This was beyond our expectations. Extremely clean, modern and with all the conveniences expected. Very comfortable stay. Good location with easy access to any eatery, entertainment location in Montrose, Ouray, Ridgway, Dalton and short drive to Grand Junction and Telluride. Worth the stay.

The owners communication was great and the place was perfect! They thought of everything! The beds were very comfortable and it was a great base for our sightseeing in Ouray and Telluride and the Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP! One of the better VRBO’s we’ve stayed at! Excellent Stay in Montrose

This property was in a great location (appeared to be new development) and was extremely clean and nicely decorated. My husband and I didn't use the game room but it looked like it would be great for kids. The hosts were easy to contact and very accommodating. My favorite part was the lake down the street; it was very relaxing to walk down there and see and hear the birds enjoying the setting. We were very satisfied with our stay here!

The place was great and in a good location. It was clean and comfortable. Being pet friendly was amazing! The game room was a hit! We all had a great time! The only drawback was the house being built next door. It was very loud for the last two days of our stay after the holiday weekend. That is temporary, but it is a new neighborhood.

This was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Truly spotless. My entire family was impressed with it. The separations of bedrooms was great. Walking around the pond was a pleasure in the evenings. Contacting the owner was perfect in every way. The game room was a MAJOR hit with the kids and the adults. Close to Gunnison, Ouray (Box Canyon), and Last Dollar Road were key in our selection. This getaway is perfection plus!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Our neighborhood is just beautiful! It is tucked away in a small valley surrounded by mountain views and small ponds. A tree belt leads you down into the subdivision which makes the area feel secluded and safe. The neighborhood is friendly and welcoming and is just minutes away from downtown Montrose. It is only 20 minutes from the Black Canyon National Park and less than an hour to one of our favorite mountain town, Ouray. We love the serenity and peace we feel when we enter our neighborhood and hope you feel the same way!

This can be seen in both the artwork, decor, and crystals by the bedside.
