Sea View 4 est un appartement avec 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain et trÚs bien situé! Situé au dernier étage d'un bùtiment historique de Tybee, cet appartement offre une vue sur l'océan depuis son porche meublé commun. Situé à seulement 4 maisons de la plage et à 2 pùtés de maisons de restaurants, de boutiques, de la vie nocturne et d'attractions comme la jetée de Tybee et le centre des sciences marines.

Le coin salon comprend un canapĂ©-lit Queen, une tĂ©lĂ©vision par satellite Ă  Ă©cran plat de 81 cm et une station d’accueil pour iPod avec lecteur CD et radio. La petite cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e (pas de lave-vaisselle) et il y a une table pour 4 personnes. La chambre est situĂ©e Ă  l'Ă©cart du salon et est Ă©quipĂ©e d'un lit Queen et d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat 19 pouces. Le bain a une douche debout, pas de baignoire. Il y a aussi Internet sans fil disponible pour votre usage.

VEUILLEZ NOTER: Douche surélevée uniquement dans la salle de bain (sans baignoire), 1 place de stationnement réservée est fournie. L'unité n'est pas les animaux de compagnie.

Cet immeuble historique avec vue sur la mer a Ă©tĂ© construit en 1924 et est inscrit au registre national des lieux historiques. Chaque unitĂ© comprend l’utilisation dïżœïżœĂ©quipements communs comprenant: Deux niveaux de grands porches amĂ©nagĂ©s pour permettre aux clients de profiter de la brise de l’ocĂ©an. Le porche au niveau supĂ©rieur offre une belle vue sur l'ocĂ©an. AprĂšs une journĂ©e Ă  la plage, rincez-vous dans l’une des deux douches extĂ©rieures fermĂ©es, ce qui est particuliĂšrement agrĂ©able pour les familles. Dans la cour, il y a un patio avec barbecue au gaz et des siĂšges disponibles pour les clients et une buanderie commune. Toutes les unitĂ©s disposent d'un accĂšs WIFI et de la tĂ©lĂ©vision par satellite.

Great first experiance!

This was our first trip to Tybee Island! We typically go to Florida for the beach, however, we loved this stay so much that we plan to visit again. We loved this property and will check its availability for our next trip first!

Love this place (except the stairs)

We love staying at this place (except the stairs / I have bad knees). This was our 2nd stay this year and we will be back next year lord willing.

We enjoyed our stay. Only complaint was dresser drawers were extremely difficult to open and close. Otherwise everything was included that we could have needed. Short walk to beach but shared porch with next apartment not our favorite

We stayed for our 30th anniversary and we will return again for a longer stay.

The unit was small, but perfect for 2 people. It was a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk / fishing pier. It was an older building which had been remodeled nicely. We plan on staying longer on our next visit. The only drawback was it was located on the 2nd floor and my 65 year old knees suffered a bit, but the upper level has a partial ocean view on the wraparound shared porch. We will definitely rent it again.

Overpriced

Smelled like smoke, no normal amenities for price like shampoo or coffee, sheets thin and worn out, bedroom door did not close, outdoor showers were full of furniture so could not use, hair over several of the towels.

The house was adorable, and the location was great. I would love to come and stay on the island again. The problems arose when it was time to take a shower. No hot water. Ever. Not even warm. I’m from Wisconsin and the water was even too cold for me. All of the windows in the place were filthy, and the mattress might have been original from 1926 or whenever the place was built. Definitely choose another place if you are over the age of 30 or want to be comfortable and get a good nights sleep.

Disappointed in Tybee Vacation Rental Management

We recently stayed at Sea View Unit 4 and unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to continuous air conditioning problems. Despite the listing promising air conditioning, the air conditioning in this unit malfunctioned from the beginning. The temperature was uncomfortably warm throughout our stay, making it difficult to relax and sleep properly, especially during the hotter hours of the day and night. The rental company did provide box fans on the second day of our stay, however, the air conditioning issue was not fixed. We contacted the property management immediately, but the response was slow and the issue was not resolved during our stay. This lack of timely action left us feeling frustrated and unable to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. After our stay, I was in contact with Tybee Vacation Rental management to further discuss this issue. The manager that I spoke to was rude and unwilling to discuss this issue further. She told me "That I should read the fine print in the agreement." While the location and amenities of the rental were otherwise satisfactory, the failure to provide a functioning air conditioning system, and the lack of respect that I received from Tybee Vacation Rental management, I cannot recommend this property for stays.

Almost Perfect

Great location, perfect amenities. Walked to the beach and walked to the bars and restaurants at night. Stayed 3 nights and never had to drive our car. Parking was tight but worked for us. Would definitely stay there again, our only issue was the cold water did not work in the shower. Only had got water. I showered downstairs in the community shower.

First time in tybee and we loved it! The rental company was very easy to reach prior to our arrival. The place has so much charm. Only negative was it did get a little hot but we were in the upstairs condo.

Great location!

The location of this house is phenomenal, about a 30-second walk to the beach. Can't get much better! However, my only complaint is regarding sleeping. The mattress was very firm and uncomfortable and our bedroom window was only a few feet from the rack of A/C units for this property, meaning it was quite loud and not great to sleep next to. But other than that, we had a great time!!

So close to the beach!

Our one bedroom condo was exactly as advertised. It was one block from the beach and so convenient to good restaurants and cute shops.

Safety concerns

There was no working smoke alarm In the unit. After being told a smoke detector could not be brought out Friday, we contacted the fire dept and they got one to us thru the police dept. The entire experience shocked me. I’m sure there are safety standards which require fire protection in ALL rentals; especially in a unit as old as the one I stayed in. There were also missing light bulbs in the bathroom which could be electrical hazards. There was no attention to detail. We love Tybee for the relaxed atmosphere; but you must not relax where safety is concerned. Debi Hughes

My boyfriend & I were visiting Tybee for the very first time celebrating his graduation of college. We enjoyed ourselves so much. TVR was wonderful. Great customer service & very well organized. not a pleasant vacation no hot water sea view 4 is equipped for 2 people instead of 4 it needs to be up graded the amenities that was in the contract was not at all in sea view 4 very misleading the pillows had stains and the silverware was dirty in which i washes the dishes anyway before use i will be looking for somewhere else to stay next year for vacation here and in the agreement it stated you can grill just leave the grill clean but we could not find the grills so the contract detaling the stuff you can do needs to be modified cause there was no grills but unfortunately had to leave a day an half early because of death in family but the location os sea view was awesome just not worth the price almist fell thru the porch on top floor because it is not leveled at all considering i am disable that was not a good feeling

The accommodations were nice and located near the beach, restaurants and shopping. The only negative feedback I have is the water took forever to heat and the last night of our stay we had no water pressure. View in the picture is from the deck to the apartment.
