Dear Brian I am sorry you were unable to operate the locked box, we have never had an issue in the past or since with locked boxes. Operational instructions were provided to you 30 days before arrival. The locked box is standard design available at Bunnings and used by the majority of airbnb's. A 4 digit code and a release button. Unfortunately, I did not answer as I was asleep at 11.52 pm, we attempted to call on waking at 6.53am. In regards to the stove and oven there was no mention of an issue in any correspondence, so we could not assist you. They are digital Bosch appliances and are fully operational, we also have laminated instructions in the kitchen draws. The apartment has its own undercover parking bay and all bays are marked with their unit numbers so there should be no reason to be using any other than the allotted bay and considering the carpark is gated and only tenants have a security buzzer. Instructions for this was provided to you on 21st April via the Stayz app. Once again there was no mention of this in any correspondence, so we could not provide any assistance in this matter.
