We travel to Tahoe annually and this was the first time that we used VRBO (home rental). We usually stay at the Marriott properties. This property was amazing! Host communicated important updates and check in details. All property descriptions were accurate. Details and house rules were very clear and concise. We were a party of seven. Home is very large and the game room was the icing on the cake. What a great time we had. Properly was really clean. We did have a bear come to the property and try to open the vehicle doors while we watched from inside. We did not have food in there but the hosts did provide much guidance on not leaving food outside or in our vehicle. Much appreciated!

Black Bear Villa

Black Bear Villa property is a beautiful property nestled in the forest of South Lake Tahoe. We enjoyed our stay there and especially enjoyed the large spacious areas and the game room. We strongly recommend this property and would gladly stay there again.

The house is very clean and very cozy. My family is very enjoy to stay even short vacation. The location is convenient to go to Heavenly or skiing (Sierra at Tahoe).

Wonderful house to stay at

The property was perfect for my family to stay at. A lot of space and it was very clean. The game room was a huge hit for my family we all enjoyed it so much. Area is great, a nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything.We will definitely stay there again. The Property manager is #1 very good

Great family rental!

Close to Heavenly ski resort. Our family really enjoyed this house! Plenty of room to spread out and it had an awesome game room that we all enjoyed! We had a wonderful vacation staying in this house! Loved the hot tub after a day on the slopes! Well stocked kitchen and very clean!

The property is as advertised. Kitchen has everything anyone could need. Hot tub and game room amenities gave everyone something to do. Lots of great seating areas. Comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Highly recommend this property!

Great family vacation home

We were in town for the long weekend for our teenagers basketball tournament. Perfect location from the various venues. We were also about 10min from the casinos. The highlights of the stay was the game room, the serene location and the fully equipped kitchen. As we were leaving the kids were already asking when we could return. That is the true sign of a good vacation

Loved Black Bear Villa!!

Sertting was beautiful. House was beautiful and as advertised. Floor plan made communal gathering fun and privacy available when needed. We loved the well-equiped kitchen and great room. Really enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Everyone had a great time. We highly recommend this property!
