The neighborhood, playground, pool, water park, and clubhouse was enjoyable. The house was convenient to all the parks, shopping and restaurants which made the vacation stress free. The entire family enjoyed the house. We would stay again.

House was great, spacious enough that 10 people weren't on top of each other, but not so big that we weren't able to spend quality time together. Everyone having their own bathroom was amazing! Pool was great, hot tub only stays hot when it's "on" - but it was great. Location to the playgorund for the littles was amazing (right next door). Would definately stay there again!

First, you couldn't ask to work with a better host. Richard and Jeanne were great. Very welcoming, always returned messages in prompt fashion, and provided excellent resources and suggestions. Would not hesitate to rent from them in the future. The house was great. The common areas were nicely decorated and well-maintained. We loved the themed decorations in all the common areas, as well as the bedrooms. As for the bedrooms, they were nicely laid out and so great that they each had its own attached bathrooms, which was a big plus. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Clean and well-maintained as well. Overall, a 10 out of 10. Thanks, Richard and Jeanne! We had a great vacation and loved your home.

We loved this house! My son is obsessed with Toy Story so the Toy Story room was definitely the highlight! The Harry Potter room was such an awesome design!! We arrived on our first night to find our remote was broken and couldn’t access the TV. Host overnighted a remote to make sure we had access the next day! Our pool was nice and heated! My only complaint was the trash bags were so thin that it ripped so just make sure to bring some extras like we did!We will definitely stay again on our next Disney trip!!

Great Trip!

The house meet all of our needs, we loved it. We had an issue with the air conditioner, but it was fixed quickly. The kids loved the theme rooms and loved looking at the walls. The pool was great on the days we didn’t go to Disney and everyone had their own bathroom!

A fantastic home away from home

Disney trip

We enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills. Great location and very responsive hosts. There are many restaurants and a Walmart nearby. The only issue we had was that the pool and hot tub heater were not working properly but the host refunded the money we paid for that service. All in all, a great place if you’re planning a Disney trip.

Wonderful family trip to Disney!

We had a wonderful week at Disney and at the villa! Highly recommend the extra cost for heated pool and spa as we used every night of trip and kids loved it! The game room and large tv in family room where hits with the kids! Very nice place with easy access to shopping, food and Disney! We loved it and Richard was very responsive!

We loved our location, the amenities, and the rooms! Perfect for adults, kids and babies. Many conveniences for kids/babies, especially the travel crib, high chair, umbrella strollers, heated pool, and park right next door! Also especially loved 3 king bedrooms in addition to the bunk bedroom and queen bedroom. Convenient location and delivery services readily available (DoorDash, Instacart, etc). Amazing vacation!

This property exceeded our expectations and made our family vacation more than we could have ever asked for! The property was clean and the pictures posted do not do it justice! My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool day and night, how fun and convenient :) The grounds were clean, quiet, and safe. The resort pool was a lot of fun as well. The check in process was easy and the property manager was kind and happy to answer any questions throughout our entire stay. We cannot wait to come back!

Wonderful Home

The entire stay was wonderful. The host was very helpful and communicated well. We loved the house. The game room was a definite win for my sons. The house is spacious and I loved that each room has it's own bathroom. Wonderful!!! The house is accurate to the pictures, but more inviting in person. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. Wonderful!!! We loved our stay here.

We had such a great time at this property. Just some slight issues with the front gate they can be a little annoying. My brother stopped by when we first arrived and was let in without any problems. On his second visit he was denied entry. But the owner and property manager help me out quickly.

We decided to buy a vacation home because we needed the accommodations that hotels could not provide (kitchen and extra space!). We love to use these homes but also share the joy with others. All consumable items are self service, but items that are initially complementary for the first night: toilet paper in each bathroom, laundry soap, dish soap, sponge, trash bag, shampoo and soap. These are intended to help with arrival night and would recommend that you also shop for household items that you will be consumed.

Optional pool and spa heat is available for $40/day . We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of October and April. Please let us know in advance if you would like to do that. (duration request is for entire stay.) We would totally recommend as it makes the water warm and comfortable to use.

There is no usable BBQ grill on the property. A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you with more information for setup.

We have pots and pans in the kitchen. Please bring the condiments you wish to use.
