We enjoyed the small town vibe in Tybee and appreciated how responsive our host was to our needs. Our unit was clean and comfortable.. a true home away from home.

The property was good. There are some things that need to be fixed like the cold water in the master shower will not come on so the showers would be scalding. We all had to use the hall bath shower. All the burners on the stove won’t turn on which almost ruined our lo-country boil. And the TV in the great room does not work or connect to anything. The condo is fine. we will not be renting from Tybee vacation rentals anymore

The property itself was fantastic. Upon checking in, the management company was less than helpful. They manage two of the units in this complex and have no knowledge or communication with the managers of the other units. There was a parking issue when we arrived, the managment company just told me to in another units parking spaces to rush me off the phone so they could close their office. I found the management of the other unit with parking next to this units to fix the parking issue.

Tybee Condo

The condo is adequately equipped, great location. We were staying due to home repairs on our Savannah home. The furnishings are nice and adequate. Carpet was extremely dirty and needs cleaned or replaced. Very musty smell- purchased Febreeze to try and eliminate. Rust in fridge/freezer. Property served our purpose but does need some attention.

Would not rent again

This condo has carpet that is disgusting. I've never seen carpet so stained and filthy. Dog hair on pillows and on bed. Dated appliances and fixtures. You can hear everything from condo above and every footstep. Would not rent this unit again.

Thank you for your feedback. It is challenging to keep carpets clean in a beach destination. All new vinyl flooring will be ready to welcome guests this month. This is a popular location, near the beach and convenient to the South end activities, and is in a sought after building.

We visited Tybee Island in May beginning on Memorial Day. Our visit was wonderful. South Beach is a great location. We were about 4 blocks from Tybrisia Street and the pier. The property was well taken care of and very clean. The condo looked just like the pictures. Under the building parking was ideal. We could walk to everything. We would stay here again.

Excellent Location / A Little Outdated

great location and nice neighborhood. However, carpets really make the place feel more lowbrow than it is. Also some furniture needs repair/update. otherwise I'd give this location high marks all around

Clean, Quiet, & Convenient

The condo was very clean, check is was easy and it was available early. It is within walking distance to nearly all restaurants, shops, and bars. It is located far enough away from the pier and shopping area that it is peaceful and quiet to sit on the balcony.

Really Disappointed and Frustrating!!

First off all they didn’t give the property on time. The property was not ready to checkin. We waited in hot sun outside for more than a hour. We travelled long way and have to wait outside as they were cleaning the property. Secondly the bathroom doors, which doesn’t lock!! Both the bathroom doors doesn’t lock and when we complaint about it there was no action taken about it. What’s really frustrating is when you walk near the bathroom doors it opens up. We need someone to watch the doors. Very poorly maintained property. Will never recommend for families!!

We are sorry you had to wait to check in. We do know how frustrating that can be. In an effort to improve your satisfaction, we did offer a gift card to a local establishment. We hope that made up for the short wait.

Great condo in the middle of the action

If you want to stay at a condo where you feel you can turn your older kids loose, this is the place! The beach is literally footsteps away and there was plenty going on around town for them to entertain themselves. We walked to the other side of the island for dinner one night, a very easy walk. The island is amazing. The condo was on point, but I give a four star bc the beds were not very comfortable to me and that is a big deal. Also- the stains all over the carpet detracted from my excitement when I came in, but it’s only cosmetic in appearance. The condo was very clean, check in and out, very easy and overall we had a fantastic stay in a great location. Would recommend!!!
