Tahoe Swiss Village Chalet, jetée privée HOA de la plage privée, à pied de la plage!

Cette cabine classique est située sur la côte ouest, près de Homewood, dans le village suisse Tahoe. Le cadre est tout simplement charmant, entouré de baies de dés et de vieux cèdres cultivés. Il comprend un grand espace de divertissement en plein air avec un barbecue intégré et une grande terrasse en forme de "L". Sur le pont se trouve une magnifique paire d'oursons sculptés dans un vieux cèdre dont vos enfants vont tomber amoureux. En bas se trouve une grande pièce ouverte avec cuisine, salle à manger et salon tous ensemble. Elle est idéale pour recevoir tout le groupe et s’ouvre sur le pont. Il y a deux chambres et une salle de bain complète à ce niveau de vie principal en bas. Une chambre a une reine et l'autre a deux jumeaux. À l'étage supérieur, il y a une autre salle de bain complète et deux autres chambres, toutes deux dotées d'une reine et de deux lits jumeaux. Cette maison de quatre chambres et deux salles de bains dispose d’un accès à la plage et à la jetée de Tahoe Swiss Village, à quelques minutes à pied. Les dispositifs additionnels incluent deux unités DVD combinées, ainsi que deux télévisions et un foyer à gaz sans bois.

Good location

Cabin was clean very organized no musty smell good location very quiet thats a plus and lots of board games and puzzles for kids everything is close will defently come back.

A lot of space for a large group. Great common area for the family to gather. Quiet area

Located on the west side of Lake Tahoe, this cabin offers a lot of flexible space with four bedrooms. The deck and common areas are great for the family to gather for meals and card games. The private pier and beach are quiet and a nice getaway from the public beaches. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. We hope to stay again

Location was great! slept 10 but only had seating for five in main room and six dining chairs. It was fine for summer because we sat out on the front deck but would not be able to work for such a large party in the winter months.

quaint cabin close to the water

The cabin was spacious enough for two families with two kids. Our issue was that my husband had severe allergies in the cabin, probably due to the wall to wall carpeting. If you have bad asthma, you may want to look elsewhere. Otherwise, the price was right and the cabin did it's job in terms of a beautiful setting close to Emerald Bay and Tahoe City.

What is NOT on the description-OLD MUSTY HOME

We arrived a day earlier before our friends to a complete NIGHTMARE! My youngest (6) has asthma, within minutes of being in the home she started to cough and broke out in hives requiring emergency inhalers and topical medication because of the imbedded musty smell of an old home with old furniture, ripped carpeted stairs, dusty wall to wall carpets, musty bedding and moldy showers. The house could not have been inspected prior to our use, it was unacceptable particularly during times of COVID. The sanitation of this home was deplorable . The house smelled of musty mold, the beds were broken and very uncomfortable, the coffee machine was molded there is very little to no built in lighting, all the bedrooms only use 1-2 lamps. Bring your flashlights and lanterns. This was NOT a pleasant stay. No one responded to my VRBO message or phone calls, so I called in the morning to the agency- no response. My family and I had to physically go to Wells and Bennet Real Estate office to request for another cleaning service to possibly remove the smell, mind you no face-to-face I had to call from outside the office to speak with someone on the phone, why bother going when I could have just kept calling until someone answered me. Even after the cleaning, the smell still remained in couches, comforters, towels closets and drawers. It smelled as if someone had been sleeping in the house without taking a bath for 1-2 weeks. Supposedly the home was cleaned Aug 30th, we arrived Sept 3rd, this home smelled so bad when we entered and the sheets were deplorable with stains and smell. My 6yo was coughing and could barely breathe because of the musty moldy smell, we slept with the window open which didn't help. The customer service of this real estate agency was disappointing. My family and i wasted an entire day waiting for some kind of remedy to occur. There were cobb webbs everywhere inside the rafters, we occupied this home 4 days after cleaning.The age of this home requires deep cleaning and inspection the same day guests are to arrive. It was an embarrassing situation to have invited our family friends to join us for a weekend getaway at this house. I would NOT recommend this house and if you look at the previous reviews neither would a few others. The description gives mention of a classic cabin, but yet calls it a chalet, two different things. One thing they dont describe or refer to is the old musty moldy smell. Very unfortunate situation for the holiday weekend

Great place for the family!

Great location and the entire family had a very good time. The neighborhood was quiet and the property is located within just a few miles from various ski and sledding locations. The home was clean, cozy and stocked with everything you can need to cook your own meals. We all had a wonderful white Christmas!

Great Cabin - Nice Location

The property was a described. We had 7 people in the cabin and it felt cozy. We had all the kitchen equipment we needed to prepare meals. The cabin is close to the lake - a quick 3 minute walk. The beach area was gravel, but you are able to lay out on the dock to the left. There was a nice swim area between 2 docks. be sure to bring water shoes. We felt like we had great access to all the surrounding towns and easy access to rentals, restaurants and trails.

Summer lake vacation

We have rented in this shore several times.....this is the best neighborhood and location we’ve found. The community beach and docks are awesome. It is so nice to have a private dock to watch sunsets and swim. Our boys loves it. The house is a perfect cabin feel. It is pretty dates, but in all the right ways. It was comfortable for cooking and meals and plenty of beds. I’d highly recommend this place.

This cabin needs updating! Good property and location but in need of new carpet, furniture and bedding. Lighting in the bathrooms were dim. The management we're quick to send someone over with brighter bulbs which was very helpful.

Tahoe cabin - describes it well!

This cabin is easy to find, accessible in winter and close enough to lake and skiing at Homewood. It has a lot of sleeping space to accommodate a group. Check in and check out was well managed by service located in Tahoe City. They communicated very well and promptly to my questions. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. My only issue was that the common space is rather cosy for a large group (sleeps 10 easily) - not enough sofas, easy chairs for everyone. However we very much enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic!!!

Our stay in this cabin was above and beyond anything that we expected. We felt at home immediately! The scenery was perfect and the wooden deck provided a place to take in everything around us. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay around Homewood or Tahoe City!

Wonderful time at Cabin!

The cabin was quaint and charming and made you feel right at home the minute that you walked in. plenty of space for the 6 of us, short easy walk to the lake, great drive and easy to find and we really enjoyed the view from the bedroom windows. We were thrilled to find it fully equipped with plenty of blankets, towels, Wi-Fi, dishes and other items that we needed. Loved the gas fireplace adds nice cozy touch to the evening. Our guests loved it and were thrilled to find bear paw prints on the car the next morning. we wisely didn't leave food in the car

Great cabin on the West Shore

We have stayed in the Gavin house during both the summer and winter. In the summer, the location is perfect on the West Shore between Sunnyside and Homewood. The private beach and pier are easy walking distance from the cabin. Hiking trails are also nearby. In the winter, Homewood is just a few minutes away or you can drive a little further to Alpine Meadows or Squaw Valley. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs and two very large bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs. Lots of room to spread out. The kitchen is small, but well stocked.

Awesome Cabin!

We love this cabin! We have rented it in both Summer & Winter. Short walk to private beach in summer, and Homewood is couple minute drive in winter. Cabin has lots of room to spread out, and beds are very comfortable. Great deck for BBQ'ing. Driveway is easy, even with lots of snow. Close enough to Tahoe City for easy shopping, but far enough away to dodge the crowds. Always our first choice when looking for a rental.

Gavin - Tahoe Swiss Village

This is a very cute and clean cabin. I rented it for my son, his wife and baby. They also invited my son's best friend, fiancée and 6 month old son. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Wells and Bennett do an excellent job with every aspect of property management and more!!
