Maison A - Vous ĂȘtes sous les tropiques ... Ă©coutez les vagues, reposez-vous, dĂ©tendez-vous ou pĂȘchez, faites du kayak et du tuba si vous souhaitez perdre quelques kilos. Trois chambres, deux salles de bain maison, avec accĂšs direct Ă  l'ocĂ©an, un parking pour bateaux Ă  la porte arriĂšre. Vue du lever du soleil, brises de l'ocĂ©an. EntiĂšrement meublĂ©, linge de maison, cĂąble / internet. Cette maison est situĂ©e dans un complexe, nous avons aussi plusieurs unitĂ©s d'une chambre ainsi que 2 chambres. The bedrooms were comfortable, Aa/C was cold and the location was good for public transportation into Key West. The kitchen was sorely lacking with utensils and cookware to prepare any meals. House was not stocked with items for 6 person vacation with a message to call if more things were needed. We did not want to have to ask for basics in the middle of a vacation. Property is very dated in desperate need of upgrades, some basic upkeep and maintenance. We were a party of six adults used to moderately nice accommodations. The unit was functional and if your need is basic for a place to stay and get into town, it fits that purpose.

Property was clean and comfortable. Location was ideal for our visit and the host gave hreat instructions on locating our unit. Its not a 5 star hotel- if thats what you want, this isnt the place. But if you want a clean, comfortable, affordavlble and convenient location. This is it. Cant wait to come back next year. Thank you!

Comfortable beds , great location , but Properly needs attention

We recently stayed at this rental and, while the location was ideal and the beds were very comfortable, the property overall was poorly maintained.There was a visible gap under the front door, which let in drafts and made us feel uneasy due to the minimal locks and general lack of security. In the bathroom, we had to manually turn on the water valve under the sink just to get cold water — something that should have been addressed before any guests arrived.Both the indoor and outdoor furniture were old and dirty, and the air conditioning return grate was rusted and covered in dust, giving the whole place a neglected feel.This rental has potential with its great location and good mattresses, but until it receives some basic maintenance and cleaning, I can’t recommend it.

Great place to get away. House and property were nice. If your bring a boat, you have to watch the tides. Flats or a smaller bay boat will be fine. Had a 21 foot center console. Low tide you just have to take it slow out to the channel. Great options for docking your boat. A lot of space for boat trailers. Location of property is nicely situated.

A little run down. Needs work. Railings loose, torn screen. Furniture shabby, bathroom fans not working ,ice maker doesn’t work, enjoyed the pool . A/C was very loud .

The stay..

Cudjoe Key is a great place that is centrally located to all attractions north and south. The location of this property is ideal in our bookThe property itself is in need of a great deal of maintenance and upgrades, but the beds are clean, and the water is hot.It was adequate for our boy's trip but likely would not rent again.As always: be sure to ask for all house/rental rules before booking.

Great location

The house was old and in need of some up dates. The furniture was in poor condition, the mattress needs to be replaced in all bedrooms. The patio was a mess but with that said the price we paid for that location was great. With all the homes we’ve rented this was in the worst condition but we made it work.

Needs a little TLC

Nice, comfortable house that needs a little TLC to be a great vacation spot. Exhaust fans didn't work in either bathroom, ceiling fan in bedroom closest to kitchen is unbalanced and very noisy at any speed. Tub faucet in hall bathroom dripped constantly. Gas grill was totally rusted out and missing controls. On the plus side, all beds were good, comfortable living room furniture with plenty of room to spread out. Great parking for our truck and trailer next to the house.

Needs updating and repairs

The house was clean on the inside, but no dressers to unpack your clothes. Closet doors were off in one bedroom and no hangers available. Ice maker didn’t work and freezer was leaking. Frig with broken shelf guards in door. Not enough large utensils for cooking. Outside deck furniture was a joke. Only 3 plastic chairs, one broken. Owner replaced with 2 large wicker chairs. Grill was unusable. I could go on with lack of pool furniture and railings. Basically paid for a house that wasn’t worth the price.

Great location on the keys

Definitely need to update the property. Day to day cleanliness was good but many burnt out light bulbs or mismatched bulbs. A coat of paint and updated furniture would help. House A has no view of the water and may have chosen a different place in the complex if i had known. Pool was well taken care of and lots of privacy by the home. Convenient to Key west and lots of good local restaurant choices. Beds were very comfortable.

Property was exaxtly as described. Could use some updating, but everything was clean and functioning. The house was plenty spacious, but we did spend most of out time on the deck. Wouod stay again!

Great Location

My family of 5 stayed at this place for 3 nights. It is very convenient to Key West and Big Pine Key for the activities we participated in. Easy check-in and great communication with owner. The only issue was the house we stayed in could use a little updating--one example was the peeling wallpaper and old-looking/poorly cut moulding in places. That said, we would definitely stay there again. It was a good place for the whole family.
