aldi which are ablut 10 miles away or less. Our girls loved the room and kept telling me how roomy it was. They really felt at home, well, we all did. We will definitely stay again.

The furniture was comfortable with plenty of pillows, and the kitchen was well-equipped. One porch screen was ripped and half off the window,which we notified the owner of immediately.We also told him the porch furniture was filthy and we had to clean it ourselves. There were no bathroom or other cleaning products and the first 3 days the main bathtub drain was fully clogged and water up to our ankles by the time we finished our shower. The owner suggested we buy drano.Only 1 of 4 bathroom sinks held water, even after my husband got underneath the sinks to correct this.Neither inside garage light worked.. The owners are overseas and rely apparently on one handyman, who was indisposed so none of these were fixed. Worse than all that , the listing inaccuracies were abundant. It listed public beach 1 mile away - a 5 min walk. Hardly, for the average walker 15 min. without carrying beach equipment. It listed beach across the street - it is, but it’s private. And a photo of a tiki beach bar listed under property was, the owner admitted, 5 miles away. Under POOL AND SPA, the owner listed a variety of pools. There is one. There are no guest reviews since July2025. If you are noise sensitive, note every room in the condo is next to the main road that runs down the Key and is always busy. I’ve never had to write such a negative review. I and my family members have always given 10 for VRBOs we’ve rented.

Hi Linda I am disappointed that you had a few minor issues during your stay at our home. As I explained to you our maintainance guy was undergoing surgery for cancer so was unavailable to change lightbulbs or adjust the sink plugs. The lanai screen was damaged during a heavy rainstorm which also probably caused the outside chairs to be dirty. Cleaning products are left under the sink but this is a particularly busy time of year and sometimes guests use products and do not replace them. If you read the description, the public beach access points were not described as a 5 minute walk away but as a few miles away. The photographs of beaches and sunsets i would have thought were obviously not on site as we are situated on the bayside. They were added to the listing just to show how beautiful the area is. There is only one pool listed and it is also listed as being heated. This does not constitute more than one pool so I think you have misunderstood several aspects of the listing. I responded quickly to the numerous emails and kept you fully informed at all times. The last review was a 10 out of 10 posted on march 14 2026 from a guest who stayed in February 2026.

Lovely get away

The property was well-located and had everything we needed. - We joined Cedars East and enjoyed walking to the pool, playing tennis, and biking to the bay access where we enjoyed the views and saw dolphins. - We were within walking distance of bikes/paddle board rental (Backyard Bikes), delicious carryout pizza (Solorzanos), Harry's convenience store for last minute items (++), ice cream (Tyler's), Joan Durante park and the beach. - We biked and walked a lot - and especially enjoyed the nearby Park. - The kitchen was well stocked and Instacart delivery from Publix made cooking/meal prep easy. - We enjoyed grilling out on the charcoal grill a few nights too. - Morning coffee on the screened porch and just enjoying the views and breeze while cooking was wonderful. - The large garage was great for beach gear. - Laundry was upstairs - so convenient for keeping up with beach, tennis and pool wear. - There were plenty of games and books to enjoy. Cedars 526 is a great spot on the lovely LBK. We would recommend it.
