Beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed coming back after being gone on various trips during the day just to have dinners together and play cards and/or games at the big table. We were close to so many places such as The Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Ouray, Telluride, and others. We would stay here with no hesitation.

Perfect House

This is a great house! It was clean, beautifully decorated, large and we loved the expansive back yard. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and stargazing.

Family Celebration

Our family had a great trip spending time together at the house. The huge back yard provided many hours of fun with outside activities with a nice cool large basement area waiting for us when we needed to cool down and relax. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable and the kitchen/dining room was a great gathering place in addition to the outside patio.

Family Reunion

The house was huge and well decorated- very cozy and chic. The backyard was exactly what I was hoping for- an expansive green lawn, perfect for my kids to play all kinds of sports with the equipment we brought. We cooked most nights and the kitchen felt like home. This is a great spot for a larger group- highly recommend!

Group visit

10 of us from 3 states met in Montrose for motorcycle day trips. The home was in a good location and was well equipped. The layout of the home was perfect for our group. Michelle is very responsive and communicative. We will recommend this home to anyone we know who visits the Montrose area.

Easy and beautiful

Welcomed with a nice note and bottle of champagne
how cool is that!! Sunset dinners on the back patio
spacious, fire in or out, hot tub, spa tub
a variety of outdoor seating options, expansive green grass, quiet, well appointed home. And we didn’t even use the downstairs. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Nice linens 
..simply had everything we needed and then some. Enjoyed the colors of the home in and out.

Montrose Family Vacay

Our family enjoyed staying at this lovely home. Very clean and kitchen was nicely stocked. Host was very responsive as well and accommodating to our requests. AC was super cold especially down in basement area. The only cons..we wish there were darker curtains in the bedrooms during sleeping as that is what we are used to but not a big deal. Beds were very comfy also. Neighborhood was very nice and home is very close to Montrose Airport and other shopping areas/restaurants. We would definitely stay here again while visiting Montrose. Thank you!

Lots to do- not enough time!

What a wonderful piece of zen! It was our first time to the Montrose area and it was perfect. The house was very warm and welcoming, providing everything we needed. From the comfortable beds, to the beautiful kitchen and living areas! Everything was very clean and in order. We were a party of 8 ages ranging from 15 to 65 and each one of us enjoyed ourselves. During our stay we took a small trip to Telluride and Ourway- breathtaking beautiful. On another day we visited the Black Canyons of Gunnison! The minimal TVs allowed us to really bond and engage in lots of conversation and games. We will definitely be returning!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at Michelle’s property. The house was well stocked - probably the best stocked rental I have ever been to - with various necessities (tape, scissors, kitchen necessities, etc.) and activities for children. This was also an ideal place for kids. There is a pack n play and games for kids under 2, and there are board games for older kids. We were very comfortable here and it was a great location for getting around Montrose. Finally, Michelle was a delight to communicate with and was highly responsive. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Montrose region!
