Chaque lit a une salle de bain privée. beaucoup d'espace supplémentaire pour se détendre avec la cuisine d'un chef! Situé au coeur de Soldotna avec un accès facile aux magasins et restaurants.
L'espace extérieur est incroyable! Avec un quai privé, beaucoup de terrasse couverte et un foyer pour ces nuits amusantes autour du feu de camp. Les propriétaires sont Kevin et Jill Fraley. Ils possèdent Riverview Hideaway situé à côté. Lisez nos commentaires si vous voulez savoir comment tous nos anciens clients ont apprécié cet endroit fantastique! En bas: Chambre # 1, a un lit queen avec une salle de bain privée qui donne accès par le couloir au salon principal pour une utilisation des toilettes.
La chambre # 2 est une suite parentale avec des portes de lit King qui s'ouvrent sur le pont qui donnent de belles vues sur la rivière. Salle de bain privée avec double douche sur mesure et double lavabo.
À cet étage principal est un grand salon avec des sièges confortables pour 13 + avec un plan d'étage ouvert qui a une très grande cuisine de chef avec cuisinière commerciale de 36 "et fours doubles, îlot de 10 pieds et bar à café.

The house is beautiful and was perfect for our large party. Each room has their own bathroom so there were never any issues with having to wait for bathroom access. The house is very clean, has all of the amenities you could want included (games, books, movies, TVs, fishing rods, nets, cooking supplies and general ingredients) as well as multiple fridges and freezers to hold all the fish we caught during our trip. We loved staying here and while it isn't cheap, it's well worth the price!

We’ve stayed at this beautiful VRBO on the Kenai River twice, and it has been an incredible experience both times. Our group of 10 was more than comfortable in this well-equipped and cozy house. The location is unbeatable—right on the river, with easy access to world-class fishing and stunning views. The house is spotless, with all the amenities you need for a relaxing getaway. Amazing location, amazing home, amazing host! This home was exactly what we were looking for when planning our life long dream of coming to Alaska! Guys Fishing Trip

Kevin and Jill have a wonderful home just feet from the Kenai offering a spectacular setting. It provided a well needed respite after long days of fishing and hiking. The patio, the dock , and the beautiful living spaces were a perfect fit to relax in, unwind, and relive exaggerated moments of conquering the days challenges of the day . Beautiful house good location

We stayed at this house with extended family for my daughter's wedding at a nearby venue. The house was beautiful with breath-taking views. The owner was easy to communicate with and very nice. Each room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside to this house was because of the vaulted ceilings sounds travel and the upstairs bedrooms pick up all noise from early risers talking down stairs. Even with that we would still stay again. Thank you for a great vacation house.

Family reunion on the Kenai

Fabulous home on a beautiful piece of property right on the banks of the Kenai River. Large covered deck allowed all 13 of us to eat dinner every evening "al fresco". We enjoyed games in the backyard and the firepit one evening. The stairs to the river platform are long but with multiple landings to stop and view the river. The kitchen is wonderful for multiple cooks and almost every spice or condiment you need is there. The beds were all comfortable and so were the pillows which is almost never the case. There were plenty of towels and blankets & extra pillows. Kevin and Jill were responsive and tried to make sure we had everything we needed for a great vacation stay. We definitely hope to go back with friends and family again.

One Word “Awesome”

Everything about this house was simply awesome beautiful inside and out. The view of the Kenai River is spectacular and Kevin volunteered to give me and my son a tutorial on how to catch salmon and clean them from the dock. This is important Kevin and his wife are not helicopter owners. They were attentive when you asked questions but that is it. Everything you need is there for a wonderful vacation. It was simply Awesome. I cannot say enough good things. Also, take Kevin up on his offer to rent one of his cars. It save me significant coin compared to Turo or a car rental.

Check in was simple, House had all of the necessities, pictures were accurate. This was one of the most beautiful and clean homes we have stayed in while traveling.
