Offrez-vous une détente complète dans notre cottage en bord de mer situé sur une magnifique plage privée à Cape Cod, dans le Massachusetts. Notre chalet confortable peut accueillir 4 personnes avec 1 chambre à coucher, 1 salle de bain, un canapé-lit dans le salon et un futon. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée ainsi qu'une douche extérieure. Wi-Fi haut débit et téléviseur à écran plat dans le salon avec son surround intérieur et extérieur. Sortez par la porte arrière et vous êtes à quelques pas de la côte à couper le souffle de la Nouvelle-Angleterre. Situation idéale pour une excursion d’une journée à Martha’s Vineyard ou à Nantucket.

Wonderfully responsive host. Great location with easy access to Cape Cod National Seashore beaches and for exploring all of the Cape. Fantastic private beach with all the amenities if you want to just stay put for days.

This cottage was exactly as advertised. It is modern, updated throughout and very clean. It sits right on the beach, with a great view of Cape Cod. My wife and I had a great time.

Want the most relaxing vacation spot

Sea breeze, the sound of ocean waves literally at your door, phenomenal sunsets, this is your spot! Either enjoying your private beach sunset fire or sitting up on the deck enjoying some quiet time, this is the spot you want to be at for a very reasonable rate on Cape Cod. I spend a week on the Cape every summer this is by far the best place I have ever stayed.

Beautiful, quiet and exceptionally relaxing.

My family of three spent a week at this beautiful little cottage. It’s very well updated and maintained. Everything was as described. It’s super comfy, despite the small footprint. Of course the centerpiece is the rear deck. It’s so comfortable to just hang out either next to the beach or on the beach itself. The beach has beautiful sunsets and sunrises and is just a pleasant place to do nothing but relax.

Perfect for us!

The beach house was perfect for our young family. We spent endless hours on the private beach and awesome deck soaking up the amazing views. The deck is incredible! It’s built right into the sand dune and has multiple lounge areas and an amazing couch. Great restaurants and bars like Fishermans View and Treehouse within 10 minutes. The road is nice and secluded with no traffic other than those staying at the cottages. There is a nice blueberry bog within walking distance if you want to pick your own berries which was fun for us. The beach is a mix of sand and really cool looking colored rocks so bring water shoes for extra comfort. The host was always nice and available when we needed her which was a bonus.

A place that we would love to return again someday.

Unbelievably awesome time at this cottage. The location with private beach was beautiful. Enjoyed a nice fire by the water with great colors in the sky at sunset. The cottage was very clean and cozy. It has just about everything one would need for our stay. The owner was awesome and responded very quickly with any questions I had. We hope to return again someday hopefully during the summer to able to enjoy the water.

Week of peace and serenity!

This beach house is so perfect for a week of peaceful beach living. It has everything you need and more. The outside deck is nestled on top of a dune and the outdoor sectional makes it the best place chill and relax while watching beautiful sunsets! We can’t wait to return next year!

Perfect Beach House

My Wife and I could not have been more pleased with this property for our vacation. It is hard to find a Beach House that is not on top of neighboring properties but this house has exceptional privacy, excellent Beach access right outside and a long driveway from a low traffic dead end road. We had a wonderful time and this property exceeded out expectations. When we return to the Cape in the future, we will check here first for availability. We have been vacationing to the Cape off and on for the past 40 years and this was by far the best accommodations we have had.

Cute house right on the beach-with every amenity you can imagine!

The home has everything you could possibly need and is very well maintained! It is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet only a short drive to shops and restaurants. As soon as you open the back door you can see, smell and hear the ocean; for us it was a very relaxing way to spend a vacation! At low tide you can walk on sandbars; the beach is on the rocky side, so water shoes are helpful. In the evening, we were able to have campfires on the beach; which was a fun way to wrap up each day. Lisa was great to work with and very quick to respond and address any of our questions.

Newly remodeled and very comfortable, the house is clean and perfectly located on East Sandwich Beach. Love the patio overlooking the beach. The lounge area was perfect.
