Take in the stunning views of the San Juan Mountains and the Cimarron Mountain Range as you settle into your perfect mountain getaway. Enjoy some friendly competition in the converted garage game room, now featuring a striking mural that creates the perfect backdrop for stunning photos and a fun, memorable atmosphere.

Step outside to a peaceful neighborhood with beautifully maintained ponds, or enjoy the backyard oasis complete with a natural gas grill and fire pit, comfortable adirondac chairs, outdoor dining-option, fully-fenced for privacy, and ideal for cozying up year-round. For your convenience, a security camera monitors the driveway to ensure snow is removed promptly and your parking area remains clear. Whether you're exploring the outdoors or relaxing by the fireplace, this retreat offers the perfect balance of comfort, beauty, and adventure.

Please note: We are a pet friendly property and allow up to 2 dogs per reservation. Each dog is $75/per dog to help cover additional cleaning costs. Please let us know upon booking if you are bringing a pet to ensure the reservation reflects the extra fee accordingly.

We do not allow smoking, vaping, large gatherings (6 people max capacity), parties, or illicit drug use. Maximum nightly stay is 27 nights. If you would like to stay with us for more than 27 nights you must book separate bookings with a gap in stay.

The perfect option for our extended stay in Montrose. The house is in a quiet neighborhood minutes from downtown with everything needed to work, cook, and play. We really enjoyed the outdoor space with grill and fire pit. The game room was a great amenity as well.

I do love it when things meet expectations but it’s even better when you get more than bargained for! This is a lovely new home that was perfectly kitted out for our stay and the location made it easy to get around town quickly. I would recommend to anyone headed to Montrose, especially with kids in tow, as the game room is an amazing way to keep them occupied!

This was beyond our expectations. Extremely clean, modern and with all the conveniences expected. Very comfortable stay. Good location with easy access to any eatery, entertainment location in Montrose, Ouray, Ridgway, Dalton and short drive to Grand Junction and Telluride. Worth the stay.

The owners communication was great and the place was perfect! They thought of everything! The beds were very comfortable and it was a great base for our sightseeing in Ouray and Telluride and the Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP! One of the better VRBO’s we’ve stayed at! Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Our neighborhood is just beautiful! It is tucked away in a small valley surrounded by mountain views and small ponds. A tree belt leads you down into the subdivision which makes the area feel secluded and safe. The neighborhood is friendly and welcoming and is just minutes away from downtown Montrose. It is only 20 minutes from the Black Canyon National Park and less than an hour to one of our favorite mountain town, Ouray. We love the serenity and peace we feel when we enter our neighborhood and hope you feel the same way!

This can be seen in both the artwork, decor, and crystals by the bedside. There is a beautiful electric fireplace in the living room and a fun converted garage game room to enjoy with family and friends.
