The owner was nice enough to grant early check in with ease. That meant a lot to me due to lengthy road trip. The house is in a great neighborhood, very comfortable

My wife and I loved staying here!! I loved the open layout and the home decor, especially the alligator! We particularly loved hanging out on the back patio. We did not get the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors sitting area due to the weather. The yard was big enough for the dogs to stretch their legs. Even though the backyard backs into a busy street behind it, it was still very private due to the fence and tropical trees. It was relatively clean. My wife and I felt that the main bed was too low and hard. She preferred the mattress in the guest bedroom. There was a bit of rain during our visit and the back patio had a few leaks, but nothing too bad. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and pool, though we didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool. The host was very responsive and friendly, and even offered some recommendations for our visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Place

The house is a nice neighborhood. We felt comfortable going out for walks around the area day or night. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. It was a great place to relax, have a meal or a drink. All of the rooms were a nice size. We found the shower hard to use, though instructions are provided. It would be nice to have a booklet or something available with instructions for the thermostat, tv, etc.Our main disappointment was that the refrigerator had nothing in it, specifically no condiments. When staying for a few days, you don't want to buy entire bottles of ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc. for a meal or two. These have always been provided at previous locations. (Though, I'm sure other people might appreciate an entirely empty refrigerator.)

Nice and Convenient

My family stayed here for a long weekend for a junior golf tournament in the area. The house was clean and comfortable. Our host was attentive although we really didn’t need anything because the home was ready on our arrival and equipped with our needs. We brought our dog who enjoyed the fenced in back yard. The kids enjoyed the heated community pool just a few steps away! And the community park was a treat for them with a large playground and basketball courts. I would recommend this property and the area.

Home away from home

We were having some work done to our home and needed a place to stay close by so our kids could still get to school. This property is exactly how it is described and pictured. Great Choice for a Family Getaway

Very clean property with a screened sunroom and fenced backyard. The variety of plants was a great touch. The master bath shower was a little tricky, but the properry manager gives clear instructions on how it works. It was a wonderful stay and hope to back again.

Lovely Stay!

This house was the perfect vacation rental for me and my family. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed (we ate home cooked meals every day because the kids cannot have gluten). The backyard is lovely and my dog absolutely loved it. This is a very comfortable and well taken care of home. The property manager is responsive and accommodating and the check in process was very smooth. The location is excellent; nearby are a Walmart Supercenter, Publix, and Sprouts. This definitely has a home away from home feel and my kids made some great memories here.

Fantastic spot

Nobody enjoyed the trip to this beautiful home more than our dog love the backyard.lol. Great dog run just three minutes away. We are definitely renting this property again. We had the most positive experience with our host that we had since renting from VRBO.

TLC needed

The home is pleasant, though 90’s dated.. Dishwasher not working. Microwave should be replaced, dangerous condition of door panel... Outside grill needs to be replaced. Screened in porch couch had bird excrement along its backside and along the floor. The wiring for lighting in the screened porch is haphazard and not in working order. The above situations if addressed will bring this to acceptable standards.

I chose this property because it was a quiet and very clean neighborhoods yet close to everything I wanted to be close to. The beach is only a few miles away, it is a pet friendly town and I have all the stores I need a short distance from the home. I liked that we have a club pool and tennis courts.

The yard in this home has a few different fruit trees. It has a mango tree, a lemon and lime tree, and a rose garden in the back yard! It is completely private in the back yard.
