Sea View 3 est un grand appartement de 1 chambre Ă  coucher et 1 salle de bain trĂšs bien situĂ©! Profitez de beaucoup plus d'espace pour vous Ă©tendre avec 900 pieds carrĂ©s d'espace de vie. SituĂ© au rez-de-chaussïżœïżœe d'un bĂątiment Tybee historique avec vue sur l'ocĂ©an depuis le porche meublĂ© commun. SituĂ© Ă  seulement 4 maisons de la plage et Ă  2 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de restaurants, de boutiques, de discothĂšques et d'attractions comme la jetĂ©e de Tybee et le centre des sciences marines.

Le coin salon comprend un canapĂ©-lit Queen, une tĂ©lĂ©vision par satellite Ă  Ă©cran plat de 81 cm et une station d’accueil pour iPod avec lecteur CD et radio. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et il y a une table pour 4 personnes. La chambre est situĂ©e Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la cuisine et est meublĂ©e avec un lit Queen et un lit de repos double avec un lit gigogne et une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat 19 pouces. Le bain ci-joint a une douche stand-up. Il y a aussi Internet sans fil disponible pour votre usage.

VEUILLEZ NOTER: Douche surélevée uniquement dans la salle de bain (sans baignoire), 1 place de stationnement réservée est fournie. Vous devez monter 3 marches pour atteindre ce niveau. L'unité est petit animal de compagnie (moins de 25 livres) pour des frais supplémentaires.

Cet immeuble historique avec vue sur la mer a Ă©tĂ© construit en 1924 et est inscrit au registre national des lieux historiques. Chaque unitĂ© comprend l’utilisation dâ€™ïżœïżœquipements communs comprenant: Deux niveaux de grands porches amĂ©nagĂ©s pour permettre aux clients de profiter de la brise de l’ocĂ©an. Le porche de niveau supĂ©rieur dispose d'une belle vue sur l'ocĂ©an. Rincer aprĂšs une journĂ©e Ă  la plage dans l'une des deux douches extĂ©rieures fermĂ©es, une grande commoditĂ© en particulier pour les familles. Dans l'arriĂšre-cour, il y a un patio avec barbecue au gaz et des siĂšges disponibles pour les clients et une buanderie commune. Fun at Tybee

This was a great cozy place for my friend and I. It was a block from the beach and 2 blocks from all the great restaurants in the area. The place was quiet and quaint. Will definitely stay there again for my next visit to Tybee.

Very Nice Straightforward Property

A very nice place to come back to after exploring Savannah all day. Clean rooms clean bathroom, and on-site parking. Very good communication from the property manager before and throughout the stay.

Spring break getaway

This rental property is exactly like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The location to the beach couldn’t have been better! We parked our car and never needed it again the whole visit. Easy walk to pier, beach, restaurants. Would come again!

This is an older property with good upgrades. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Bath area has also been upgraded but needs a little more like safety grab bar for shower. Floors are good but not all level throughout unit. Busy street in the summer months but short walk to the beach and several restaurants.

Perfect Location

The property is very clean and decorated nicely. We parked our vehicle when we arrived and didn’t have to drive anywhere until it was time to leave. We were able to walk to most restaurants on the island and to the pier. The beach access is a short walk and although it was a holiday weekend, we had plenty of room on the beach to play. We will stay here again!

Great stay! Loved the location/proximity to the beach! Super easy checkin and checkout. Only complaints are you have to walk all the way through the master to get to the bathrooms & the master tv is bad quality.

Check the bathroom...

This would be a 5 star review...if the added toilet room/shower was better. Great location, clean apartment(not a condo), attached parking, good shared laundry room and porch. As someone that travels a few times a year, the shower is something that can make or break the stay. This wasn't a deal breaker, but kept the stay from being a 5 star. Outstanding communication and great people to deal with. Tybee vacation rentals were good people

It was OK....

Some might like this house. Good location, very close to the beach with off street parking in a location where parking is hard to find. The cabinets kept opening and often hit me in the head. The ice maker did not work. The shower had mold between tiles and the drain cover came off with each shower. You could hear the person above walking around and snoring. There were only 4 wine glasses, and each one was different. The price was reasonable, and these were some of the reasons why.

A little more well used than it seems in pictures. Showering is like being in a cavern. AC wasn't checked to make sure it was working before we got there so we came into an 80 degree house. Fortunately repair was done within a couple hours. But was still annoying considered you don't get to check in until after 4pm. Was nice it is 4 houses from beach entrance and walking distance to pier and some restaurants.

Awesome location! Old home so, the ceiling creaked a bit with the upstairs tenants walking around., etc. Other tenants had some barking dogs. Other than that, everything was great.

Family Stay at Tybee Island

We enjoyed the location of the apartment as it was only a few houses from the beach and 1 to 2 blocks from restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and accommodated our family well. If I had to mention a con, it would be the number of HUGE flies that kept getting in the cottage. The owners may want to do some additional spraying around the cottage to accommodate the beach flies. Lastly, some repairs need to be made in the shower. The drain was loose and the towel rack was too however, keep in mind that these are easy fixes and did not take away from the quality of our stay. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Property ok. Old but generally clean. Overrun with flies starting day 3. We did not have trash on the premises. Rental agency was attentive but didn’t solve the problems. We will not return.

Girls Trip

This was a long weekend girls trip(50 years)! We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and we had easy access to the beach! We would highly recommend this property to others! We hope to be back soon!

Sweet Place

My hubby and I were here july 5-8 2020. Nicely furnished...comfortable bed..great front porch ..easy beach access. Kitchen a bit old...but very clean. I would stay there again.
